Excellent facilities, although I was only passing by to ask to reception, the only downside is that the service is fairly nice.

An incredibly beautiful hotel and surrounding area. And, the staff are exceptionally nice. Only reason not a fifth star was because they don't have a pool… but the property does make up for it in other ways.

New hotel with a modern but warm feel. Getting to the lobby entrance can be tricky but once you're in it's a beautiful lobby. They're two hotels sharing the same space which was a little confusing as well. The rooms are wonderful — modern, lots of light, good views, great seating, desk area, and safe. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet has its own room. We had to call to get our air conditioner working but once we did, it worked well the entire trip. Housekeeping did throw away our half-full water bottles which was disappointing. The restuarant was on the fourth floor was very good! Highly recommend it for the breakfast buffet. So many delicious options!

The industrial halls offer a large space for labor issues such as workshops or presentations. The restaurant has a wonderful presentation and taste and do not say the rooms, beautiful! Excellent service and quality.

Great location, walking distance from two malls and a slew of restaurants. The rooms are extremely well done and amenities are top notch.

The restaurant is very good, las. Rooms are a bit small however it is very comfortable, the. Complex has nice finishes.

Rooms are very nice and modern. Has all the feel of a luxury hotel. Wifi speed is great. Showers are wonderful. All in all a wonderful stay.

Very good hotel, I liked the hotel, perhaps the only detail I saw is that the noise is transferred from one room to the other and if you have the TV high in the other room, then you can not rest very well.

Overall a very good experience. Valet parking, hotel location, friendly staff, and fantastic rooms were all top notch. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

Defintely worth every penny! The customer service is out of this world! I felt like I was treated like a King when I first arrived up to my last day. Everything is very elegant and the views are great! They have a bar that is open until midnight which has very comfortable seating such as couches along with a great view to hangout with friends. Also the location is great and modernized as you feel safe walking around the neighborhood. I would defintely come back and stay again.

Hotel is beautiful. All areas kept super clean. Staff is very friendly. Nice gym. 2 restaurants. Various lounges. Definitely would rebook if in this area. Oh, there are 2 shopping malls across the street with many stores & restaurants!

Great customer service. This one of the best hotels in town. Access to the main entrance is a little weird, but it makes up for it with all the other amenities. Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Very elegant. Food is great.

Nice hotel. But can't charge to the room. Broken elevator whole time. Dinner is inconsistent.

Good location and facilities, the Valet very attentive and friendly, the security staff lacks training for the treatment of customers or visitors, was very rude to call us after entering the lobby as we did not talk, we made noises with the mouth: "Chst, Chst … where? ", as if we were people outside the establishment (we had already seen at the entrance on two occasions), criminals or some animal and only went to the bathroom of the reception after attending the event at their hotel, that day later we understood that they had increased the security of the hotel for the same event that was being done, however it is not the way to treat the people who come there. The guard endured the comment that was made at the time and commented that "it had happened" without apologizing, outside of that we would go again 100% safe.

The place is amazing, the buffet of the 4 floor restaurant is delicious, the rooms are super well equipped, you have the option to choose your pillow. They have to go to the restaurant Zoi on the 18th floor, it is exquisite!

Lousy parking, poor distribution and terrible lighting I had an incident and there was no where to be attended.

Very nice and elegant the hotel, only one detail, the bathroom mirror has a very dim light not suitable for make-up, combing or shaving. One of the roomservice was a pizza margarita, very bad, do not ask. Outside of that the hotel is very parent, although very high prices.

Great hotel, nice view from upper floor rooms. The interior of rooms is really of quality and feels so too, very nice design.
My only minor issue was at breakfast, that I did not arrive even after 15 mins the fried egges I ordered, not sure if communication mistake or English language problem. Otherwise very nice and quality hotel.

The concept is interesting, but something is missing to feel at home … parking I felt something sloppy, dirty …

It is one of the most beautiful hotels that I saw, the beautiful rooms and the lobby was something unique. The people were very friendly and cordial, despite being the 2 in the morning XD, it was very nice the stay and the price very accessible, thank you. 5 ⛤ ⛤ ⛤ ⛤ ⛤

The hotel is modern, brand new, and beautiful… but they still don't have the service under control… slow check in times, inconsistent room service, etc.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. I had a massage at the Spa, and it was wonderful. Also, there is a hydro spa that looked fabulous, but I was nearing closing time, and I did not have a bathing suit with me. The staff has ALL been wonderful. We ate at the Aqua Grill, and Ivan was a great server. The chef was very accommodating for us. This morning, we had the breakfast buffet, and it was delicious! We used one of the business conference rooms, and that was wonderful. The rooms are very pretty. And everyone has been very helpful. I have truly enjoyed it here. I do not have a single complaint about anything — other than the fact that that beautiful BMW outside is not mine! ;)

A great new hotel in Monterrey. Modern decor, luxury accents in every room. The staff is super helpful, and the location across many restaurants and plaza fiesta San Agustín are superb.
