The service in the restaurant is bad. You have to be "hunting" someone to take your order, and then the tables aren't enough. The weather (air system) in the room makes too much noise, the truth is that they are old fixtures. It is understood that it is not a resort hotel but minimal service always lead to that. If you go one or two days it is option ($). More time better another place.

Nice room, very clean and comfortable. But the breakfast may not be what you are looking for, just cereals, fruit and toasts…

Very strict at check-in time, we wait about 4 hours to be able to check in. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless in cleanliness. Excellent location to access the new and Old Monterrey.

Very good hotel service. Located in a very good area for shopping or sightseeing in the city. It has breakfast included and the rooms are excellent and very clean.

The place is very good to rest a few days, it is almost new, very clean and functional, but a bit away from the downtown area and on an Av. Which is very busy and the returns are a little removed. The attention is very good and the costs are accessible.

One aspect sombrio… access from the viaidad of the street, inconspicuous. The restaurant without having to try the dishes they offer on the menu… in if… very little recommended…

The only problem I have is that there is no mada near, if you stay there be sure you don't mecesitar nothing.

Comfort Inn Monterrey Valle is a good hotel, with which it includes several services during your stay. I stayed 3 nights and the beds were super comfortable and with the air conditioner we had no problems with the weather. The continental breakfast buffet was nice and you could complement it with the dishes of the restaurant. It has a pool although it is small nice, ample parking. We had a problem with our room and the reservation that made us lose almost an hour in what was reviewed. Out of that all excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back.

It is a comfortable and pleasant place, the location and the rooms have everything you need to make the stay favorable. It has been the only hotel that gives a complimentary breakfast that leaves a lot to be desired. They never came to offer more services.

The Hotel has an excellent location and probably one of the cheapest considering the city area. The staff were very friendly and friendly and attentive.
The fee includes a basic continental breakfast, it fulfills its purpose, but for long stays one would like a little more variety but it is so good.

Very good, the place is modern I would say and its facilities are nice, conserved and comfortable. The beds, sheets, towels look like new. He has a pool package for me to spend some time there. They only offer the Continental breakfast included. Its restaurant is not good that if it is small, it looks rather like improvised and the dishes seem expensive and not very good taste.
In your front rooms you will have a very good view of the Sierra.

Excellent location but the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, cold floors in the rooms, the hotel hallways look like Social Security hospital, the continental breakfast cannot be poorer… I don't recommend it.

They tried to rob me! I will raise a complaint to the public Ministry, bad experience, I am now staying my mo in this place, tried to steal my bike breaking the padlock with which it was secured, the guard warned me of what the staff did while I went out to work and the Took me to my room, I went to claim the day after the reception and tried to explain that the manager who certainly does not give the face never took the decision to send break my padlock without telling me and do not even want to take responsibility for what they did, be careful to stay here, they could steal the things they leave in their rooms or if they leave their car, go to the parking lot and not find it.

A wonderful hotel with lots of space very good attention the rooms are very large and the pool is very nice there you can have breakfast, has executive rooms.

Friendly though I did wait for a good time for the service I offered their guests.

They have a cozy nice place in a great area in Monterey, if you are on business or just on vacations, this is a great option.

It's a comfortable hotel nicely located close to shopping malls and restaurants in Garza García. I love the fact that it's fully smoke free. Your stay includes continental breakfast and they have a restaurant you can order from, the place does lack a bar though. All in all its a nice quiet place to stay without breaking the bank. Absolutely would recommend.

This very well, very clean without carpet that to my seem is wonderful compared with those hotels that have carpet transmitter of fungi and mites, Wi-Fi free, pool, restaurant, parking, etc.

Good hotel at rates fair. Service is good although the reception staff should be more friendly and smiling. Rooms of good size and clean. As I said, just that the receptionists are more friendly and angry face to remove.

The furniture in the room were poorly placed. The TV and the bed were on opposite sides of the room. At the reception they did not want to change us to another room, but the recamarista Carmelite helped us to have a better room. In the kitchen, the dishes and cutlery are not dry and yes evil washed away.

Their weak point is the restaurant, since input open it at 7, and breakfast which includes room is Continental (juice, coffee, milk, cereal and bread), and if anything a fruit tray. If you want to order a la carte, it is very expensive for what they serve. Everything else, okay in general terms.

Feel like some changes to the breakfast would be great. The rooms are okay, the restaurant is not so, and expensive as well. The crew members are very nice and helpful but can't speak English.

The rooms and service are good, but the breakfast I find it a bit ludicrously, because in the htl. The one rate is low and the breakfast is more substantial, add, eggs, beans and chilaquiles.
