Very good hotel and excellent attention.

My wife and I were at this hotel from November 6 to 29, 2021. We had expected it to be just like most hotels we have stayed at and there are many but we’re very pleasantly surprised by how the staff treated us like family from the start. We can’t say enough about the hotel and staff to friends and family when we tell them about our trip. Adriana, Monserrat, Antonio, Ricardo, Nadia, Ana, Raymundo, and Higinio in the bar and restaurant were top notch and seemed to always know when we needed things before we had to ask. The Front desk staff, Judith/Judy, Paola, Cristina were fantastic. The housekeepers, Paty and the supervisor Tommy always went beyond expectations to ensure we had enough of everything and even surprised us with swans made from towels one evening. Anything we wanted to do, anywhere we wanted to go or just to relax and get massages Lulu was the person for us! She took care of arranging everything for our sightseeing and made sure it was the best experience. The manager, Hector was always checking in to see that things were going well for us and if there was anything else they could possibly do for us. The only slightly negative thing I will say is that the furnishings were a bit dated but we also heard they are slowly updating the rooms. When we left early in the morning a lot of the staff including the manager showed up to wish us farewell. We fell like we had become family with them all.

The staff are super go above all the time.

Just returned home after two amazing weeks at Best Western Posada Chahue. We had the best time with all our friends, the wonderful staff and the clean and comfortable rooms. I can't say enough about the staff, they were so helpful and friendly. Hector, Ricardo and all of the staff treat you like family and we appreciate their warmth and everyday smiles. Everything was perfecto! See you all again next year Amigos.

Comfortable, nice, clean, spacious rooms and good service. The only problem is that I was handed the room later than they should, because they were cleaning it.
It has a swimming pool, playground, small parking, pet area and at extra cost you can put it in your room.
It is very central to go anywhere in Huatulco.

It is a very beautiful place besides that the people who work there are very nice, took a bit in Dejarnoa enter but the next day we Permitierón stay longer after the check out.

Good hotel The only bad thing was that on Saturday November 11th at 7:45 I was in the play area with my two small taking video but it was time to get on the bus to go to the beach for my carelessness leave the phone in the slide and left the hotel to arrive A beach I realize my carelessness taking a taxi immediately arrived at the hotel and I did not find I head to reception and told the boy that lost in the area is playing the phone I ask you check the cameras because there was a family two adults with two minors in The dining room and that the children had entered the area just like there were two Mason workers who could have been and said that there were no cameras but one and did not observe anything and did not want to do anything to help me.

Canadian's — Found that hotel is family run by 3 local brothers (Ricardo, Charlie, Hector). They have been very accommodating and helpful in making our vacation the best experience possible. The staff is very friendly and curtious. The location was perfect for us. A 5 minute walk to the beach; 15 minute walk to the city center and about a 2 kilometer walk to Santa Cruz. We enjoy the walks. Be sure to drink lots of water! It is hot, hot, hot, the way we like it. Excellent service. We found the prices for food and things very reasonable.

It is an incredible place where worth the penalty vacation prices are fair compared to the installation and service giving'm customer of this hotel a few years ago and it seems to me that their progress and re-modelaciones are very good greetings to all workers, and I hope to be back at the hotel next year.
