We are having a great experience, hardworking and friendly staff and can’t fault them at all.

Best birthday ever. The employees are amazing. I recommend it for anyone who wants to get away and relax.

The resort is a little tired, the rooms are really nice. The restaurant were closed sometimes probably because of getting staff. I am easy to please but the resort doesn’t deliver what they offer, they have the prestige club but not really. The staff were great and service was great. Don’t want to be sold anything when on vacation also. Not much beach to frolic in.

Fantastic holiday. Staff were helpful and friendly, cleaning, restaurant and bar staff were fantastic. Food was amazing — In particular the Lobster Bisque at the dinner on the beach, the beef tenderloin at Siena, the ham croquettes at Tapaz and the Paella at the pop up. In general though food was brilliant with plenty of choice. Plenty of clean towels both in the room and by the pool. Immaculate beautiful gardens surrounding the rooms and pool area. The hotel is undergoing maintenance work and this will only improve the holiday experience.

It is certainly not a beach resort due to NO BEACH! Lack of Restaurants or something decent to eat consist an all inclusive never have we eaten so many crisps that we have purchased due to lack of an evening meal! The concierge are only interested in you upgrading or becoming a member once you raise an issue with him he is no where to be seen, so suppose having issues with the actual resort got rid of the pesky concierge who came to us each morning poolside! We will return to Mexico but definitely not to this resort.

Great experience with the family. Lorena and Norma at the Spa were amazing and highly recommend you ask for them if you go to the spa. Great pools! Food was amazing + drinks were ok.

Terrible experience: We have had consistently bad experience since we arrived. Entertainment non existent especially because it was raining when we need the entertainment most! I was just spoken to like dirt by one of your staff at lunch. Plenty of times we had zero service. Construction near our room (woke up to LOUD music at 7am from the construction site) literally nothing to do when the weather is poor (which we appreciate is out of your control) the kids club isn’t open as sold by TUI and the food is bland! We come to Mexico for flavour but all your dishes are so plain and bland and have no spice! I have to order hot sauce with every meal. The whole experience has been awful. So much for 5* gourmet! We struggle to get a sit down meal at lunch! We’ve been here 5 days and only just had our first a la carte lunch and hardly anything was available and then I didn’t get what I ordered. Honestly we have had such a bad experience and we are return Karisma customers and chose this hotel as it’s Karisma and we wouldn’t choose you again. So bad please avoid as they don’t care about you or your holiday.

Great place, great service and staff.

Excellent customer service. Health spa is beyond compare. My housekeeper Leonor was very helpful and kept my room clean and tidy. Again, highly recommend Azul resort. Welcome and goodbye gifts were very thoughtful.

Always an amazing time here! Love that every staff member works so hard to make sure guests enjoy their hard earned vacations! The resort is very well kept and beautiful! Great rooms and views! Great food, great pools, and again amazing staff! Great for kids of all ages, we love the splash pad area for our little one. Axel, the head chef is AHHHmazing and really cares about pleasing his guests and giving their pallets a one of a kind experience. Valentine, our butler, was the best! He made sure that we had a great experience and went above and beyond, way more than just doing his job. We were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and he and Axel made it a birthday to remember! Also, Ahmed from Prestige is A+++ he made sure we were taken care of, and fixed a flight snag on our end at the beginning of our vacation which saved this vacation for us! I have been a Prestige member for almost 20 years, and have never once regretted it! It’s not always perfect, but I always feel heard, and always feel like they really care! I highly recommend this, as well as any other Karisma resort! Thank you for a rememberable vacation😊😊🌴🌊🐬

The resort was beautiful! The staff is amazingly friendly! The rooms were nice, beds were so comfy, and the AC worked great! The downfall was the ocean. Still pretty, but not swimmable while we were there. Lots of seaweed and dirty. However, the staff worked hard to try and keep it clean. All of the food in the restaurants were so good! Make sure you book your reservations right when you get there or you will be eating at 9:30pm. The buffet was doable. Not our first choice for dinner though. We stayed on the adults only side and hung out in the Waves Swim Up Bar most of the time, our favorite bartender was Zavala. Super entertaining! One of our favorite waiters was Angellus at Zavas! The foam pool party was a blast. Overall, I would recommend this resort if swimming in the ocean isn’t a need for you!

Great resort (don’t expect too much from the beach) pools and pool staff are awesome, drinks lady appears every 15 minutes or so to take drinks orders, food has been great so far as has the evening entertainment, 2 adults and 3 kids (14, 9 & 9). Cleaning and grounds staff are the hardest working people I’ve ever seen, the whole resort is spotless.

Definitely a family friendly resort! food: my 11 month old has allergens and the chef and restaurant were able to custom make some food for him. I greatly appreciated this and the serving staff that cleaned up after his messy eating! food was good, enjoyed the buffet (Spoon) and Mexican restaurant the most. room: they were able to provide a crib for my son. They also have sterilizers, diaper disposable pails, baby tubs and change tables available. Housekeeping cleaned around his nap schedule too! kettle and fridge in room were also helpful! the resort was beautifully kept and clean. Pools plentiful. I would reccommend ground level rooms for access to pool when baby is napping or just in general for easier access! try also have swim up rooms.

An amazing vacation. All staff are helpful, gracious and wonderful. We also just had a massage at the spa. Absolutely amazing.

We had a fantastic time! staff was always kind and helpful. Room was very nice with no issues. AC worked great. Plenty to do around the resort. LeChique was truly an incredible experience!

Best service in the world and close to several awesome day trip destinations. Ericka and Marriano are the best! I will definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone.

DEFINITLY not enough staff… resturaunt if your not there at 530 you are eating at 9pm
Covid testing is a joke… very unorganized they charge you then say tips appreciated! Beach small, beach BBQ not even open nor should it be. Staff is very friendly, clean facility but pools COLD.

Had an amazing week here! The food is excellent and our family especially loved the Mexican restaurant! Entertainment was great every night and the Mojito menu in the main lobby bar is perfect! The seaweed is still an issue but there are great excursions for beach days! Kids club is fun and the Pizza/Pizza was a daily favorite! We loved the walk out rooms and would stay at this resort again… hopefully when there is no seaweed! Booked a great tour at the lobby desk, and would recommend! One spot for zipline, ATV, horseback riding and Cenote swimming with authentic taco lunch! Loved it!

The resort is beautiful and some members of staf are kind, some very kind…, but if I knew that this resort have problem about seaweed I will never arrived here… The smell is so bad and disgusting that you CAN’TO breathe! And they don't do NOTHING to clean it. So disapointed :/

Quiet place and delicious food.

Great property! Honestly gorgeous! Wonderful massage on the beach by Freddy! With a water therapy spa center… Food is not “gourmet” but not bad. Le chique which is the nice restaurant was closed (due to Covid budget I’m assuming) unfortunately so I can’t speak for that… the Mexican restaurant, tapas, and Italian place were decent but the Caribbean restaurant was a mess… service was spotty, they undercooked our tomahawk and over cooked our lobster which were an additional price and a reserved birthday dinner. Big bummer! And wine selection was not good. Many bottles not properly stored and were oxidized. In general around the property, drinks need to be specified to your taste otherwise they all come out weak and sweet but if you tell them exactly what you want you have a 75% chance of getting it right hahahaha. Best drinks were at the bar on the beach. Communication is a lil out of whack between concierge and front desk. Actually I’m not sure what concierge does… every time we asked them for something they sent us to someone else. They took my aromatherapy preferences but I never had a scented room or pillow. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Very nice to have your room tidied a couple times a day with cool fresh sheets. There is a children’s center that you can make a reservation for your kid to be entertained for two hours each session twice a day including evening movie so you can go to dinner. We didn’t use it but nice to know that’s an option.

Great clean resorts, many pools and Restaurants… A great place to relax and enjoy the week…

Best vacation ever! Awesome place for families with children of all ages! Staff was out standing and attentive! The food was amazing! Just perfect!

5 couples reserved premium swim up suites and only 1 got the room we paid for 6 months b4. Never saw personal butler except to have them try to sell us a timeshare. Only saw 1 waiter by our room. Kids crying every day next door. Room service said 30 minutes and took an hour and was never right. Drinks had a sacran taste. No direction when we checked in. Room not ready at 3 :00 was told to wait 20 minutes.
Food was AMAZING, When you finally got to eat. Bartenders were great bell staff was great.
We won’t be returning!

Spent 7 amazing days at the resort. Great amenities, food and service. Awesome conceige Alejandro, pool drink service from Lucia Blanca and Noel at pizza shop… as well as countless other servers …

This is my second time back and it was great! A bit quiet because of the new test regulations but still the staff made it great. Lusia was always there to greet us in the morning and wonderful! She was so sweet and helpful! There’s so many pools comment a large resort. My only con is that it’s a little bit far from the main city, but that could’ve been prevented if I did more research. I was there for a wedding for years ago and it was incredible.

Azul Beach Resort was absolutely amazing! The beautiful spacious rooms, we had the swim up room with direct access to the pool and hot tub, the staff was exceptional, very helpful, Antonio and Pablo were superb. I cannot say enough about the beautiful landscape, the views… but wait the food was excellent from many different restaurants to choose from your taste buds had a party every night… Azul Beach Resort is a must, I can't wait to come back.

Amazing staff attention and excellent food.

Couldn't say enough good things. The resort was beautiful and clean, the staff were friendly, attentive and personable. The food was amazing everywhere we went, the drinks were refreshing, tasty and topped up regularly The rooms were all breathtaking, and gave that luxury type feel. I recommend all the restaurants at the resort but specifically Zocolo. The staff there are so fun and an absolute riot and of course the food was top notch. I would stay at Azul again in a heartbeat and I wouldn't shy away from recommending it to everyone I know!
