Great Hotel, It's more directed to people attending business events. It have many amenities like brunch and breakfast and they have great flavor.

Good value for money and beds are fantastic. No complaints whatsoever.

Hotel is located next to a mall with few restaurants which give a good chance for travelers to get a good bite without moving a lot.

I asked for change of room to have the best view. And they were so kind as to do it without any problem. All the staff has provided me with excellent service.

Great large luxury suite with amazing views. Very clean. The breakfast bar is excellent. The showers are very luxurious but don't drain properly. Our bathroom got flooded twice. We stayed for a week.

De lo mejor la estancia, el servicio y atención estuve una noche antes en el confort inn valle y fue de lo peor pero haber tomado la desición de cambiarme al Holiday inn Express &Suites Monterrey fue una grandiosa expreriencia.

Very spacious rooms, and great service, the hotel. The hotel is located near a couple pf shopping and entertainment centers, which makes travelling between locations very quick and easy.

The hotel is spotless, perhaps because it is new; Basic but acceptable breakfast. If you touch the rooms attached to the elevators… take some pills to sleep!.

Excellent service, just spend some time on labor issues but good service very well located and quite clean. This excellent for work stays because of its location and service.

The hotel is quite full to stay, quite clean, very esthetic also and has enough advantage for the location where it is, close to the corporate area. The attention of the staff in charge was quite acceptable.

A nice modern budget hotel option with a wonderful continental breakfast. The hotel itself is attached to a strip mall which was very convenient for food and supplies.

El hotel da los servicios básicos para viajes cortos o de negocios. El personal es amable y el desayuno aceptable. Las habitaciones son amplias y tienen un horno de microondas.

The hotel was open in May 2017 so everything is bran new. Staff sometimes seem not to be on top of everything but they have a good attitude on helping.

La calidad del hotel y los cuartos es excelente, el problema que tiene este lugar es la atención. La gerencia, personal de seguridad y recepción es terrible (en especial la gerencia, que hasta groseros son) no tienen tacto ni paciencia con sus huéspedes.

Great hotel but I don't like the fact that you can only use your card key with your floor and can't visit the others.

Service really sucks I don't think it has to do with the maids. It's he rude ass people at the counter. Told them to change my muggy smelling sheets the first day I was there thinking they would be changed next day and NO. I paid two room my friend didn't have hot water to take a shower told them the first day also they never went to check on it then the next day told them again. Never got fix just decided to leave, for the amount of money I'm paying having suite rooms and not getting good service. Don't go here there are better hotels. Also the discrimination in class if you dress good you get better service. We notice this at breakfast and when we first checked in. We use Holiday Inn back in the states and they treat us a lot better. But never again will I stay at this one and will recommend it to no one.! Holiday INN you need to recheck some of this places.

Great location, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the facilities are in very good condition and have good service. I would definitely stay again here.

Muy comodo y a un muy buen precio, el servicio fué excelente y en general las habitaciones son perfectas para relajarse al menos por un fin de semana.

Great hotel, love it, good breakfast, nice staff, would be better if they add a restaurant since their breakfast area is huge anyway, first time I see a Holiday Inn Express with free laundry.

Deberían de tener más personal para cuando ay eventos grandes en la ciudad para que el check in y la limpieza de las habitaciones sea más rapifo.

No esta mal el hotel, pero ya comienza a parecer un poco bueno. Tiene la gran ventaja que está justo al lado de cintermex.

The truth is that it is a very good hotel. Clean, spacious, the service and treatment of the staff is good and the food is sufficient and tasty within what fits, plus the bridge to Cintermex makes it ideal for conventions. To improve, I would say, is that the price of the firm is exorbitant for what it offers.

Ubicación excelente, buena distribución y en general es un lugar confortable, lo único que le faltó fue tener mejor manejado el clima interno de las salas de conferencias, Ya que para las 2 horas que estuvimos dentro en su mayoría el calor se hizo presente.

Very hot at the top floor, the AC works fine inside the rooms, just your regular holiday inn.

Everything perfect, since we arrived we attended very well all employees, we resolved doubts Sobrle the location of the event room and we got a good deal in general.

I just stayed 1 night at the hotel, and I didn't had any trouble. The room was good and the service at the lobby too.

Location is awesome. Rooms averall very good. Little pricy I would say but service is wonderful.

A very well located place, has adequate services, the breakfast is very good. An incredible plus is that it has the smelter park on one side and with direct entrance.

The staff was unattentive, the Wi-Fi connection in the room never worked, I requested a small meeting room and first they said there was and then they wanted to charge 400 per hour.

Service provided on the meeting rooms was excelent, also the restaurant is very luxurious.
