Review of Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa 5*

We stayed in this hotel in November. If you like to have clean room and dishes I will never recommend this place. If you planned to use this hotel anyway be prepared to have bed linen with stains and insects on your bed and in the bathroom, especially if you room on ground level. If you check mattress, you will never sleep after this. First, we had room on 1 floor. Room number 1425, and on the first day we found spider on the bed. Next two days were even worse. We found bugs in the bathroom on our towels. The receptionist said that it's normal. Horrible. Only after second complaint they gave us room in the same building on second floor. There we found out that we had to have sleepers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste that we did not have in first room. However, bed linen was with stains on it anyway. We request change 4 times. Also, be prepared for late check in. We got a room at 4 pm instead of 3pm. Even after 1 our delay room was not ready. Don't agree to stay for presentation of their Unlimited club. They promise it will take 1, 5 hours, but really we spent over 3 hours. They will promise you gifts and gift-cards, but it mostly junk. The food in the cafe is monotonous, all that is not eaten for breakfast is cut in salads for lunch and dinner. It's better in the restaurants, but waiting time to get into restaurants is long sometimes. If you like cocktails be prepared to drink from plastic cups. They look terrible. They don't wash cups only rinse in the bucket. Bartenders don't wash hands after cleaning and with this hands will serve you limes. What is done well in this hotel is expectation of a tip. The only thing was good — Entertainment. Thank you to entertainment team, they worked hard. The sea isn't good too. My family was bitten by jellyfish, that think is always there. In conclusion, this hotel doesn't deserve more than 2 stars, and doesn't deserve good reviews. It's could be written by people who don't care about service.
