Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Let me start off by saying to please trust ALL the negative reviews of this place. The positive reviews are because people have little to no expectations. But if you are expecting five star service from this 'platinum' resort, you can forget about it. Customer service + food are the two most important things in a stay, which they completely lack. Customer service — NON EXISTENCE My friend got injured at this hotel and they did nothing. Not only did they do nothing but they decided to offer their suggestions of how or why she got injured to make it seem it was all her fault and they would take no liability. Very unprofessional. If I wanted your opinion I would asked for it. The principle of this whole situation was how the hotel handled it. For someone who has stayed at their share of mediocre to four star hotels I have never received this kind of treatment. Never. When asked to speak to a manager they would say no one is here, how is it possible that a business that operates for 24 hours has no manager on-site? They just decided to throw Oscar from concierge at us and said they were in "charge. " When someone came to talk to my friend, her name is Irene, the first words that came out of her mouth was "I already know what happened. " I am not sure what type of training goes on at this hotel with management but it's unfortunate that they are so improperly trained that so are their staff members.
