Best place ever in Chacala! We are there last month and absolutely loved it❤ It is so clean, with great food and excellent service from everyone on the staff. Breathtaking view, so relaxing to listen to the waves crashing 24/7. Incredible sunsets, so beautiful. It feels like you are at home in paradise. Thank you Karla Garcia for making our vacation so special!

We ordered 3 beer and a Michelada. It took about 20 mins to get the Michelada. Our waiter didn’t return for our order. We asked another waiter we were ready to order, we saw him tell our waiter. However he didn’t come back after waiting about an hour. We finished our drinks and left. We had a table of 4.

The best place to vacation and truly relax, the attention highly personalized, clean, tidy, the meal delicious, takes a lot of time finding places like this. You really do honor to its slogan "YOUR BEACH HOUSE"… We have come already several times and it is always a pleasure to come back… ❤

Excellent location only 3 hours from my location, the rooms very comfortable and super clean, the beach very nice and protected, I loved their dishes and drinks, due to its excellent taste and price! We went from unforeseen to Jackal 2 adults and a minor, they had 1 single room for 4 people for $1850; As we urged where to spend the night, we wanted to charge the 2 people who had not… What a bad vibe.

Too strict on things how to have your own music in the pool, when they don't have it. They charge for the safety boxes in the rooms, when all over the world is courtesy of the hotel. The food is from regular to bad, in terms of variety and seasoning. Drinks are missing and especially meals after normal hours.

I've been coming here for years and can't fault the place. The food is a good standard (some dishes are verging on amazing — — check out the specials board on the way in, too), the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the setting is idyllic, everything is kept scrupulously spic and span, and the margaritas are tremendous. Oh, and the breakfast buffet is a great way to start your day.

Excellent everything: food, lodging, drinks, location, price, but the best thing is its people. Hotel small and simple and that is its magic. Do not change.

The Hotel is very austere.
The only thing is that you have a good view of the sea. The attention is bad.
In the hotel restaurant there is a buffet but the food is not good. The dishes are served with very little portion. And the only rich thing about breakfast is the egg.

Typical and simple place on the edge of the beach. Little variety see Restaurant and poor service. The location is excellent. Your cleanliness is good.

It is the best hotel in Jackal even though it is simple. It's too small. You'll have 20 rooms at most. It is at the seaside and its restaurant is very good.

Jackal is a nice place to go with family or friends.

Nice place to stay but the bathroom very uncomfortable as the water from the shower runs up to the beds. Please fix that problem.

The owner Carla is a very nice person and runs an excellent buisness. 5 stars for me and my family. Suzie, Megan, Tristan, Jonathan. I will also add it was very safe for my 2 children. A simple but pleasant place, like its dishes, the fish sarandeado very rich.

The atmosphere is comfortable, the food is rich, a little expensive for my taste for the size of the portion, the regular bathrooms, one had no paper and the other a bit ugly. The attentive waiters.

Restaurant hotel right on beach, good food, rooms are clean can hear waves when sleeping.

The only thing good about this place was its location. Everything else was worse than we expected. They have put us in Room 3, right next to the general hotel shower. We could hear people showering after the beach like as if they were in the same room with us. There was no hot water in the room or so advertised Wi-Fi. This hotel feels more like a motel and breakfasts were not as good either.

Great location, right on the beach. Walk out of your room and into the sand. Basic rooms, clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff and great food. Our favorite spot in Chacala!

Oh but the waiters! They won us over with their charisma and sale tactics. They lured my sister into choosong their place for us to wine and dine with just a simple mojito. There were several waiters but there was one who has very accommodating and he made every request possible. I really enjoyed the drinks such as the Piña Coladas and the Mango Margaritas. Definitely the place on my list to stay whenever I come back with my family. Great Job Las Brisas! We will be back soon!

For me, is a familiar place. The best. Facing the sea. With umbrellas against one of the best beaches. Very good kitchen. Haa. Very clean. And the truth I was surprised to see how works a family system. Where the mother still carries the baton and "directs the orchestra". The congratulations and thank you for your attentions.

If that search is not a place to enjoy the beach, sunsets, food, excellent care and services, friendly faces and quiet during the week, this is the place.

The wait staff speaks good English and it's right on the beach. Too many Americans and Canadians, though. Very good Camerones y Coco.

Advantages: — This walk to the beach. — very clean rooms — the attention of the staff, relentless, very helpful. — the food is very good. — have massages on the terrace with an incredible view. — they have some rooms as a kind departments very complete. Most of the rooms are not that kind depa. The beach is very nice, with plenty of atmosphere, the sea is ideal for swimming and can be enjoyed by both children and adults. Disadvantages: — no swimming pool although I don't think is needed given that for the type of beach you can swim in the sea without a problem. — the price made me a little bit high in high season.

Good place but missing services.

The second time that we came there to eat and admire the sea.
