This was my first trip to Sapphire and Mexico. I can’t say enough about how helpful the staff is. It’s a beautiful layout with amazing staff who go above and beyond to help you. The food was amazing, drinks were made well (just ask for a double) and the pools were great. When looking at the previous reviews I noticed people not being happy with the beach but that can’t really be controlled too much, it’s nature. I would for sure visit again.

Beautiful resort. I highly recommend booking the swim out suites if you have a kiddo! One of our favorite things was the Kids Camp. We had a really special experience when Cindy organized a private Dino Treasure hunt for our son. Israel from Adventure Photo took some amazing photos of the hunt and it was affordable to purchase the ones we loved! We wish the beach had been usable, but there was plenty of room at the pool and we still really enjoyed our stay! Due to Covid, the buffet seemed a bit limited but there was high quality food in the restaurants for dinner.

I been this beautiful hotel nearly 2 years ago. It was my best hotel and best holiday! The service was amazing and all the staff was very helpful and friendly! Definitely go back there again.

Simply the BEST staff and community at Now Sapphire resort. Made my senior spring break trip the best vacation ever! The food was absolutely amazing and the service was top notch. Definitely recommend taking a family get away at the beautiful resort.

Love it here. We have never had a bad meal. Rooms have been renovated and always perfect. This is my 5th time here. The staff is over the top!

Food was poor, room HVAC did not work room was so humid our clean clothes were wet. Called the desk they said it was fixed. Event staff were excellent. This resort is worn out. No way this is a 6 Apple resort. I will not trust the Apple ratings again. Also 2 Nd time we were here. Both times very windy. Could be a coincidence but I hear it is always breezy The restaurants are no where near what I would expect. Too bad there are not optima off property to get a good

Fantastic resort! Service outstanding across the board, friendly, helpful and fast. We had a wonderful family Christmas stay here and loved every minute. Food great, room service excellent, large rooms well kept. Entertainments team worked very hard and were so welcoming and friendly at all times. All the staff were cheerful and friendly. Easy check in/out. Beach lovely, pool great if a little cold, sun beds always available and staff will help you to find somewhere. No long waits for breakfast or dinner. We went on to stay at a more expensive resort (Moon Palace) to meet with family and would rate Now Sapphire much higher in all areas but particularly in customer service. Hope to return one day as we wouldn’t risk booking elsewhere when this place was just perfect.

It's all about the staff. From the checkin to housekeeping to the bartenders, waiters and servers. The happiest and most polite group of resort employees I have ever experienced. And the entertainment crew is the best ever. Can't think of a happier vacation than this past week with Meredith, Justin, Bradley, and Livvy.

A great resort overall! Resort was extremely kept up and clean. The food was very good especially at the restaurants. The staff was incredible and made my vacation that much better — very attentive, responsive and kind. A special shout out to Iroshi, our pool waiter and all of the entertainment staff! Terrible customer service, the staff is very unorganized. They lose dinner reservations and treat guests poorly.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Everything was wonderful! Beautiful pools, beautiful beach. Just note that there is a lot of seaweed so not enjoyable to swim in the ocean. But the hotel and all the amenities with amazing staff are enough. We will be back for sure.

The entire staff were all fantastic. They could give lessons in customer service. Super friendly, helpful, kind and attentive! also very clean and comfortable rooms and resort. So much care taken by everyone! I appreciate your hard work!

The room we had was fairly nice. We liked the fact we had a hot tub on the balcony. The walk to the main area is a little long but nothing terrible. So far most of the restaurants we have eaten at haven't impressed up except Bluewater grill which was amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We got the honeymoon package and some of the things we were promised we had to ask for… Flowers in the room came in the second day, our exotic fruit with our champagne never came so we asked for the fruit and they sent up 3 apples. The prices of items in the hotel to purchase are very high. The all inclusive is nice for drinks and dinner. The beach is full of seaweed currently and the weather has been raining a lot. Many places in the main area are open which is nice but there is no air conditioning because of this. The pools seem nice and there are a few of them. Many of the beach or pool bars close at 6pm.

We stayed here a week in August of 2018. There are two ways to look at this. One is if your young and drunk this is the place for you. If your middle aged and not drunk all the time it may not be the place for you. To start; getting in and out of Mexico is not easy or pleasurable. The flight from the USA is short so that’s good. It’s very hot there in the summer and the room temps are set cold as hell and you can’t adjust the temp to “cool”. Let me repeat: we were told We could not change the room temp. If you have never been to Mexico; get ready for a culture shock. It ain’t Kansas. The beach had 4 feet of seaweed on it so that was off limits. Walls in hotel are paper thin. Beds are from the 1920s. Most Mexican employees are arrogant. There are 30 sales people at least running around the resort trying to sell you something on site. Pool tables and other gaming areas are in poor shape. Everyone that works there that will speak English is lying and if you have a customer service concern. They don’t care. If you go when the rates are cheap be prepared to be around folks you may not be comfortable being around. The good part was the food. Other than that may as well just go to myrtle beach or some nice USA location for vacation and save all the aggravation. It’s not worth it. Oh one last thing. We were all sick for a Month after we got back home. That wasn’t mentioned up front. Not a few days. A month. Do a USA vacation and save half the money it takes to go there.

We visited NOW Sapphire last week. Overall we had a great time. Listed below are some of our observations. The resort is a little bit outdated in some areas. Pathways need a little more lighting it is dark when walking back after dinner. We asked several times to fix our fridge and while I assume they did not have a replacement, we never heard back from anyone with this information. The buffet was nice but it was so hot in the building we didn't like eating there in the evening. Some in our group felt like they were asked too many times to attend the luxury benefits presentation meeting, they came on vacation to escape meetings. On the bright side, we thought the food in the restaurants was some of the best we have had. We visited all of them except the Mexican and even went back to the Steakhouse. We had a great time at the pool and wanted to give an extra shout out to Crystall, she was so attentive all week and made us feel like we were her only guests, even though we know she had many others. All of the bartenders and wait staff were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The entertainment was exceptional, we especially enjoyed the late evening music in the main lobby area. The rock band was so much fun as well. Finally, the seaweed situation is such a tragedy, we watched as the workers were on the job all day every day trying to clean it up, but it was truly an impossible task. Mother nature doesn't always cooperate.

Great resort — top notch friendly staff. Immaculate grounds and good food. There is plenty to do and an adults-only area available. Recommend bringing your own pool floats, as they will inflate them on premise. We stayed in the preferred area rooms and used that pool one day. The liquor is better there, but too quiet for us. There is a seaweed problem all along this portion of the beach in Cancun right now, but the pool worked for us. Highly recommend!

This was our first experience at a resort and a darn good one at that. Putting aside the seaweed situation that is of no fault to the resorts but of poor research prior to booking here, this resort is fantastic! From events all morning to late at night, the entertainment team keeps your schedule filled with awesome activities like sushi making, cigar making, kayak lessons, or paddle boarding lessons! The list goes on. The staff are extremely hard working, accommodating, and friendly! The only downside for a young married couple with no kids was that this was designed as a family resort, not a couples resort, so there are families and kids everywhere! (Nothing against families, heh). All in all, the price is fair and going around Dec-Feb would yield more clear waters with similar warm weather! It’s a great bang for your buck! I could write more, but I feel like the point is proven about this resort being worth our time!

It is our very last day at the resort. We have had an a wonderful time with our family & friends for a destination wedding (30+people). Our 8 & 3 year old have had the time of their lives here. Even though mother nature dealt is with a wall of seaweed on the beach/ocean the staff and accommodations have made up for it in full. Our pool waiter Laurissa has been very accommodating today. She has even made our very picky eater happy with a cheese quesadilla pool side. The staff here works VERY hard to make sure the guest are taken care of. I would recommend this resort to anyone! It is a great for families or couples!

Now Sapphire is a beautiful all-inclusive resort. It has three pools. One huge pool for families and with a bar. An adult pool where children are not allowed and a recreational pool where you can play sports. The food is good with many restaurants to choose from. The only reason I am giving the resort 4 stars is because the beaches were full of seaweed and made the beach a dark brown and not the beautiful crystal clear beaches one expects from Cancun. From what we were told this happens every couple of years and it just happened to occur when we were here. Besides that small issue the resort is highly recommended. The staff is very nice and friendly, as well as always attentive.

Now Sapphire is simply the best between the staff and environment, it was amazing! We had our wedding there and had the privledge to use Ramon as our wedding planner. He was so wonderful and gave me the wedding of my dreams. I also used Ana from Adventure Photos and she was the best photographer ever! She took amazing photos, was so fun and brought such good energy. I couldn’t have asked for anything better! Thank you!

Awesome staff members. Enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely book again. Had issue with mosquitoes in room but they sprayed room on 4th night. Wish we would have known sooner but that was our fault for not asking. Otherwise it was awesome.

The friendliest staff I have ever encountered! From the moment I arrived they catered to our needs. We even extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much. The entertainment team at night are lively, full of energy and are really good at making sure you have a great time. Food and drinks are above average, and if you are bringing children, this is a great resort to be at. Plenty of activities to keep everyone busy.

Now Sapphire was awesome enjoyed ourselves so much! So pampered! Daniel our pool concierge at the preferred club pool took such great care of us! And Frederico and Victor in the buffet took such great care of us! Preferred Club was awesome and loved our walk out beachfront room. Would definitely go back and recommend to others! Gorgeous architecture. Excellent staff. High quality food. If you're old or have mobility issues, be sure to get a first-floor room in a building near the lobby. Not all steps/ramps have rails, and our bath tub was harder than some to get into and out of.

Amazing hotel and resort. The service I received here was unparalleled by any other resort I have visited. The resort is spacious. The staff are genuine and extremely courteous/attentive. Their pool was awesome for the whole family. I would have loved the beach if mother nature had not bombarded the water and shore with seaweed. However their staff worked tirelessly to try to clean it off the beach with as much effort as they maintained the resort as a whole. Their concierge was beyond helpful at all hours of the day. I was so delighted. Not to mention I got married here and their wedding coordinator Ramon was GREAT! I had my dream wedding and I would love to come back in the future.

Wonderful time away. Great people, lots of sunshine and good food. Staff is the best! We lost a bag with a computer, cash and credit cards in it. It was returned to us a few hours later UNTOUCHED. Very impressive. They bend over backwards to make sure that everything is perfect. After trying different resorts, we keep coming back to the AM Resorts. They truly are the best.

Excellent hotel. Decorated tropical estate. Lush vegetation. Good service. Pool area for adults only beautiful. Among the tropical vegetation. The main pool huge and very nice. It has a bar palapa next to the sea on the beach. Sand very fine and white. The only problem is the one that has all the riviera maya; there is zargaso on the shore of the sea. It is due to global warming.

I really liked the hotel, the main pool is great, all super nice, really would go back, the only thing that I could say it is also not that had tide algae, were so great that the employees were not given supply to remove them, we could not enjoy the sea, nor of its beautiful turquoise color as the water looked like coffee!

As my first experience ever outside Canada, I was just amazed at the staff and resort at Now Sapphire Riviera Cancun. The staff was more than accommodating when we had questions or concerns, the food was just amazing. (which was one of my concerns as I am celiac and have restrictions on what I can eat). Our room was just amazing! I did read so many negative reviews of people complaining about the seaweed on the beach… I happened to photograph a "trash the dress" session with a couple I went down to photograph their wedding for, and it did not once bother me, or the couple and their beach wedding! There was always people out there cleaning the beach, and when we left, the beach was clean. It never once took away from enjoying the beach and it would never stop me from going to the resort. I would hands down recommend this resort again to anyone.

We have had a great time so far on our vacation. We came for a wedding, and the bride picked the place. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are great. Food is amazing. If you go, the Preferred Club it well worth it. Joaquin makes the best margaritas in the Preferred Lounge. 10/10 would come again.

Got married here this week. Resort is great. Ramon was awesome to work with on the wedding. We had a suite and so we were preferred. Highly recommended to get a suite. First room we got was bottom floor facing the sandbar on beach. This negates the excitement of a jacuzzi on the balcony, so we asked to move rooms. Next time, I would just check room before, so this is avoidable. We had to spent a good part of a morning repacking to move rooms where there was 2 beds, so that wasn't great. Didn't want 2 beds for our wedding and honeymoon, but we cuddled up and enjoyed it. Staff is very helpful. Francisco, the bartender in the pool bar, is one of the faster bartenders I've ever seen. He knows his drinks and can handle volume nicely! He deserves rewarded. Food was great! Some of the better quality food compared to other resorts in the area! My two biggest complaints are the seaweed which is part of nature and not the resorts fault, but if you want to enjoy the water and beautiful sand, avoid this entire area and go north to cancun. Most of our guests avoided the ocean because if this. The next complaint is how the restaurants wont accommodate parties bigger than 6. Normally not a problem for us, but we had 50 guests and wanted to do 7 people a few nights and were always turned away. Very annoying. I speak fluent Spanish and we were talked about behind our back 4 times for not tipping (only $20 at dinner for 5 people) even though I tipped over $1000 over 7 nights.

This was my second time there. The place was immaculate. The food was very good. The service was the best. They made you feel at home. I'd recommend this resort for everyone. Families, singles, and couples. The staff was very attentive and they really enjoy their jobs. The staff was pretty much the same as last year. I will go back again!

This is an excellent option when it comes to rest, feeling treated like a king in excellent facilities. My son has spent a wonderful time in the Kids Club and we enjoyed the restaurants are exquisite.

My wife and I holidayed here in September 2017 — the 4th different resort we've stayed at in Cancun. This resort is big enough to be entertained without feeling bored, yet small enough not to be overawed or worn out walking everywhere. The facilities were great, the rooms were excellent, the food in the restaurants was fresh and plentiful. Most impressive were the staff. They are so friendly and helpful and a real credit to the the resort. We didn't hesitate in re-booking for September this year and we will be bringing our friends with us to share another fantastic holiday. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

If I could give more starts I would. Such amazing service you wouldn't believe. Buffets are plentiful, nutritious, and fresh. The pool is incredibly huge and has a poolside bar. The beach is right there and perfect for relaxing. The staff is always smiling and ready to help. They even managed to get me a guitar to borrow so that I could play it for an event.

Spent a week here and everything was wonderful. Food and drinks were great. The everyday buffet was a little small. The hibachi is a complete waste of time and the only restaurant that accepts reservations. Had a party of 2 and usually had to wait around 30 for any of the restaurants every night. The Mexican restaurant is definitely the best though. The staff was fantastic. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the beach was not the best, tons of seaweed that the staff were hauling away everyday, but there were storms a couple days before that obviously stirred a lot of it up. We didn't spend much time at the beach though because the pool and pool bar were awesome. 24/7 room service was great to. The resort was also just a little small for my taste, but don't let that influence you this place is fantastic.

Extensive review: buffet, room, sea, beach, service, view, value (don't pay more than $319 night for 4), facilities, kids, location, Unlike "friendly" or bought reviews, this is a REAL family review. The pictures show how bad or broken the room is, the beach is DIRTY and the pool has overly used equipment. Low quality hotel and the service is generally unpleasant to exlude few nice ones. It simply looks like the employees don't like working here in Now Sapphire. The veach is full of seaweeds and the sea is extremely dirty and brown NOT BLUE. The beach is so bad that it should not be advertised that there is a beach at all. Noisy tractor on the beach picture illustrates our point. Full of sales people everywhere trying to have you spend more money and disturbing any enjoyment. As you can see in the video, the pool area has broken glass pieces swipt under the chair. Dangerous. Smoking is promoted in the pool area and drinks are not served past 5pm! To balance the paid reviews, we will ask our parents 600, 000 followers to write to their opinion based on our pictures. Can you see the glass on the swimming pool area floor? UNSAFE and dangerous for adults and kids The food is of low quality though the variety is great. The steak, as you can see, is all fat and low quality. Pictures: Cigarettes in the pool area. The hotel promotes smoking in the pool area.

Me and my husband just got back from our honey moon at now sapphire yesterday and we had the time of our lives. The rooms were very nice and spacious and clean. We were upgraded to the nicest suite for the first two nights for free because it was our honey moon. We had champagne upon arrival and a bottle in our room. The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone in this resort was so friendly and helpful. The entertainment team was the absolute best! They went above and beyond everyday at the pool and on the beach to make everyone have a great time and every night to provide nightly entertainment that was excellent! The food was also very good. I was slightly skeptical about this resort because I had some really good reviews and some that weren’t the greatest but we had the best experience and will definitely be back as soon as we can!

An amazing getaway. Views, service and food all get high marks! Not far from the strip or excursions. Pool is awesome with music and lazy chairs. At night the light g is breathtaking for pictures and a stroll. Went there for a wedding and the weather and entire ceremony and reception were beautiful. I would recommend this place to most looking for a wonderful vacation.

Best resort Jose at the front desk is very helpful, that I have been to thus far. So beautiful and the staff is very nice and friendly. They will accommodate your every need. Great for families there are activities for everyone to enjoy. The kids club is great. My daughter loves it. The food is excellent with plenty of varieties. I would definitely come back and I recommend Now Sapphire 100%

We were here at Christmas time in 2014 with a group of 12 family members. I am not a 'well travelled' guy, only being in a few places, but this trip and resort were really beyond anything I would have imagined. I agree with most on here that the staff is what differentiates this place from most others. Diego was great with the kids and always had a smile for you, Jonathan&Philberto at the main bar were just awesome guys, and the service all around was superb. Dandy coffee bar on site I visited each morning for treats/coffee etc, I found the food was really good no matter where you went. The kids club was phenomenal, our young lad really enjoyed it and would recommend it to any parents taking their kids on vacay. Entertainment was great, everything was clean/well kept and you were well looked after by all at the resort. Easily recommend to anyone vacationing in Mex, and the shows/meal they did for Xmas eve was really quite something. Again, staff there is what really makes this place stand out. I know the review is way late, but we've thought of this place alot since being back, and hope to be able to go again someday, many many fond memories to last a lifetime. We spent 7 days there and were quite pleased. The food was great and everything was very clean. Most and foremost, ALL of the staff were excellent! They were extremely friendly and truly seem happy doing there jobs. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful time at Now Sapphire, it was a beautiful resort and the staff is is great! I would visit again because of the personal attention we received. It started with Jennifer at the first during check-in as well as Angel in preferred lounge for snacks and drinks both were so friendly and helpful. The days were filled with fun at the beach and Cabana with service from both Alexandro's, Ivan and Daniel. Each of them went out of their way to may sure we had everything we could want. Our last evening was great, Elvis made sure we had a superb dinner on the beach. So much to do the only bad part was I didn't get to stay long enough!

We spent 10 nights in this fabulous hotel, on our arrival after 10 H of flight we were received by ranferi with a small fresh towel, he took us through his solar car to our room and what to say except wow on the door a honeymoon banner, a king-size bed The biggest I've ever seen a bottle of champagne waiting for us to brief happiness.
Then discover the hotel and the Magic operates in suite with flowered walkways very well maintained (besides there the selective sorting is rigorous and we found it very well) surrounded by small coatis that's it we were good in Mexico.
You will have a choice with different restaurants, know that the reservation does not exist which is very good, it is an alert system that warns you once your table is ready. Except the teppanyaki which by the way has disappointed us a little bit.
Our favorite was without a doubt the much better Asian than some restaurants in Paris. Plus you have a sushi master who realizes before you makis sashimi and sushi.

What really pleased me is that there they pay attention to people intolerant to gluten and lactose like me so do not hesitate to specify it during your meals.
In any case the majority of the dishes offered are cooked on a board or at the barbecue with olive oil.

The hotel is really a nice establishment and the people are lovely. The whole restoration is remarkable. In some restaurants like the French restaurant, the air conditioning works really too much and it is very disturbing. A bit disappointed with the beach which rejects permanently algae. We were there on January 2018. A lot of wind too! The pool water was really too cool… to recommend…

Excellent a great service, will fail to generate a complete state of comfort for families, singles and others it does not matter in which you go in. Only complaint is the animation team, they left me with a bad feeling to fool me to go to the stage and then not giving me the prize that I had promised.

Our overall experience at Now Sapphire was very good. We had our destination wedding there and our guests could not have been happier. Definitely a beautiful place and the staff was great. Everything was clean and well taken care of at the resort. Juan the wedding coordinator was great to work with. Him and his team definitely have everything down to a science. I was so stress free the day of my wedding which was amazing. One thing that was really disappointing was that while checking-in, we were not given the room we had paid for with the upgrade for the amount of rooms in our party. Instead, as the bride and groom, we were stuck with having to sleep in separate double beds vs. The king bed we should have had. Other big thing that was very unfortunate was the salon double booking people getting their hair done the day of the wedding. Even though I confirmed three times with the salon all the appointments scheduled and even doing that in person once I arrived, they still didn't have it right. The mother of the bride got in to get her hair done an hour later than she was scheduled which had her missing a bunch of stuff leading up to the ceremony time. That was very upsetting. I would just recommend anyone using the salon for their group to get hair done for weddings should make sure that everything is on track as you go. Other than those things, I would recommend for a destination wedding and I can't wait to go back.

This place is incredible. It was our first time in Mexico and we couldn't be happier. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating, food was excellent and varied between the restaurants. The rooms were classy and inviting, and very clean. The atmosphere was great and very relaxing, especially in the evening. We will be going back as soon as we get another chance.

The resort was phenomenal! The service was incredible. We never had to wait to get a drink, food, towel, etc… Every waiter, hostess, bartender and concierge employee was friendly, smiling and accommodating. There is something for everyone. The entertainment crew did a great job of getting guests involved in different activities. I would recommend this resort for singles, couples and families. My kids loved the food and the wildlife roaming around. I liked being 30 minutes outside of Cancun. A short car ride if you want the hustle and bustle and then back to paradise at the resort.

We visited for Christmas and had a wonderful experience! The staff is attentive and goes above and beyond. Service is absolutely stellar. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are nice with comfortable bed. Mini fridges are stocked with soda, juice, water and beer & are replenished daily. The drinks are great and if you're poolside or on the beach, there is always a waiter available to take your order or refresh your drink. Many food options including buffet and specialty restaurants. Buffet is good with wide variety, but you should definitely try the other offerings as well, especially for dinner. Nightly entertainment is usually a live music or some kind of show. I can't recommend this highly enough. I have been home for one day and I am so ready to go back!

We loved every minute we stayed here. The room was very nice and clean with a big balcony. The food was great, blue cafe was one of our favorites. The staff was exceptional, they were so happy, friendly and very accommodating. We have nothing bad to say and we can't wait to come back!

Wonderful hotel. Everything is kept clean and beautiful. The best part of this resort is the employees. Everywhere I went on this property, the employees were excellent. Daniel at the preferred adult pool was fantastic. He would keep asking all day are you OK and do you need anything.

We stayed in this hotel in November. If you like to have clean room and dishes I will never recommend this place. If you planned to use this hotel anyway be prepared to have bed linen with stains and insects on your bed and in the bathroom, especially if you room on ground level. If you check mattress, you will never sleep after this. First, we had room on 1 floor. Room number 1425, and on the first day we found spider on the bed. Next two days were even worse. We found bugs in the bathroom on our towels. The receptionist said that it's normal. Horrible. Only after second complaint they gave us room in the same building on second floor. There we found out that we had to have sleepers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste that we did not have in first room. However, bed linen was with stains on it anyway. We request change 4 times. Also, be prepared for late check in. We got a room at 4 pm instead of 3pm. Even after 1 our delay room was not ready. Don't agree to stay for presentation of their Unlimited club. They promise it will take 1, 5 hours, but really we spent over 3 hours. They will promise you gifts and gift-cards, but it mostly junk. The food in the cafe is monotonous, all that is not eaten for breakfast is cut in salads for lunch and dinner. It's better in the restaurants, but waiting time to get into restaurants is long sometimes. If you like cocktails be prepared to drink from plastic cups. They look terrible. They don't wash cups only rinse in the bucket.

I could go on and on about how fantastic this place is. The staff are all very helpful and friendly except the pressure to tip is sometimes too much and spoils the experience. If the travel agent didn't sell us that the tips are included as a selling point then it would not have bothered us and we could have taken more money for tips. As the service is great you find that tipping the waiters is more than frequent. Also if you don't tip the waiters after fetching you a drink then they may not ask again. That is the only negative I found. The adult pool manager Danny and the spa manager are the stars of the resort. They can help you with anything you need but more importantly they genuinely want to help you have the best time.

Have only been here, not even one full day, and it's so relaxing and beautiful. The people are wonderful and welcoming. Great Place to go for a vacation!

Overall a beautiful place. This place lacks entertainment of variety in the evening and the drinks are horrible. I enjoyed the actual restaurants that they have there, the buffet on the other hand becomes boring after a few days of them serving the same food options over and over again.

Got married here. Returned for anniversary. While you may find more modern or plush hotels elsewhere, the service is as good as I’ve experienced and I have stayed in some of the top hotels in the world. The natural setting and golden sands make it the very description of paradise. Get a room with an ocean view if you can afford it, you won’t regret it and you only live once. Watching the sunrise over the sea from your bed or balcony is simply magical. The food is ok. With 5 restaurants and the buffet you should find enough tasty offerings and choice. Cebu & Bluewater Grill are particularly good. Paramour is good too but I can’t be arsed to wear trousers in this heat so don’t very often go there. Romantic dinner on the beach is lovely.

I stayed at this resort for a wedding. It was the first time away from our 6 month old daughter. We were so excited to get away, but also sad to leave our daughter. We had a great view of the ocean! The food was great! However, we asked for a king sized bed and they told us they only had double beds left. I was very disappointed how they didn't even try accommodate us (discount, massage, move rooms the next day, etc). After crying on the phone to the manager, she still didn't do anything. Then come to find out, the room next to us was available the next day and the best man (who was a single person) got the room with a king size bed. Unacceptable customer service!

The entire staff was really friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and the beach and pool we're stunning. Every thing was included with the exception of the expensive wines at the restaurant, but the house wine was just fine. The rooms were comfortable and luxurious, and the mini fridge was stocked with sodas, beer and water every day.

It is the most amazing place, but what makes my experience better than the high standards is the warm and friendly staff. From ground staff to chef, maid etc so far all the staff I have come across have been polite with an opening smile… Which in turn has put a smile on my face… I can honestly say that Now Sapphire Riviera have the most helpful not to mention courteous staff I have ever come across in my travels.

We hated it. I've travel to many places and the last thing I was hoping to find was class discrimination. Specially since we are in 2017! We were invited to a complementary breakfast to show us their grounds and half way in their supervisor abruptly ended the presentation just because my mother was not married (bad taste question). They made us drive all the way to their installations and didn't even honored what was promised. I really hope this review gets the audience they deserve. Party of 7 (3 adults 4 kids)

It is july 7, 2016, hot as ever like anywhere else in the Caribbean. Now sapphire is 80% open to the humidity. Only time you will get a/c is either your room, restaurant, spa or lounge. This place is all inclusive so all drinks, food are covered. Although its highly rated and maybe the standards are different in each part of the country, what I mean is when its rated 4 stars restort, I want my hot food hot and my cold food cold. This wasn't the case. Even my beer is semi lukewarm. Services from the staff is awesome. Five stars there hands down. I hand room service at 2am cause I wanted pizza. I had to wait about 50mins but I got a hot fresh pizza. Will I come again, yes.

Had a wonderful 2 week stay at the Now Sapphire resort. Stayed in one of the ocean view rooms which had a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean complete with our own jacuzzi. The room had a huge king bed and the air con kept us nice and cool Mini bar restocked daily with a full selection. Had booked preferred club and it didn't disappoint, the best bits being the secluded pool with reef bar (and the best barman Raul) and seperate section on the beach also with bar. The staff look after you so well and always did their best to make you feel extremely welcome, it did vary though depending who you got and whether you tipped them. Restaurants catered to all tastes and could always find a good variety, and the food was of excellent quality. Not much around the hotel, and taxis to the nearby towns or Cancun are expensive. Never had any difficulty finding a sunbed or a place to sit, they did a good job at clearing towles if not being used. Really enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend for a relaxing stay where your only worry is what your next drink should be (if you don't decide it's tequila)!

Just be careful while choosing from the long list of resorts in Cancun. If your criteria consists of top notch customer services and accommodations beyond beautiful amenities Now Sapphire is NOT the resort you are looking for. My experiences are pretty unbiased as this was a trip paid for by the wonderful company we work for. To say I was disappointed and upset is just an understatement for how upset I would be if I had been spending my own money as must customers usually do. (Any additional services came out of our pocket and airfare). Here's what I know about Now Sapphire. If it's inclusive it's wonderful, if it's additional you will regret falling for their relentless pitches. You will not be given the experience they sell you, and if you want your dream vacation you have to fight for it. They don't escort you, they let you guess. They don't invite you, you have request it (unless it's a sales pitch). And if you feel you have been mistreated or mislead, well that's unfortunate. Either lower your expectations or take a chance that next time they'll do better. Long story short our trip was paid in advance thru Executive Travel. I'm not sure if that was why our customer service was poor. Maybe they felt they no longer needed to "try". It didn't stop them from hounding us with sales pitches. When our family did choose to take them up on some additional services the customer service was sub-par.

My first time at an all inclusive resort so I didn't really know what to expect, but my girlfriend and I had an amazing time! We stayed for 5 days for a friends wedding, which was beautiful on the beach. I was surprised by the quality of the buffet, and our server Happy Feet was the best. We tipped him a $5 one day and it seemed to just make his day. We took advantage of the free kayaks, stand up boards, and sailboats, they were available every morning at 9 to anyone. The professional service we received from all the staff while there was top notch.

We came for a friends wedding, not really expecting much because it's not our usual style of vacation. We've been impressed with the facility and faculty. The food is great, the staff is attentive and friendly. I would recommend people to visit if this is their type of vacation.

We would like to express to visitors to be ON GUARD and BEWARE leaving anything of value in your locked room unattended. Our cell phones were stolen off our nightstand while charging. When we reported it to the resort they did nothing. Needless to say we felt very unsafe! After talking to "Monica" and other staff, there was no follow up as promised and have not heard a thing from the Now Sapphire Resort. We will never stay at any Amresorts Collection Resort & Spas due to the poor customer service.

I just returned from Now Sapphire after attending a friend's wedding. This is one of the most beautiful resorts I've ever seen. The staff is excellent, the whole resort is spotless and they do everything to make every single day the best possible experience. I've never really had a desire to do an all-inclusive trip but, now that I have experienced Now Sapphire, I can't wait to go there again. Absolutely top-notch!

Where to begin, this resort was absolutely amazing. Starting off with the cleanliness, large rooms, large pool, amazing beach, really good food, amazing bartenders, and staff. This is the first I have visited Mexico and my overall experience was amazing. Shout outs to Gabriel at the main lobby bar for all his amazing drinks. Waitor Hugo for always being on top of game at the pool bar always having a smile and making us feel comfortable and pleased. NOW the most important people of all the NOW ENTERTAINMENT TEAM … Wow guys words can't even describe how awesome you all are, Jose, Luis, Danny, Dylan, Freddy, Marion, Miguele, Geovanni (BROWNIE)! You guys made our stay 10x more amazing. All the hard work you guys do to keep us entertained and involved with the pool side/theatre/eclipse/beach activities. I must say I don't really like getting involved in all that when I go to resorts but you all made it worth getting up and having fun! Once again you are all amazing and hope to see you all soon! We had the pleasure of staying at your fine resort for our friends wedding last month… we were blown away by the hospitality shown by the staff! Very accommodating to our large group in attendance (25 people) … would definitely come back… the entertainment team was amazing… I had lots of fun with them! ;)

My daughter had her wedding ceremony at the now Sapphire resort, it was 13 people including my 1 year old granddaughter, we had an Amazing time, the service, food, weather, rooms, beach, pools, I give them all 5 STARS, we thank you so much for a wonderful wedding and vacation we were treated like royalty, just like paradise I still have not unpacked, (funny) also thanks to our Travel Agent Gina refered us from Apple Vacation, just an unforgettable time, thanks again for such wonderful hospitality. We will refer.!

A NIGHTMARE! I am completely disappointed, angry, and frustrated with the service of this resort. My future husband and I got engaged and we decided to have our wedding in cancun, we went to the website and saw the wedding packages and found them very good, reserve and since then the treatment that we got in general was awful, it took days to reply to emails, nor they themselves would agree in the information they were given and 2 weeks before the wedding by chance we found out that there was an extra charge per person not staying in the hotel who would like to come to the wedding, which increased our budget 50, 000 pesos, in no time we explained this and it is impossible to guess, poor communication, at the end with only two weeks we had to find another place to carry out the wedding because we had all of the guests traveling and we were not willing to pay 50, 000 pesos more for a piece of information that was your responsibility to inform with clarity from the beginning in addition to the bad treatment we had been given.

We loved this resort it was our first, after going to a second resort we realized how nice this one was, great gym over looking the water, pool is huge, beach was nice only issue was the seaweed, but might have been bad due to time of year. The drinks were amazing rooms were good, so many good places to relax on the resort, lots of on resort activities as well as off resort. We would definitely go back!

An excellent choice, we had a very good holiday… everyone is very helpful, support you in every thing you need and try to answering your request, delicious Buffet and each Restaurant excellent. Traveling with 3 children and there was always someone to help me with the strollers, the periqueras, lounge chairs, a glass of milk, etc. Including, without lyrics tiny… To all the people, Victor at the reception, the waiters Sergio, Enrique, Roberto, Ely, entertainment team great, the Bartender in the pool always polite, the miss Coco Brown (sorry forget the name) is super attentive and friendly. All the people that work there, my compliments to your service.

A long time ago not visited in Mexico and a place that is accessible, clean and comfortable. At the Now Sapphire are that and much more, congratulations to the team that achieves that domestic tourism is compromised to restore the smile and the kindness with which they treat it. Especially to Victor, which became in part the wishes of my daughters in reality. Ada that we resivio so wildly and the waiters Rafael, Ignacio, Itzel, Raul and the girl waitress pregnant in the lobby bar. They were always attentive to our nesecidades and desires, Excellent work thank you for everything and congratulations.
