SPA Hotels in Oaxaca

We stayed at Manta Raya in March, 2026, and loved it. The beach is beautiful, and we never saw more than 2 other people on it. Meals looking over the pool to the beach at sunset were magical.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. You already did the hard part which was managing to find this place on the internet, once you book it you will already be on vacation.

I enjoy Casamar Suites so much that I want to live there! I sleep well on their comfortable beds, and because it is peaceful and quiet. The rooms are clean and in great working condition.

Our stay at Casamar Suites was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful, with amazing gardens that make the whole place feel peaceful and welcoming.

Outstanding place with great views of the beach I thought the stairs down would be trepidation, but they are fine and they include some brakes along the way so it’s not tiring you can sit and watch

Spent 5 days staying in the Venice unit, very comfortable and well appointed. The complex is well laid out, nice pool, lots of room to kick back and relax.

Hotel very well located, the service is as if one were at home. Good facilities, recommended to rest.

El Alquimista has an exceptional location—set in a natural alcove that feels wonderfully removed from the rest of Zipolite while still being just around the bend from everything.

Our At El Alquimista was one of the best experiences I have had in my many years of travel. We have This motel in the past and have returned to Zip polite because of our experience at this hotel.

Very nice place. Stayed there for a few nights and felt very welcome. The walls in the hotel are rather thin so if you have noisy neighbors it might get louder, but it wasn’t much of a problem!

The hotel was small and clean. We had our breakfast included and portions were delicious (from typical Oaxacan to American pancakes). Service from all staff members was very attentive and helpful!

Casa de Siete Balcones is your home away from home for sure! I've clocked my second time staying there and it was just as lovely and comfortable if not more so than the first!

Amazing Stay at Hotel La Cascada!
I had a fantastic experience staying at Hotel La Cascada Oaxaca! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome.

Extremely well located in barrio de Xochimilco. Lively neighborhood but also quiet at night. Very helpful staff! Easy parking. Beautiful rooftop terrace.

Had a great stay here for five days. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Big room. Dark curtains. Ans no noise from traffic, dogs or roosters. Staff is very friendly.

Absolutely lovely staff at the hotel — some of the nicest we've met on our travels in Mexico! The hotel itself is gorgeous as are the rooms. I would highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay in Puerto Escondido. The staff are so friendly and it's quiet and chill. I love the private balconies with curtains. Great to find a place that's adults-only as well.

I love it here! Gorgeous pool and lots of travelers hang out on the lower floor to work remotely. The top floor suite has the best view (ocean in the distance), but all the rooms are cute.

It was comfortable and near the Zicatela beach. We booked on same day of check-in, in the evening as the other accommodation was below our expectations.

The location is perfect! The beach is across the street and it's a short walk to the market, restaurants, bars, and nightlife but not noisy at night. The room was huge and clean.

The hotel has a great location if you don't want to stay right in the center. The room has everything you need: a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Fresh water is provided in the room every day.

Great simple, economic hotel! The hotel is right in the thick of the city & like everywhere in Oaxaca, it has some noise from day to day life.

We loved the large Red Queen room and the upstairs rooftop terrace was great.

We so enjoyed Larimar. Very well designed with plants, color and creative use of natural light. Room was enjoyable and comfortable. Much nicer than the more expensive hotels we stayed in Oaxaca.

Quaint small hotel hidden away in residencial Conejos. Beautiful rooms and grounds. Each room has it's own vibe. Food and drinks are good.

Casa Ceiba was the most relaxing place with gorgeous views. I would love to return. That being said, they are in need of pool loungers.

We really loved out stay at Cocolia. Already the check-in and welcome ceremony were so special, the staff really know how to make you feel appreciated and at home.

Our stay at Ennea Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From start to finish, everything was perfectly arranged by the attentive staff, making us feel cared for every step of the way.

Great, small boutique hotel. Backs onto nature reserve and short walk to a lovely beach. Very quiet, only the sounds of nature. Food in the restaurant is excellent.

This is an excellent place to stay in Oaxaca. The location is very central. There are many excellent restaurants, bars, and historical landmarks within easy walking distance.

A great base for a stay in Oaxaca City. The rooms are extremely comfortable, clean and nicely spacious. The staff were hospitable and spoke great English.
