if they train their front desk staff in customer service they would be luxurious as they serve you as if they were doing you a favor by selling you the room.

The room was spacious. The only bad thing was the shower head.

I used for one night during summer. PROs: Cold tiled floor, strong AC. Far enough from city/street noise. Large spacious rooms with basic kitchenette, huge cali king bed. You could make local calls. Lots of closet space. CONs: the parking is tiny/weird. Walls are thin, you hear neighbors. The room has lights, but no side lamps on night table. Bed skirt was stained. Conclusion: it was ok for 1 night. It was cheap, mostly quiet. It worked for me.

The rooms are spacious which come with a kitchen which to my mind, is an excellent idea. The location is accessible; that there are different ways of communication and local. The service in the restaurant needs to improve.
