Improve safety standards regarding occupancy and that the restaurant service is. Better quality as well. Don't let them take so long to take your food.

I had a very great experience at the grand palladium, our server at the sports/ mail lobby bar was soooo great we highly recommended that when you visit you visit this place in particular. 11/10 service and WILL recommend! Will be back for sure!

Elektra in the center of Puerto Vallarta, is a store very well located but at times very badly attended in the boxes as there are 6 boxes to pay, deposit or collect money shipments but it turns out that there are only 2 boxes open on Saturday 12 wings of the day, when it is the busiest time I think they should open at least 4 boxes to expedite the ranks of customers.

Very nice hotel. Take it easy. With 2 Jacuzzis for the guests and several pools distributed throughout the complex. The beach is very nice: a small bay without waves. Next to the largest bay, the waves are not very strong there. You can get into the sea swimming without feeling the flow. The complex is composed of residences and a department building. The managers are very strict with the rules but this helps make it a quiet place.

Very nice condo complex! The grounds are super nice and expansive — 2 large pools plus several more smaller ones, lots of places to sit outside, very nice plants and trees everywhere. The food and drink is very good and is at very affordable prices — I highly recommend breakfast at the restaurant down by the pool overlooking the ocean, beautiful scenery and good food for ~130 pesos/entree. One downside — the Musak is terrible! We stayed here for a week, and you will hear the same handful of strange Musak tracks over and over again. Bring headphones — you have been warned.

Ill start off by saying that there's not much to do close by and you'll need transportation. The hotel grounds are very nice and the houses are ok, but we didn't have Wi-Fi and the water boiler didn't work well. The pool is great and the warm pool too. The small beach is nice. The restaurant is decent and the waiters were extremely kind. Ok place for a multi family vacation. Bring insect repellent and anti itch cream.

Went here on vacation and it was amazing! Had a great time exploring the area and relaxing at the resort, the staff at the resort was always friendly and helpful. There were not a lot of people so there was always space by the pool, and the chairs on the beach, the gym was always empty and the restaurant always had plenty of tables open even during the busy times. Staff was always available to answer my questions about where to go, eat, shop and visit. The only complaint that I have if any is that the Internet was a little slow and spotty but it made me and my wife stay off our phones and enjoy our vacation and each others company.

We lived our day at Vallarta Gardens. We walked the paths, took lots of photos, are lunch and then walked down to their beautiful river. This is a must see in Vallarta!
