I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I felt it was necessary.
We arrived late because our rooms were not ready yet. We were told they were still being cleaned. We received two rooms on the first floor. I’m normally not someone who complains, but the room was not very clean. There was dirt behind the bathroom faucet, and the sheets were so thin you could see through them.
In the morning, the two girls working there were very loud, rude and even cursing another employee named Angel. He was actually the only person who was helpful and kind during our stay.
There was no proper iron available. The only one they had was broken and dirty. We also noticed spider webs between the mirror and the TV, and several glass surfaces were dirty and many missing tiles at the pool.
The most uncomfortable and unfair situation happened when the owner accused us of damaging a glass door. He seemed determined to blame us and even tried to blame the night shift employee. We explained that the glass was already like that when we checked in. We felt bad because Angel was being blamed when he had treated us well.
The employee who said she cleaned the room clearly did not clean it properly that's why she didn't notice the broken glass. The bathroom and the glass were still dirty and I show her that. I also told them it was our mistake not to report the problems right away, but there were many issues and we thought they were already aware of them.
