Very good rooms and the pretty chida albekah.

The kindness of the people who attend, very clean their pool in short an excellent place to rest.

Service cannot be rivaled. These guys can help with almost anything. They took care of my laundry, went out and ran errands for me, brought me food, and hooked up with tours at discounted price. They are there to help their guests. Rooms are clean, and housekeeping does an excellent job. Pool is nice and clean too. AC will blow snowballs. I have no complaints about this place.

I highly recommend this hotel! Air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, clean rooms & pool and the staff was very pleasant! They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was wonderful! We left our room a mess (being on vacation, we had stuff everywhere) and came back to our room freshly cleaned and organized! The front desk staff ordered us food and they even went and picked it up. We had tons of dirty laundry and they took it to the cleaners and it was washed and folded. Overall, it was one of the best experiences we have had. If you're looking for a great place to stay with excellent service, I highly recommend!

Alguna vez estuve hospedado en este hotel y me llevé una muy grata experiencia por parte del personal, el servicio es bueno, las instalaciones están limpias y en excelente estado (solo a excepción de un climatizador que regaba líquido refrigerante en la habitación de unos colegas). También me gustaría resaltar que necesitan más seguridad porque durante mi estancia le permitieron la entrada a unos sujetos en estado de ebriedad que insultaron a una familia y acosaron en la habitación de unas jóvenes estudiantes durante la noche. La relación calidad-precio me parece que está bien establecida y sin duda alguna regresaría si tuvieran más cuidado de las personas que ingresan a las instalaciones.

Está bien ubicado, hay super cerca, puestos de comida, restaurantes, el centro para ir a zocalear. Muy amable el personal, muy limpio y buenos precios.

Friendly at the front desk. The facilities can improve, I was assigned a room with the bathroom window broken but outside of that a basic room with TV HD, Sky and Air conditioning. The hotel is abut centric to the area of beaches and the Zócalo of Huatulco in addition to a couple of blocks is a Chadraui.

A modest hotel with nice details. Nice pool and very friendly staff including the owner. And reception staff. Very clean. Pleasant. For the season from a month ago it is the hotel that turned out to be affordable. I repeat pleasant to stay here.
