The place very central the super spacious rooms, the beds and pillows more than comfortable, the pool clean and with good temperature, the attentive staff and the. Super rich breakfast maybe they can have more variety in food, overall it is a good place and if I would stay again. I recommend it.

Replace the waiters of the restaurant who all look stupid even if we leave a very good tip. In addition, the choice of meals is really very limited.

The service was incredible just because my roomate was able to order an extra bed by saying we had an overweight roomate. Fun times!

Great view of the marina it you can get a room facing the marina. Grsi was very helpful to get us in the room we wanted. The pool is a little small. But we spent most of the time on the beach which was a 5 minute walk. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Always a smile on there faces. The restaurant is fully equipped for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I had a very good fall in the bar area by an unilluminated source and the same color as the rest of the floor, fortunately I help my reflexes and I'm young, that same day had fallen 3 more people, I attended very kindly but never presented a Medi Co and not even the account of what he consumed after the fall that was 180. — I was offered.

Food was way better than expected, Staff were great and being as it is in town, there was lots to see and do in the area. Best time to go would be mid Nov. To mid Dec.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! "Overpriced"? Yeah, right. It's pretty much at the standard American rate, but you get so much more for your money. Also if you happen to stay at some of the other more economical hotels nearby, you'll be happy to hand your money over for the amenities of a comfortable bed, a clean shower, a toilet that doesn't leak, air conditioning, and no bugs. This place doesn't even compare to the other place I stayed at it that I'm choosing not to review. You're going into a tourist a destination and staying at a Holiday Inn. It is what it is. Huatulco is a hidden gem worth seeing and if you're going to stay anywhere, I cannot recommend Holiday Inn enough. The location is awesome. The beach is literally around the corner and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel has wonderful food and drinks. The pool was great! And the customer service is probably the best in the whole town! After my flight got cancelled back home to the States, they were willing to stay on the phone and call back for me, time and time again. I didn't have them do it, but they were persistent. That's service!

It was a bit over priced. If you want an American Mexican experience this is your place.

I didn't get a huge chance to explore the hotel, but the service was great and the hotel was clean and centrally located!

Clean place, friendly people and family atmosphere the only thing I did not like was the size of the pool very small for the amount of people that can be in the hotel.

The location is excellent, it has the beach at a few steps, various locals where you can buy cloth, in fact is a local market, the breakfast was delicius.

Very nice, with pool and next to the beach. There are not so many shops very near to, but yes there are banks. It feels very peaceful there. Huatulco is a lesser-known site that is going to go grabbing a lot of popularity I think. I recommend it 100%.

This holiday inn feels like a resort. Walking distance to the beach, an open lobby with palm roofs, air conditioning in all rooms, and a very friendly staff. It's an incredible deal. The only negative I have, is the Wi-Fi is so slow, it literally feels like a 56k dial up modem. I used my phone's internet the entire time.

Lousy service. It is assumed that it is one towel per room and if there are two or more? I charge, it assumes what there is hot water and doesn't come to that, it is very cold. The piece and the bath pigs, very bad service.

I was at the hotel for work and stayed with a great impression, facilities are in excellent condition, staff is very friendly and meets the small details, the invoice arrives in time and correct it if it is necessary and what I loved most and did not know is that you can take your pet. I was with my husband and my two daughters of 06 and 09 and was very nice especially my peace I like to sleep since I've been to the bineguenda and island and there is noise and is difficult to relaxation at night but there that separate rich beds does not compare with anything the complete breakfast and and towels and personal we received with muha joy price excellent until I got a free night thanks holiday inn, internet excellent…

A small hotel but with everything you need to make your stay pleasant, starting with the room that is comfortable, they have restaurant and room service from 7 am to 11 pm, and the staff was very attentive.
