We booked 3 rooms for our group a few months before our vacation. One of our biggest mistake was booking Los Amigos. When we reached the hotel, they informed us that we're not in their system and that they gave away our rooms to someone else. We had a reservation confirmation from them and after going back and forth for hours they admitted their mistake that they double booked their resort and did not have any rooms left. We had already paid approx $1300 for these rooms and they had another hold on our credit card for the remaining amount. The manager arrived 2 hours after we reached the hotel at approximately 1am to 'figure out' what was going on. The level 1 manager told us he'll help us out since they messed up and will put us up in a nearby hotel and foot our bill for that night. In the morning, the other hotel they put us up with said that Los Amigos told them that we would pay for the hotel stay. Manuel put us up with a random hotel without asking us about the cost and lied to us about the final cost. He then refused to let us speak with his manager informing us that his manager is never available and that he cannot share any information with us. They have not yet refunded us our money and we have to go through our credit card to refute these charges. Overall, the management is scammy and takes advantage of tourists.

Is a great to spend a quiet day at the beach. They have many beach beds around palm trees. Some of them are reserved for the hotel guest. But there are enough for at least 40 people at once. You'll get towels free of charge* and they have a shower to rinse after taking a dive in the beautiful beach. They also have a restaurant with many drinks, appetizers and meals on it. The prices are a bit higher than in the town. But you have to take in account that the place is kind of exclusive. *They have a entrance fee which I did not paid. I was staying in a hotel from the same company and therefore got free entry. But you are advised when arriving the place that you have to consume at least 400 pesos in order to use the facilities.

Great beach location. We did not stay as guests, but we're allowed access as we were guests at another Los Amigos property. Great drinks, which didn't taste watered down, which was unusual for the area in my experience. The beach is amazing.

The beach club was great! We had Hermon and Aaron taking care if us and they were THE BEST! They remembered our names, greeted us as soon as we arrived and always made sure we had everything we needed.

Gorgeous place, attention to detail in the interiors. Lovely service. Food took very long tho but wasnt too much of a bother as your on a beach living your best life … so.

Great pace to enjoy the beach. Came with our room at Central Park. $60mxn for a beach front bar is pretty reasonable. Staff are very friendly.

An ok alternative for spending a day at a beach club. Prices are high though, and if you want to eat there you should order early in the day, in the afternoon they run out of things on their menu. They give you free towels to use, the place is well taken care of. No umbrellas for the sun beds. The beach is nice and clean!

Really a great place… Impeccable service… the operator of the structure Felipe persona endowed with great professionalism and availability… The enchanting beach and the services offered make this place a perfect place to enjoy a day in complete relaxation. Luxurious and elegant homes that overlook the palms on the beach… I recommend… 10 and Praise!
