My husband and I just spent an absolutely wonderful two weeks at your property. The staff is always hard at work, their smiles are unlimited and pure. A very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Excellent service, everyone is very friendly and make if stay is very pleasant, the shows are extremely entertaining with very prepared people, the beach club is very well maintained and everyone attends you very well and are aware that you do not lack anything to make your stay unique.

Very nice hotel, the staff is the best, very friendly and very warm all, in the restaurant, the night shows also very parents… The food in the hotel is only good, however, in the beach club no, there is no variety, it does not seem naaaada there are no great options for children, the snacks leave a very bad taste in the mouth, no fruit or vegetables to snack on, only greasy snacks … Another detail is the cleanliness of the rooms, they only do by encimita and below the beds there is a pig, to be a 4 star hotel, they should have more attention and care with that. Difinitivamente if we are going to return, we only leave our comenatarios. Thank you for a delicious holiday!

This resort is great for families and individuals. The New Years gala was incredible and the staff work very hard to make sure the guests are looked after. Very clean. Good food. Management and staff CARE and that makes all the difference in the world.

Small, beautiful and comfortable hotel, great attention. Food is good, loved the all inclusive. Wi-Fi was not good at all in our room. Traveling with a small child I found it a bit noisy at nights, u can hear the TV next door and some noise from downstairs. Beach club should be cleaned daily, u find some garbage on the sand.

Amazing and attentive staff! The accommodations and amenities were great. Our bartender Julian was one of the best we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Saul kept things running smoothly for us for our time that we spent there. Martin, the girls, and everyone else at the front desk were attentive and always greeted us with a smile. I would go there again anytime!

The truth is, an excellent place facilities is very good the staff very attentive and the evening show is entertaining, obviously in regards to the food and drink there were things I loved and things that I liked but this is relative because it depends on the taste of each person… not suffered, or a minute back.

It's a smaller, quiet, well maintained resort with friendly staff. The food is Ok, the drink selection is good. Entertainment is minimal, although the evening entertainment is well produced and enjoyable. The beach area is small, but drinks and snacks are available. Good place for family with younger kids, or older couples to go who don't want to deal with loud music, and just want to relax.

Small but good resort. Food was quite good with a wide variety. Pool was nice and the beach club was great. Having your own section of beach with drinks and food was awesome. Laura the concierge was fantastic meeting and exceeding our needs. A/c and Wi-Fi were great.

All inclusive Hotel very small. The service is medium or low quality. The pool is very small and the low level drinks service. The rooms are spacious and in good condition. The bathrooms could be better.

It is quiet and nice but you choche got to get outside, but don't worry, it's a very quiet area and you can be sure that it won't hurt.

All inclusive resort with some personal character. We had a lunch day pass. Food simple but tasty. Our group enjoyed the Buffalo wings the most. Pool is clean and comfortable. No towels provided for day pass guests. Convenient to Playa Santa Cruz and the adjacent Mercado.

Being a relatively small hotel, there are no logistical problems. The beach is very close and has a reserved area for its guests. The attention of every person working on the place is exceptional. The rooms look very well maintained and the food is delicious.

Very good hotel only missing when you arrive early you can not use the facilities until 3 that if annoying and do not have a good tuallas for the pool if annoying older and rough.

Ok food. They tried to pass off Tilapia fish for mahi-mahi at the Spanish restaurant. Other than that, Very nice people and good location and setting!

The hotel is small but very nice the attention was unbeatable the cleanliness in rooms without complaint the best is the really exquisite food the shows of great quality I insist the attention. Of the staff was excellent congratulations Biniguenda you never finish the good attitude of service! It's a place to go back.

A hotel thought for the family, it is small but very comfortable. The attention is warm, you don't lose anything against the big hotels. It is Not on the beach, but it has its own transportation that comes out every 20 minutes to Si Beach club.

The best people, the best hotel, the best food, the best gardens, the best location. There is not one thing my wife and I could have asked to be better. And to top it off the “Select Rooms” were perfect in every way from maid service, to the added mini bar, to the special coffee machine in the room. And then there was coffee and buns delivered to your patio in the morning. To end the day off, there was the fabulous evening show with it’s “Select section “ and service. The evening show was better than “Dancing with the Stars” Thank you to everyone who made our trip special!

There are a show almost all the nights in the restaurant, the ambient is happy, live. The service is excellent. And the hotel, the interior design is the best, (the pool, jarden, all) amazing.

Place needs to redo it's bathrooms, bath towels of poor quality. Service people very nice.

The hotel has a very good location, the rooms are confortable and the service is excellent. The breakfast is served a little bit late (7.30) and the swimming pool is open from 8am. Other than that the goteo is a very good option.

Hotel with good service, clean with spaces very beautiful. Would rise their bonds if had a space more broad on the beach and had more variety of soft drinks but is very recommended for travel in family.

Much warmth, variety of dishes and drinks. But it has no parking, do not have room service and can not eat in the rooms. An à la carte restaurant can be booked but it is without children and label (no tennis, no jeans, no open shoe, no shirt and less if it is sleeveless) I went with beachwear, nothing formal.

It's an excellent hotel. They are very nice and very funny. The pool is not deep so everyone can get a good time. The fact that it's not by the beach isn't a problem because they drive you there. The rooms are confortable and nice. The shows at dinner time are great. I really enjoyed my stay there. In my opinion the hotel is an excellent choice.

It does not have direct access to beach but it has transportation. Only 2 minutes far. The hotel has good service at its location and in the restaurant of its own in the beach.
