I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel on business. I can say that all the staff were very friendly and understanding.

The trip was very pleasant. I stayed at the hotel for a few days. The room was beautiful and the food was excellent. There were some minor issues with the bathroom, but they were quickly resolved.

Very relaxing experience. Nestled at the base of the mountains. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet with traditional Mexican options and relaxing views.

This was my first time in Mexico, and my first time at an all-inclusive resort. I usually choose adventure travel, so having all my needs taken care of for me felt really different at first.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at the hotel made us feel like family. Vicktor and Adan from the dining room, Constantino the hotel porter, and Juan from security were especially memorable.

I am very surprised to see so many negative reviews regarding this location. Our accommodations are brilliant and the service has been consistently on point.

Excellent stay here. MR is a converted house attached to the Indah condos. Rooms are spacious with a large bathroom.

I love this hotel. The grounds are beautiful. Being situated in the jungle and a short walk from the bus stop to take you into PV or to Boca. The pool area is amazing.

We stayed in Penthouse 111-A. The space was large and included kitchen and outside non-private patio space. The old wood furniture smelled like mildew.

Beautiful oasis in the south side of Guadalajara. You would never know it was there, it's secluded, but super safe. Gorgeous garden design.

Bubbles make glamping something completely different, I was fascinated. 10/10. It is not far from the center, the service is excellent, they take your luggage to the bubble and take you in an RZR.

The Delfin is located at the South end of the Malecon boardwalk in the Romantic zone. It is a very active, sometimes noisy area, but full of fun.

Maxwell Residence SoHo is AMAZING! This was my 8th time visiting Puerto Vallarta area and our first time here. Very impressed with this amazing pool, staff, living quarters and love this location.
