Our stay here was Horrible, there was so much that went wrong during our stay. The resort is very outdated and needs a lot of work. From the air cooling systems, to the room smelling like sewage when we walked in. I asked for the AC to be repaired and was ignored the first night, we used the fan and slept hot. The toilet over flowed and Flooded our room. Our lights went out 2 of the nights we were there… it was a rough, and stressful 6 days we stayed there. And just think, I had a “higher level room and amenities”. I’m sure all these things and some I did not even list, could have been avoided by upgrading and updating the facilities. It’s not the highly rated resort that people say it once was.

My most sincere admiration and respect for such impeccable service by all the members of the Las Brisas team. In all its menus an exceptional seasoning characteristic of Oaxacan hands. I especially loved the quesadillas that Erika prepares, everyone's attention, the carts in which we were transferred, and of course the natural wealth in flora and fauna that inhabit the surroundings of the hotel. Never change and we send you a hug in the distance from León Guanajuato Mexico, I was the first 4 days of September 2022 and it was a magical experience. Thank you thank you thank you thank you.

The stay in this Hotel is the best experience I have ever had, all the staff treats you as friendly and attentive as possible. The facilities are spotless, the hotel is beautiful. The atmosphere in general comforts you and makes you feel at home. It is literally a luxury that if you can give it to yourself, it is worth it.

Just returned from an amazing vacation in Huatulco at Las Brisas. The staff, food, drinks, surroundings were over and above our expectations. Such a beautiful spot. There is a lot of walking and stairs which I didn't mind it was exercise after all the eating and drinking but if you have mobility issues, bad knees … this may not be the place for you. However, there is great shuttle service to and from the rooms and around the resort if you need. We did a day boating tour with great snorkeling, beach lunch at a cantina and were so fortunate to see up close and personal hump back whales, sea turtles, sting rays and jelly fish. We went into two local towns for shopping, exploring, eating and had great experiences everywhere. Absolutely loved Hautulco and want to go back.

This place has it all! Location, amazing service and friendly staff! Las Brisas offers such a delicious variety of food and drinks. All areas are clean and welcoming. Shuttle service is available if the hills and the walk are too much for you! I can’t say one bad thing… perfection!

The resort is amazing! There is so much to do and see. Lots of sports activities if you feel energetic and beautiful beaches for swimming and snorkeling. Food is very fresh and staff is friendly and helpful. The resort is a bit dated about they have improved and upgraded a few of the main areas. Some people we met have been going for 5-7 and 12 years! That says a lot! We will be back!

It is a very nice hotel, the staff is extremely attentive, if you come with an all inclusive plan you'll be able to eat everything without limit, if your plan is different the prices are a bit high but worth the food, the buffet is very varied and of excellent quality. If you want to eat outside of hotel you have to transfer by taxi to the center or wherever you want to go, there is no way to get out on foot, only taxi or your car. The only thing that is tricky is the big thing about the hotel, about tap rooms away from the lobby you have to take a "cart" to take you or bring you to the room, although you can walk to the lobby (a little complicated for children or the elderly), however it is quite worthwhile, as it is a hotel very very nice.

Great place for a relaxing vacation. Lay back and enjoy the great weather and service. Food is excellent at all locations. You won't be disappointed!

Loving this place and sad I have to leave after only two nights. As the pics show this is a beautiful property in a beautiful spot. Service is attentive and friendly. Walk to your room — with many stairs — or take the courtesy shuttles. Great food in the restaurants at affordable prices. Approximately $15 USD for fancy breakfast buffet and you get a 15% discount off that. The discount applies to all food & drink purchases for hotel guests. My room is awesome with Hyuge bathroom and separate dining/living including a coffee maker. I definitely recommend this property. You can be chill or have the typical cruise loud atmosphere. Something for everyone including kids. Join the free I Prefer club get a few extra perks and good room rates like the Visa offer. Low season is extremely affordable. Only negative is the internet while available everywhere it's slow for streaming. Definitely a 5 star stay though.

It's the vacation I've enjoyed the most. Very good quality facilities, clean and good service. The bay is beautiful and you can swim very at ease and see fish from the shore. I recommend it 100%.

I just got back from Las Brisas yesterday, and it was an amazing hotel. I defenitely would love to go back. The staff was amazing, as well as the food and quick service. It was very clean and organized. Lots of fun things to do there as well. If you're looking for a place to go to over the summer, I recommend this hotel.

We had a good stay.
The room very comfortable, although it can improve the air conditioning.
The adult pool excellent and more for the zero policy of not allowing minors.
Good food and very varied.
The service everywhere was very professional and friendly.
Another thing about the carts that take you, but the distances can be large and complicated to get to the pool area.

The staff was so rude. The other resorts we have been to in this area, welcomed us and treated us like guests. Here, I felt like a nuisance. The pools were extremely dirty. Everything closes down by 8 pm. Why would they shut down the activities so early? We did not want to just go to our room and go to bed. We went to town to continue the fun and were treated like we were doing something wrong by the older woman at the gate. She was terrible to us. We were chased down by a staff person to pay for our drinks AFTER we paid for our drinks. Hated this hotel and will never be back. Absolutely dirty. Not worth the price you pay. The food was TERRIBLE. COLD, Flavorless, and just nasty.

I have come to that hotel four times as much as anything for its excellent private beaches, especially the one that has coral reef ideal for minors to swim and you can appreciate the infinity of fish, but I do not agree with the silly policies of the tables billiards, there are only two big ones and one girl, the big one exclusively for adults and the girl for minors, but no minor can play at the big tables even if an adult takes responsibility, I get so foolish that criterion when many Fa arrive at that hotel when many fa arrive at that hotel with their young children; by the way the main pool is infested with very small animals that are swimming despite the sanitation fluids I observe throw into the pool after closing it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was there for 5 days and I just got back on August 05th.

A great property with "villages" scattered on the huge área. Formerly a Club Med, las Brisas has the best location on Tangolunda bay. It has tour beaches, two large swimming pools, several tennis courts and a soccer field. Theresa are shuttle service to reach the different areas of the hotel. A great place to stay in Huatulco.

It is the only hotel in Huatulco with 4 beaches. All of them are beatiful and have something special to offer, specially the one with the reef if you like snorkeling. The food is good, but I won't recommend to take that much seafood if you are not use to. Most of the rooms have a beautiful view. I would recommend to the hotel to post information about the animals and plants a cross the property to teach visitors about the amazing species in the area. I really love the hammocks in the morning they gives you a really good peaceful feeling.

It is an excellent hotel, the facilities, the food, the bar, but the staff in particular are people who are unlive by Q the passes very well are very friendly and helpful, they make you feel very spoiled, without any doubt would return.

There are too many people for the hotel's ability. We pay all inclusive (nothing cheap) and you have to queue for breakfast and for drinks. The pool looks like a spa. The rooms are very nice and the service is very friendly. Not recommended for older people, many stairs.

I congratulate all the staff for the dinner French yesterday night, particularly Brenda and Marco. The hotel is beautiful, although you can still notice the years it has its charm. It has the 2 best beaches in the bay. The service is attentive and friendly. Bad point for the food, slash the bad.

Very clean, friendly atmosphere all the staff very attentive in restaurants and transport to the rooms, they just need to be more cordial at reception but outside of that detail all very well even the facilities the food very rich, the pools excellent state and Clean.

Lousy restaurant lousy food does not cater the waiter I waiter for 150 people I had to go to breakfast to another nearby hotel because they do not cater and there are only eggs for breakfast. Lousy room service. I soap and a shampoo for 4 people and only 2 towels. Not worth it I do not recommend category — 2 stars, and it is little. Malisimoooooooo.

The hotel has good services. Clean and comfortable rooms, very good food, friendly staff. The only downside is that the hotel is very large and there are stretches in which you must climb many stairs forcibly.

The Hotel is amazing, the service of all the unbeatable staff, excellent food quality, clean beach, surveillance. In the sea village while everything is far away, the transport takes no more than 3-5 minutes to arrive… Our vacations were fantastic.

This is a great Resort! There are many stairs and hills and walkways and areas to walk and climb so if you're adverse to climbing many stairs and steps then this may not be the place for you. The staff are all very helpful very friendly and very kind they do their best to make our stay as nice and comfortable as possible. The room that we stayed in which was in the clouds area of the resort definitely needed updating but it was still well more than adequate and very large in size with a nice clean bathroom that was very large too. We had a room that had a patio and many of the rooms there only have Windows that you can open so certainly I would pay the extra small amount of money to have a room that has a patio our view was of the bay to the north but still we enjoyed the view as opposed to directly out in the sea. The beaches are very nice very well-groomed and the water was warm the pools are very nice especially the adult-only pool. The nightly entertainment was not fantastic but it was still entertaining when they had it on. There are many activities to do and to play such as squash table tennis the gym yoga Pilates tennis Hobie cats paddle boarding — you won't get bored at this Resort we were there for 2 weeks and enjoyed the entire time.

Amazing hotel, they cater to you wonderfully, the food is excellent although something expensive. Las Brisas Huatulco Ed the only hotel in the area that has private beaches, you won't have to leave the hotel unless you want to get to know other places. I recommend that if you are going to travel to Huatulco acquire a package on the airlines it gets cheaper.

I liked it very much, the beaches very quiet and very clean. The comfortable and the drink pretty good and the rooms also. The only downside is that to go to your room they take you in truck. And you have to take the loungers off the beach from 5 am, as people turn them away and then return for them. But overall I am satisfied with the hotel and if I would return.

I love this resort, is our third time here. It has such a great feel. The grounds are lovely. There are 4 separate beaches, one with a coral reef for some fantastic snorkling. We've had the Super deluxe rooms twice, this last time we went with a regular room. They're all good.

Beautiful place, the grounds are almost like botanical garden. Excellent choice of three beaches, very good food and service. The facilities are older but very well kept and clean. Due to the natural topography be prepared to walk a lot of stairs. We had 154 from our room to the beach or more depending on where you were going. However; we personally did not mind it as we are quite active. But if you have some mobility issues this may be a problem even though they offer very good shuttle service that can drive you to your destination. Nevertheless; I would not hesitate to comeback here again.

We had a great time for the 10 days we were here. The staff were amazing and the food was great. The nightly entertainment show was always a great time. They put on a good show. They have 3 beaches you can swim and snorkel at… there were lots of fish to see right by shore. Kayaking, paddle boards, small catamaran sailboats that you can use. There was lots to do!

Good facilities… but not good breakfast missing in some foods sometimes it seems that they are recycled… the potatoes were already bad about to break down the meat with very salty rajas… the attention of the table servers is good.
The attention of the carriers is friendly and they do not discriminate any that is very good.
The cleanliness of the rooms is not good… dirty shelves… dirty floor… in my room I found a cockroach and 2 scorpions and ants… In general it is a hotel with an excellent location and therefore a beautiful view… grupo Brisas Take care of these little great details.

The cleanliness of the rooms is very adequate.
If you go with older people the accessibility to the whole complex is not so easy walking, but to be able to move from one point to another they have shuttle service (at no cost), that take you from one place to another in a very fast way.
The beaches are clean with lounge chairs, palapas and parasols. The surf is very quiet, although the sea water is cold, rather than the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico or the Yucatan Peninsula.
The food is varied and well seasoned and depending on the number of nights you stay included in the package all inclusive dinners on demand in their different restaurants.
And they have the option that if you did not hire the all inclusive you can pay for the food and beverage services, although it is not the best option because the cost ended up being elevated.
Overall if I would go back to this hotel.

Unfortunately this time we have stayed 2 days for a lapse without light in the hotel and it has been very annoying, with lots of heat and no weather. The national tourism does not give as much preference as abroad and shows, activities are very directed to them. In the Buenavista restaurant they make a separation of nationals and foreigners. The drivers of the cars Q go up to the rooms drive very fast. It hasn't been so nice this visit.

Beach was beautiful, hotel rooms were always clean. Room service was delicious. Staff was incredibly nice. Family oriented hotel but still had adults only pools which I never used. Beach was better option… waiters came right to the beach to serve us. Really have zero complaints. I will definitely come again!

Every tour guide in Huatulco will tell you this is one of, if not the best place to stay in town and they're right! A big property with 4 beaches and lots of room, it never feels crowded and the views are spectacular! Take a miss on the Mediterranean restaurant though — it was nothing special.

Love this place. It was our third visit here and they are always improving. The food in the buffets is awesome, the people are incredibly friendly. We came with 100 people for a wedding and everything went so well. Can't wait to return again! A new spa is under construction and should be open soon.

Beautiful area, troubles checking in and out. Got locked out of our room for 1.5 hours because they checked us out a day early and took them 2 rounds of people to deliver us a new working key for our room. (Which sucked being far from amenities and already being driven to our room once with a new key for it to not work and wait for another key and then another) also was never informed of the dance club which is hidden and unadvertised. Got to go our last night and when we asked for water they tried to give us tap water. A few areas were under maintenance at the time but other than the check in/out troubles was over all an amazing experience. Food was fantastic and nightly entertainment was fun and lively! Family oriented but the 3 private beaches all served a purpose and were ALL amazing.

Excellent and beautiful place. The extension and slopes can be a topic with young children or older adults. However, cars for internal mobility are effective. The buffet is splendid. The restaurants for the night are not bad, but they could improve (if the idea is that it is "something more exclusive". There's everything and everyone. My compliments to the staff, always dedicated with great care to their work and to the guests. And the best: the beach, nature.

I really liked the hotel for the area where it is located, as well as the facilities and service that people offer, always friendly and attentive, the only problem was with the drinks, I think they are not the best, the bartender is not very good or prepares them too rápid Or, something's up with that.

Low prices… all inclusive… good service… the only "issue" is that rooms are located far away from each other and from the hotel's facilities.

Wish I could give it zero stars. Although the location is great… We had a terrible experience. Unfriendedly staff. Many problems with check-in. The price quoted in the hotel was triple what was said online. Never was able to complete check-in because of all these extra charges at the front desk. Lots of other luxury hotels nearby, choose them instead.

It's awesome that the hotel has private beaches! :) Also the staff is very friendly and helpful in all matters. The buffet is pretty complex and delightful. I really enjoy my stay there.

Food over the top, drinks all made with top shelf liquor. First class service everywhere. Landscape very hilly, must be fit to navigate but shuttles run nonstop. Architecture of resort makes so that shuttle does NOT disrupts sleep or enjoyment of beach and pool. Superior resort. Loved every minutes of my stay.

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms super comfortable, comes with air conditioning and ceiling fan which makes them very fresh. The beach is very clean and the service from all the waiters and bartenders was excellent as well as the people that handle the carts always have a good attitude. I would have liked just more variety in the buffet dinner in the bellavista and the snak. For everything else it is a excellent hotel.

The food at their various restaurants Is excellent and the bars located strategically are a delight, the transport of the rooms to the various facilities always in time. The staff very friendly and attentive.

Very good experience, we have gone several times and always were satisfied. The rooms in perfect condition, you give rise of the type of room if there is availability without any additional cost, the buffets great, the staff in general very attentive.

For anything I recommend, for the same fare you find better quality hotels. Lousy service of the person who attended to my check in. The people parking are not tagged my car and they did not know who he was; that they needed to let us know that we flashers turned on. The room that I was assigned to a very old curtains and not closed as well. Walkers are dirty, as well as access to my room. In general, I think that all the installations are old; they have the same decor for 10 years. Not been updated in decoracio and especially in service. I was in another hotel in huatulco and yes they have renovated facilities and improved service.

Excellent hotel, with lovely views, very large, several pools and a private beach, with service 1st with the exception of the dpersonas serving the bar, they are very crude.

Really good, but it's not a good option for handycap people.

First, the attitude of the bartenders very bad it seems that not. They love their work, both at the central bar as in those who are at the beach, and to top it off the draught beer in all the bars that the hotel has is hot you mention to the bartender that you of cold beer, and tells you that if you have, but it has an extra cost that odd thing of which the management as well of the sort even if you have a all-inclusive and well you get to your room thinking that the beer in the fridge you will be better and surprise surprise this equal to or more hot, if you want to go with people with a disability, or elderly, or think it is not suitable for them there are a Lot of stairs, the bar that is closest to your room, you'll find it literally a mile away.

Everything is beautiful here. The services are wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Absurd that there is no health inside restaurants or near the swimming pools.
Uncomfortable for people with disabilities. There are no elevators or form of transport!
Offer all inclusive, liquid when booking or on arrival, a number by 2 adults and 2 children and when you check out, "inform you" that the less than 10 years, yes has to pay!
Because they do not report and charge you when you arrive, if it is supposed to be all inclusive?
You ask to speak with the Manager and… NEVER ARRIVE!
And just going, because if you loose your flight!

One of the worst hotels of my life the food the same every night the show were the same people over and over and or through terrible not terrible I prefer to spend My money at another hotel that the climate nor Serbia do not clean the rooms the heat is awful and without climate… : (DON'T GO TO THAT HOTEL! IT IS A WED…

Excellent service, fabulous water sports Head of water the Sr Alejandro extraordinary. The only bad thing is that the climate of the room gave us problems, they were resolved.

The attention of the employees was wonderful, but I can't say the same for the hotel, the climate of the rooms this bad and I thought it was just my room but the transport to the rooms you could hear the same comments. The worst of the Breezes is the chef, none of the meals that I tried had a good flavor, had a good look but nothing of good taste. It is not the first place that I have visited as All Inclusive" but if it is the first in which this concept is not ALL inclusive, it is very unpleasant that some things are included and others are not.

A wonderful experience! Beaches very comfortable, clean, beautiful. The beach with its coral reef is the best, the fish are on the shore, the children enjoy it very much. It is a very beautiful place and complete, not lacking anything. We will definitely be returning.

We were delighted we went in the family since Sunday and just got back today, in general everything was perfect, very luxury, something that I loved was the staff (animators) the guys-super friendly and cute, I would have loved to get to know them well and ask for your number but I afternoon, and I was sorry to do it, but I wanted to know… but all excellent I loved it♡♡♡ the buffet is a bit boring, every day there was spaghetti, among other things which I started to artar, but very good all.

We had been to the Barcelo Huatulco and we had similar maximum but after knowing the breezes we have changed our opinion, has much more to do and it is much more relaxing it is a different concept to that of moving carts, we liked it very much and the beach for snorkeling excellent. We hope to return soon.

Good facilities and friendly staff, I just lack the proper seasoning of the food, otherwise highly recommended.

Had a great time here! The view from our balcony couldn't be beat. Loved the gardens and beaches, the food was good and there is a beautiful reef right on the beach for snorkeling.

During Christmas my wife and daughters visited las Brisas, I wasn't included in the reservation, but my daughters would want me to stay with them to the resource and the administration did not let me be there even paying for one day. Some of the dependent, workers and security of the hotel wasn't pleasant with their guests. I felt like a stranger in the hotel, I was a father who trusts the place and paid good money for my family vacation. Huatulco has very nice places and beaches for vacation where we have been before and staying in better hotels.

I loved their room the way to transport you to the rooms is beautiful view to lar, the lobby or say, excellent food very cheap I recommend mil.

It is a very nice hotel, it is fun to ride carts, although then bored, the rrestaurantes buffet are great, and the only downside is the Wi-Fi.

Large, 50 acre, property. Get around on small "trains", or walk. Very relaxing, friendly place. Easy to get to and from town by hotel van &/or cab.

I had heard good things about Las Brisas, but got a really good taste and experience while on a bachelor getaway party. An awesome all-inclusive stay, for the best three nights on a usually boring November weekend. The variety of food and drinks was exceptional, as well as the service with which 18 of us were treated — even as we began losing control due to the amount of inclusive booze! The little shuttles go back and fourth from the suites at perfect intervals, and the room service is impeccable. I got nothing but 5-stars for Las Brisas; and hope to go back sometime soon.

The hotel is located on the Northern shore of a rather deep Bay with a narrow entrance. The best beach I've ever seen. The coast is mountainous. Residential one-storey housing, located on different levels. The rooms to the restaurants and beaches can be reached by stairs up and down. You can take the caret. They come a phone call pretty soon. Food is quite monotonous, mainly Mexican. Bars are good, but a little. No rooms have a Minibar. Airport near. There is no duty-free. There are tours. I am not used.
