Horrible food I came out vomiting from the Restauran because they lack a lot of customer service and lousy service but good was nice the walk and the food of another very tasty restaurant.

Excellent sea view and good location.

The rooms are nice, all with sea view. They have either a balcony or a terrace. The sun loungers provided on the beach sound in poor condition and not comfortable. The beach is not bad. The ground floor rooms directly overlooks the pool, when the hotel is full it can be noisy (supposition). The breakfast is not great. Concentrated orange juice, no other juices offered. Unlimited toast with butter. Fruit platter without any effort of presentation with fruit that is passable. Tea or coffee. Scrambled eggs in the Middle Mexican.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very good. Very poor breakfast. We just got Sargazo and the hotel did the board, the beach can't be used. The algae accumulated are many and smells bad… If not for that, it would have been a unique experience as the sea is there attached to the hotel… We had bad luck! Very friendly staff!

The location is excellent but the service on occasion is good and sometimes bad. Do not maintain customer service standards.

If you're looking to avoid the overcrowded and fast paced resorts, this little hotel (and Puerto Morelos in general) is the perfect place to stay! It's very quaint but clean and charming. As far as beachside hotels, you couldn't ask for a better location! It does lack amenities such as a microwave, fridge, hairdryer, etc. But I still give it 5 stars because the staff are very friendly and helpful, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves right outside beats any luxurious all inclusive resort filled with hundreds of people. We had an amazing experience here! The rooms all have AC, a TV with Dish hooked up, and a terrace with a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. The ground floor rooms have terraces that open into the pool area, the 2nd floor rooms have large private terraces, and the 3rd floor rooms have smaller private terraces. The photos I took are the view from our 3rd story room. There is no elevator so keep that in mind if you have trouble with more than a couple stairs, but the stairs are a very easy climb for most people. Like I said, there is no fridge/freezer (which would be one of the only improvements I'd make, especially if you're staying longer than a few days), but if you have a small cooler with you the staff will happily give you ice from the bar area. Breakfast is free with your stay and was very good every day we had it. The lunch and dinner menus/prices are also good, but the service is pretty slow so it's not good if you're in a hurry.

The only good thing is the view. They offer "buffet" which is really an a la carte service, at least so we played on Sunday. Breakfast coffee is painted water. The enmolats have half a kilo of sugar or sweetener that you put. Don't get too early for breakfast because they don't have everything on the menu. They should take away the name of the Treasury, since it does not meet the requirements to be named. We had to repair the streets surrounding the hotel; I think they should have notified the guests in advance and let one decide whether they want to or not; This makes me think that overall they don't have any attention to the guests which should be paramount in a Hotel.

Room clean and comfortable great view staff all were helpful friendly service would recommend try want be disappointed.

Excellent place to rest with an average price magnificent for a wedding on the beach.

Really liked this place. All the rooms have ocean views and either a patio or balcony which is awesome. Great location right on the beach with palapas and lounge chairs. A/C, ceiling fan and safe in the room, and nice looking rain-style shower. No fridge or coffee maker (the staff gave us ice when we asked). Beds are pretty firm, and it was windy when we were there which caused a howling at the ocean-facing door. Thumping bass from the night club across the way on Saturday night. Food was good — we had quesadillas and guacamole but didn't eat any full meals here if we weren't on the beach. The serving staff (Juan and Misael) were friendly and helpful and the front desk helped us with questions; confirming outing reservations and arranging taxis. I highly recommend for a laid back beach vacation.

An old room if spacious, the crystals very dirty and there was not a closet to hang clothes on, which is elementary in a room, we would not go back again, because the price is expensive for what they offer.

How Beach Club is amazing, but to eat in the place I do not recommend it, take a lot in meals, take the cold food, do not give you the complete orders, hope you do not know and when you ask just say "Ah, esque there is not this ingredient", I don't eat there again.

Nice hotel. Spacious room. Good view. Sitting area outside the room. On the beach. There's recliners with hut shading on the beach in front of the hotel. Also some hammocks. Pool. Block from central town square. Plenty of shops, eating places within walking distance. Snorkel and fishing boats. Dive shop next door. Digs: bed is rock hard. Neighbors are noisy as they slam doors. Dive shop tries to be quiet but can hear them bang the tanks around in the morning as they open up.

Large rooms and balconies on the second floor with an amazing ocean view. Friendly helpful staff that helped with the baby stroller and luggage, otherwise tough for one adult + baby traveling! Staff spoke excellent English. Drinks and food at the restaurant were convenient when enjoying the pool or beach. Great location right on the white sand beach with umbrellas and loungers.

Housekeeping didn't come by often, windows in shower were uncomfortably intimate, shower fostered bad smell, hesitant to stock rooms with hairdryer and other common additions. But facilities were otherwise exceptional and beautiful.

Good food, moderate prices. Ideal to go from Day Pass, because with the consumption you give the day pass.

Not exceptional in an average setting and a standard room.

A very nice hotel in front of the sea but with deficiencies, the cleanliness of the room is made one day if another not, sometimes they do not put sheets or towel, the people of reception wonderful attentive, friendly, except for the matter of cleanliness everything else all right.

We stayed at the Hacienda for almost 2 weeks in total. We loved the friendly staff and the manager is extremely attentive to our every need. The breakfast included makes this an amazing value. The view from every room is breathe taking as well the ocean is the most clear spot up and down Puerto morelos. Thank you for a great stay and we are proud to call you all friends.

Nice little village, but room really banal.

The staff at the hotel is committed to excellence. They go above and beyond to serve and please the guests. In particular Rafael, Karen and Ulises. The food was very good. Highly recommended.

What an amazing hotel, no fancy but u have all u need here! $ 80 us per night Love the location, right on the beach❤ The showe is great The room is very nice and spacious with a terraza on the 2nd floor and air conditioning Staff is friendly and helpful Like the bed The town is safe and quite Close to Can Cun International airport. And close to Playa del Carmen Like the pool I am definitely coming back Yeahhh❤❤❤

The rooms are very spacious and the pool is very small. It takes a while to prepare and serve food. The head waiter is extremely friendly.

Rooms were very nice and overlooked the beach. Service was extremely nice and always there to help. As someone visiting from the US and without fluent Spanish skills, the staff were very easy to talk to and always tried their best to give you the best service possible.

Just don't. After walking from the lobby to the room 4 times with keys that didn't work, I finally got in to find there was no balcony (as mentioned in the listing). After arguing to switch out the room, I finally got in to find a large puddle of water in the center of the room. Once I finally fell asleep, I woke up to the maid assisting another guest break into my room. The shower head was 75% clogged and the hot water only worked randomly. The view was nice though and the pool was clean. Not worth the headache though.

The hotel's rear side, which faces the beach is gorgeous, but the front is blah. The rooms are immaculately clean. The rooms look newly done but they look dated. The town is very peaceful and tranquil, overall the hotel is a definite win! It is not the Plaza and it's not a chain hotel, but you will not regret your stay here.

It is a nice place to live together, the recommended food and a rock band that puts you on the wave on Saturdays and Sundays. I would go for a good stay, with access to the beach and have a pool to relax.

We arrived to the hotel at 10:15a, and even though check in wasn't until 3p, they did let us go ahead and check in/ put our things away and get to the beach. Apparently, the air conditioner was leaking (we didn't know this), and there was a repairman that arrived shortly after we did, to fix it. Well, it never got fixed. It wasn't anything that bothered us too much; just the factbthat he said he would be back, bt we never sae him. Much, much later that night, after dinner and a walk, we returned and found out the TV wasn't working. We didn't have the energy to complain, and besides, this was quite literally a one night stay. The beds were pretty comfortable, the shower was amazing. Pool and beach was what we were looking for, and that's exactly what we got. The hotel staff was super friendly, and we had no issues with their service. I would stay here again, especially if I needed something so close to home, the pool is directly outside the bedroom door, and the beach was literally on the other side of the pool. Just perfect.

Horrible! No vale la pena, los colchones mal! el personal de servicio en restaurant GROSEROS, no te atienden me pusieron la jarra de cafe mientras me servían y quemandome. Muy mala actitud de verdad nefasto! LLueve y no hay forma de pasar al restaurant sin que te mojes. El internet horrible! Lamentable! y por si fuera poco tienes que tenir el signo de dollar en la frente para que el personal te atienda bien! Awful! It is not worth it. Bad mattresses! staff RUDE service restaurant, do not serve me put the pot of coffee while I served and it burn. Very bad attitude really disastrous! It rains and there's no way to pass the restaurant without being monks. Horrible internet! Regrettable!

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Wifi could be better, but who really cares when you are on vacation.

The rooms flooded no one is clean, we had q get ourselves the water. Without the staff, bad attitude at reception. There is No service in bar at night. Zero recommended. Room dirty and the bathroom with pieces of rubber hanging down. Ants in the beds.

We spent the last night of our 16-day vacation here at Puerto Morelos. We stayed here and were pleased with the price and the service. We choose this area because it was close to the airport and made it easy to get to the airport on time for our return flight. We highly recommend this hotel and the town. It is a good base for traveling further south in Quintana Roo. Next time we come we will spend more time here to see the reef etc.

Very good price. Very clean. Very good location. Just what is needed to enjoy Puerto Morelos.

Fair price for what you pay. Air conditioning, pool, beach, Internet and one block from the Center. The restaurant is out of service, but there are many here.
