All services excellent; location, climate, prices and the warmth of the staff in their attention is unbeatable. I highly recommend it.

Terrible customer service.
In this pandemic I have requested a change of dates because I had a trip planned for July. The hotel won't let me change dates and doesn't plan on returning my money. There is never the hotel manager, whenever I call the lady tells me that nothing can be done because there is no manager. The question is, aren't you or don't you want to help me make the date change? Without hesitation I would not recommend it to anyone. What they lack is conscience.

As soon as you walk into the hotel the lobby is welcoming and then you’re greeted with a wonderful smile from the front desk. This hotel is spotless clean includes a wonderful breakfast every morning and is city center, I would highly recommend this property.

¡Beautiful hotel! excellent, the location excellent and the rooms very spacious and comfortable. The only thing that is not good is the breakfast, the egg that they serve has no flavor but from there on out is an excellent option.

The hotel is in a very convenient location in the center of town, close to everything. The room was very comfortable and stylish. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard that adds to its charm. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel, good service and all. The only thing I liked was that I charged luggage since my flight was leaving much later and had to deliver the room, when I pick up my things I never gave a blusitas that I bought, call the next day when I was unpacking and I didn't get any solution, yet, and when they asked me to send x parcels and I was paying, telling me the so that is not what they had allowed, that if he thought back!, so I was not going to travel from Mexico City to sOaxaca x some blouses!, x certainly did not, never intended to communicate with the manager. Tache!

Bad experience, no hot water, very low pressure faucets. The electricity turns off all at once so forget charging your phone after you turn off the lights. Someone took our key from the front desk and stole my telephone charger, and other items, the hotel staff, denied and make us a new key. No security. Expensive, poor quality. We spent two nights there and moved to a better hotel. Though was cheaper, with hot water, and all the practical amenities to make our trip comfortable, and safe.

Good vs Price. Excellent service, the shower has tartar and there is very little pressure, and you have ir súper Hot ir cole warmter. If you are light sleeper, I remind you that it is a downtown hotel and all night cars pass by making noise, ask for a room away from the street if possible. In general very good hotel in relation price.

Hotel with excellent location, complimentary breakfast as well as Wi-Fi and free parking for guests. Comfortable rooms with good ventilation and very well decorated. I love this hotel!

Excelente ubicación, está rústico pero muy bonito, tienen servicio de café y te 24hrs además incluye el desayuno (café, fruta, pan tostado, huevo y aveces ponen chilaquiles o frijoles) las habitaciones están muy limpias los colchones cómodos, no hay olores raros y son muy cordiales. Nota adicional, al reservar pidan habitación con aire acondicionado sale como 150 pesos más por día pero vale cada centavo. Volvería a quedarme en este hotel con los ojos cerrados, me gustó mucho y tiene un encanto muy oaxaqueño.

Our room was to hot (301). Open windows and fan at full speed were not enough, even with cool temperature outside.

Awesome king room (with A/C) and a super friendly and helpful staff. The daily breakfast is good and the location is great.

Hotel itself was clean and quaint. Staff however we’re not helpful at all and argued at any complaint. Specifically the morning front desk lady and woman in the evening. Loud banging at 11 o’clock at night due to a locked door in another hotel room. Ours had locked once as well leaving us unable to get out of our hotel room. We were able to get it loose. The banging continued for a full hour after calling the front desk were told to deal with it. Then, after trying to leave the garage, there was a protest which apparently happens at this time every month. We knew that information, however, we didn’t know the garage would be blocked. Again, the front desk told us to deal with it and we should’ve known. That it wasn’t their job to tell us. Completely unprofessional and would recommend going anywhere else but here. Also, you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for the warm water to turn on. They even have a bucket in the shower to catch all the cold water so house cleaning can use it.

The only thing is that you are pressured to book by Booking or one of those and it is more expensive than the hotel rate. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very nice. All day long they have coffee and tea service. And in the local next door is a Chocolate butler where you can have a milkshake. I enjoyed it a lot. Serious the paradise that the parking lot was there, but 1 block is the Zocalo, opposite the emblematic markets.

Good service but I asked for double room and paid for Expedia. After the hotel I was charged extra because we were two people in the room.

Location As you can see, the former House of someone from the conquistadors. Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. There is everything in the room. A wonderful garden inside with a fountain. The center. Recommend!

Terrible customer service. Made a reservation for two weeks in the hotel through Booking. A few days prior to arriving, I needed to shorten the reservation, but was unable to. Talked to Booking customer service and they said they would need to talk to the hotel to get it approved. The hotel refused. The customer service agent at Booking was surprised and said that he would write an email making the request with the management and to check back in 24 hours. They had not responded to Booking when I called in again a day later. The customer service agent again called the hotel and the hotel management refused to shorten the reservation. I called and talked to the hotel directly, conversing in Spanish, and again they refused. I explained that I am traveling for business and have done this many times with other hotels as plans change and never had a problem, especially since the modification dates are well outside the cancellation window. They still refused. This makes no sense. If I were to make two dozen individual reservations, I would have no problem canceling the extra days. I've never had a hotel be this intransigent and uncaring about a customer's need to change their reservation dates. Would definitely NOT recommend Hotel Trebol.

Very nice though to miss. Tere lacks to treat CTE better.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. We were fascinated by the décor and cleanliness of the place. The staff at the front desk were very friendly in giving recommendations. Also the location is excellent.

Nice clean hotel. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. It is located right next to a busy market and there are many vendors on the street so it's a little hectic when you go outside. However, it is quiet inside.

Our family of four spent two nights here — the location was fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking in a private garage a few blocks away was well facilitated. The room was spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Good, hot showers too. The breakfast was excellent — nice to have all the fruit and yoghurt with granola as well as the regular eggs, toast and cereal. The tortillas, brand and cheese were nice as well. To top it all off, the hotel smelled like chocolate!

Good Place, next to the market. It's Not very noisy. Nice size room. Hot water takes time to go out in the evenings, but it's all good. Parking is safe but a couple of blocks away.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing is that they can not help you with something and another that besides that they can not say it in a bad way. The parking lot is several blocks away from the hotel: unacceptable. The Hotel is picturesque, very good location to 100mt from the Zocalo, but for $1100 you can get something better if you book with time. I'm not coming back.

Stayed here for 5 days and really enjoyed. The rooms really look great and the staff is very nice. The free morning breakfast was a nice addition to help cut the cost of dining. If you don't like street noise be sure to have an interior room as the street noise and traffic can be overwhelming. The best thing about this hotel is its location. This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the city. We walked most everywhere. When we return I'll surly will stay here again. **side note — tours outside the hotel are cheaper. We are going on the tour tomorrow. 200 pesos + entry fee for Monte Alban + buffet lunch.

Nice hotel near the market and only 2 blocks from the zocolo. Rooms clean, breakfast has a good range, they do tend to run out of things, quality good though. Good value.

Superbly located, buffet breakfast included, very clean; plenty of hot water pressure on upper floors; friendly staff; professional desk in lobby for car rental/tours/private guides; a/c by request; reasonably priced; 5-gallon water jugs in hallways + water bottles in every room. One drawback: no elevator; only way up or down 3 floors is to use the stairs.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, firm beds, 2 min walk to the town square. Really nice layout to the hotel around a courtyard. Try to avoid rooms facing the street, nights in Oaxaca can be noisy.

The location is excellent. Opposite you have the market November 20.1 block from the Zocalo and the cathedral. Very good attention. The rooms are a good size. Clean, luminous, ventilated. The accessory kit is very well stocked and with good products. The bathroom was spacious and nice. Very nice decor. The lobby smells of chocolate, because there is a sale stuck to the hotel (the milkshakes, delicious, by the way).
The breakfast was very good. All very fresh and good quality: fruit, yogurt, eggs, chilaquiles, cereals, bread, milk, juices. The mattresses, the bedding and the excellent pillows. And the best thing is that, despite being totally in the center, if you ask for interior room, you will have a quiet night without noise.
I would definitely go back. I loved it. The price very good for what it offers.

This hotel is right near the exciting zócalo but it's still quiet and relaxing. The staff is very helpful and friendly and they take care of you. I loved this hotel.

We had a bad experience from the very first day at check-in. We were all charged (6 different rooms) a day before check-in rates that were not coinciding with the rates that are in their website. They had a hard time figuring out what happened so they had to cancel all transactions, refund our money, and pay again using a different payment method. The rooms were not what we were expecting: hard matresses, tiny restrooms, no fridge/microwave. First floor rooms do not have A/C, just a small fan that does a mediocre job to keep the room cool during the hot summer nights. On our last day of our stay, the lights of the entire building went off for about half an hour, including the small fans. The hotel only offers 2 irons and 2 blow dryers for the ENTIRE property which I thought was ridiculous. Overall the entire experience was horrible. The only reason why this place deserves a one star instead of zero is because it's so close to the plaza, market place, and good restaurants. We will not stay at this hotel ever again!

We had a good stay. Our room was rather small and we will get a bigger one next time. Very clean. Friendly staff. Delicious and bountiful breakfast. Great location. Some hot and cold water problems.

I stayed in three hotels this trip, and this one was the best by far. We had a double queen bed (2 queens pushed together! ) and everything was very clean. The staff was super friendly and the location is great. I thought it would be very loud right off the zocalo but it was the best nights sleep we got our whole trip.

Very nice hotel, clean, super central, good price. We were very comfortable in our stay in Oaxaca, I would definitely recommend it and I intend to :)

This is an old villa made into a hotel. It's quiet and comfortable at a good price. On the corner of Zocalo Square and across from the marketplace, the side street becomes a street vendor market with local foods, all are worth a try.

The reception problem is racist give preference to foreigners in the attention. They have no parking and the q offer you is very bad service and away from the hotel.

I host and called me x for a spot of chocomilk q me Lady receivables quilts! Parking 5 blocks.

1 night. Good location 2 blocks from the Center, includes breakfast. It does not have enough parking space. The service does not is very good.

Great staff and a lovely hotel. If you are coming with a car though, be wary of the fact that your car will be in a private lot that works with the hotel and you won't have access to your car when the lot is closed (7 pm — 9 am I believe). Highly recommended if you want to stay right in the middle of a bustling tourist city. Great ice cream in the market next door.
