Location of the hotel is the plus point. Breakfast was complimentary and had good variety. The evening sunset view outside the hotel is worth a watch.

Super pricey. Many other, better options nearby. I stayed on a company visit and still feel the high price is not worth it. Conference rooms are old looking and the light bulbs make constant ticking noise. It's a relatively old hotel, in room comforts are very basic when compared to other more modern hotels! I find the holiday inn express down the road much more optimal. The thing this place has going is a great location, friendly staff, and brand name.

I attended a professional event. I requested vegan menu and was served a very simple entrance which consisted of salad with pear and a sweet reduction. The main course was a pasta with vegetables and tomato sauce. They didn't serve me dessert, not even fruit. It was a simple menu but it tasted good. I wish they could have more attractive vegan options.

I Wish I could give the hotel five stars for many reasons. First of all, the rooms and bathrooms are excellent. Second, the staff and the pool are very good level. My complaint goes according to the Internet connection. It Is unacceptable for the hotel to spread free Wi-Fi When the connection is extremely slow. It Happened in absolutely all the devices of my companions and no one could work. I think it is very necessary to fix that.

Hotel in the area of San Pedro, with few (3) rooms, but of great capacity, I went to an event, during the process, there was never sound failure, the coffee break was always well stocked, and the salon neat, the bathrooms are enough to cover 2 events at the same time, they are always in perfect condition, the parking turned out to be insufficient and the priority are the guests and not the attendees to events, that caused us some conflicts, in the end we ended up parking in the shopping plaza together and paying for it.

Convenient and comfortable. Would have given 5 stars if bar wasn't closed during the time I stayed. Restaurant would not serve drinks without ordering food.

Of the best hotels in Nuevo León A very quiet place, the service is always top notch, the facilities are impeccable and the views very good.
The pool is in very good condition, the area is key as you have malls within 5 minutes walking.
The only thing that is half bad is the room service as they do not always take things instantly or not to say they can wait more than 12 hours.

Camino Real very good choices in a matter of banquets very good service very good quality of food is very well located is attached to Plaza Fiesta San Agustín which has is a fairly large quite spacious square which can find everything to a few m Etros Walking distance can enter the square.

It is not the first time that we stayed in that hotel, this time we hired a package honeymoon, the room was a room without jacuzzi, without decoration with nothing to make it special, the massages offered by the package are highly recommended, I would go back to the spa and the good thing is that you can take those massage packages without staying at the hotel!

Good exterior and interior appearance, excellent service by the reception staff, especially Miss Claudia Martinez and attentions at the table, ideal for events of different nature and lodging.

Nice hotel, the rooms are spacious, clean and somewhat modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great right next to Monterrey's centre. There are lots of restaurants and shops around (including a shopping centre). I haven't had the chance to try the pool during the day but in the evening it is very windy. It's also surrounded by tall buildings so there is no view from the pool. There is also a gym and a massage place.

Excellent hotel, modern comfortable bed rooms. The food is excellent above all the breakfast. The staff is wonderful. The swimming pool is nice and for swimmers, it has a semiolympic distance. The free Internet is slow.

Excellent location. Staff very friendly and attentive, clean and comfortable rooms, the cleanliness is noticeable to under the chairs of the lobby, excellent shops to meters of the hotel. That yes this level of attention to the small details comes with a price which the truth would pay it back.

I really loved the attention, the staff is very polite and know English, the room very clean and the drinks really amazing, I met several DJs on the day of my stay, the breakfast (Buffet) is very rich, the fruit is fresh and the food with good sa. Apart is very well located, there are restaurants nearby, banks, dens all very close at hand. 100% Recommended.

Comfortable, really close to the mall so you will have access to all of the amenities. Transportation is not as good, but the staff wss friendly and nice. Hotel needs to be updated soon… however, it was a great stay.

Went there to pick up some guests and take even it to dinner. The staff was very courteous and the hotel is very modern with contemporary Mexican architecture.

The worst New Year event, I do not recommend them at all, it was completely a scam, I was emailed the menu options to choose what I wanted for dinner and I chose one without chicken or meat since I can not eat and until that moment I loved what I was offering, at dinner time was completely different from the one I chose, I complained to the waiter boss who couldn't answer me, we were quite annoyed with the difference of the menu they bought to the one they had given us, and it was terribly bad, Later he offers me some chilaquiles without chicken which I accepted, because I was starving since I could not eat them, I started to eat them and I realize that if they had chicken, not a little, completely, so for me the New Year party ended very quickly, I started to feel terribly bad because if I reached a little lunch because in the dark of the event I did not realize that if they had, trust that I had taken care of that since Personally I was sure, and the food was not the only thing that was fatal, Everything in general was and unfortunately not even the organizer could solve me anything, I am quite disappointed.

Very cozy hotel. The restaurant is also great. But don't buy their upgrade packages, you'll be required to eat your breakfast at the executive club, and it's really bad compared to the breakfast served at the main restaurant.

The overall experience was excellent however my breakfast on Camino Real Monterrey was tarnished by the very intense cold inside the restaurant last Friday December 10th.

Hairy breakfast and feeling dirty. First, the breakfast story. I found a nice long hair in my breakfast "dish" and alerted the waiter — he took away the dish and… that's it. The manager on the way out said he was "sorry" and gave me an impression that it's kind of a normal thing that happens in the kitchen — nothing he could do. He did not adjust the bill or issue a refund for this truly disgusting experience… Second, the rooms are old and not taken care of so well; one of the water bottles in the room was actually opened by a previous guest but no one bothered to remove it. This place maybe is fancy by local standards, but it leaves you feeling dirty.

I went to the royal Road to a Congress and it was quite elegant. Everything was in order and the space was enough for the occasion. Also, the food was very good. The entrance was a little confusing but it is because of the remodeling that is making the square.

Excellent service, great location, room is pretty nice although you can hear the noise of your neighbors slamming their doors.

I cannot recommend this place to other businesses travelers. The whole hotel is out of date and needs a major overhaul. The gym is small cramped and windowless. The pool is a self contained prison with no views or charms to note. You have to pay for Wi-Fi. The breakfast is a huge rip off (more expensive than Paris or London)! The lobby is charmless. The service is lacking. The rooms are dated, stale and out of date. If you are traveling for business look elsewhere. You will not like this hassle filled hotel.

Your breakfast buffet is delicious, we celebrate one more year of my sister and all excellent thanks.

Presents well, and pool terrace is nice. My (non-smoking) room smelled of smoke though, the AC rattled and struggled to get below 24 deg C, and the staff communicate via 2-way radios that 'beep! ' loudly while they're making their way around the corridors at all hours. Also could do with a better lounge bar to relax & socialise with other guests.

Went for a meeting and stayed for dinner. The staff was very helpful and food delicious. The mall center is just steps away.

The Camino Real is always a wonderful experience. The warm and kind attention, the beautiful architecture and the excellent kitchen. A recommendable stay everywhere thers is one.

Well designed and very functional. Modern style and comfortable.
It is connected to the Mall so there is no need to suffer the climate, either hot or rainy.
Restaurant Kyo is phenomenal, not cheap but worth to give a taste from time to time.

Apart from the high prices that already is the least of it, a bottle of water of 1.5 $72 weight, you are charged separately from the parking lot, as they see you they treat you, poor attention, so that the first and last time in a hotel according to super luxury, I would say, bad very bad.

An impressive hotel next to one of the most popular shopping spots in Monterrey. The rooms tend to be spacious and the beds are comfortable. However, service is very lacking when they get big groups of people. The restaurant at the hotel is unimpressive and a bit expensive.

Quick overnight stay, but room was big, view was ok from one of the top floors and personnel were friendly and attentive, it is next to the shopping mall so its very convenient in the posh neighborhood of monterrey, beds were big, no Wi-Fi included (bummer), shower and bathroom was bigger than average (as the room).

Does not meet the expectations that they as announced. Bad lighting. In the rooms and is super expensive.

Internet which costs 205 pesos per day, minibar to not cool. For the cost of the truth there are many better options. I cancel and go opposite to Quinta Real there if I serve well and much more luxurious. First and last time here.

Not coated with my expectations, it is a hotel that does not comply with the brand, service is very flat, you only serve but without being hospitable, it is very expensive and very bad lighting in rooms and common areas. I think there are better options.

Amazing service, always willing to go the extra mile, my kids wanted to swim but the pool was already closed so they upgraded me to a room that had whirlpool to make it up for the kids. Those kind of details make you come back.

Please not conten internet, so it remains as well.
