Not more than a 3 star Hotel. Loud room. Even if I asked for a quite room. Hairs from guests before in the bed and shower.

One more of the hotels of the Spanish chain Hotusa, with a privileged location, a few steps from Reforma just opposite the shopping center Reforma 222, very close to the Zona Rosa, very clean hotel with spacious rooms, Wi-Fi and affordable prices, employees very Friendly and attentive.

Check in is fast. Comfortable rooms. The bathroom is clean.

Excellent location next to the main city centre area of Reforma! Neat and clean rooms. Good spread of buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Satisfactory room service. Cozy ambience! Decently priced hotel! Theres a mini supermarket neaby for all daily needs! Very helpful!

Excellent location in quiet and safe street. 15 minute walk from Zona Rosa plaza with 2 24 hour convience stores nearby. Staff was amazing during stay. You definitely felt safe with their consistent concern. Gabriel was tremendously helpful in arranging taxi and tours right from the hotel, even providing which location to steer from if you're a tourist. The room itself was wonderful. Had no issues with AC, heat or noise. I'd definitely stay again. Very welcoming and wonderful people. Only thing I suggest is for the bathrooms to be updated. There's definite rusting seen through the handles.

A small hotel, central, well located. Half a block walk from the Reformation, almost opposite the shopping center Reforma 222. The street is surprisingly quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It has parking (daily payment $130). The restaurant only works for breakfast. Attentive!

Super Father location. Near the angel and the castle of Chapultepec. Clean and well taken care of.

Good location 20 meters from renovation, nice room to rest. They have a safe, a wardrobe for clothes and iron.
I find it curious the entrance to the bathroom, this is on one side of the bed, the light of the bathroom can be uncomfortable.
They serve breakfast at 7 am.

Spacious and clean comfortable room. Very poor breakfast room in products or scarce to anyone to cater for. The elevator didn't work one morning. He was the only one. Very friendly staff. It's not 5 stars as it says.

Clean and fairly comfortable. Bed is OK bit not the best. Pillows are wafer thin. But overall excellent for the price. Great location. Walking distance to zona Roma and chapultapec park. Would stay again.

Small and quiet Hotel, ideal for business trip, with perfect location next to Reforma and close to everything. Good service in the rooms. No Restaurant, but they offer breakfast.

Good room and location, bad Wi-Fi and billing. We paid tax (19%) as part of our booking but the hot tried to charge us this again. And then on checkout they tried to add an extra night to our rate. Wi-Fi is pretty unusable except late at night when no-one else is using it. Otherwise this place is a good location, huge bed and decent bathroom although a bit lacking in privacy. Quiet location for this part of town, coffee in the room was a nice touch. If they get their billing and Wi-Fi sorted it would be excellent.

Excellent location, it's not cheap but it worth the price, the only thing that I could complain about is the breakfast but it's not terrible.

I was a few years ago staying at this hotel. The rooms are nice/modern and have everything you need (minibar, TV, DVD, living room). It is very well located and very quiet. There are many choices of restaurants nearby and shopping mall. Whether it's tourist or business, the area is perfect to be close to everything.

The room is very very good, the bed is comfortable, it's very clean and modern.

The staff, size of the room and the location are very good but for me this hotel is not 5 stars. They don´t have parking and the additional cost is about $10 USD per day. Be care when you do your reservation because they don´t respect general conditions and the cost is so much than you consider. I look for other hotel in my next visit at Mexico city.

The hotel location and staff there are very good. I forgot my wedding ring in the gym there. But as soon as I paid solely for delivery they sent it to me back in Houston. That's was very kind from their side. Breakfast was tasty, and our room was cleaned up properly almost always in time.

The room, service, staff and breakfast were perfect. I would repeat definetely.

Its good I liked my stay there, if only they changed the mattress they are so hard. Its seems this is a thing with Spanish chains. Very well located.

For the price per night for the double rooms are very small, no restaurant at night, the included breakfast is too simple.

Good location only that fails the Internet in the quarterfinals, else the service and attention are good.
