We stayed for 5 wonderful days in one of the penthouse units and it was marvelous.

This place was amazing! The location, the unit, the staff were all great! Elvira cleaned our room daily and did an amazing job!

I was there during the cartel blow up in February. The hotel couldn’t take care of us any better than they did.

This place is amazing. All of the staff makes you feel welcomed and taken care of. Special mention to Pablo, Lalo and Emmanuel at the sky top rooftop restaurant.

Wonderful week long stay. The room decor suggests local culture from the past. A definite escape from hotel mainstream. Staff were incredible. Traditional breakfast included.

My best friend and I are so glad we landed here on our winter getaway. Our priorities were cleanliness, comfort, safety, and proximity to the heart of the city (restaurants, beaches, etc).

Hands down the best food I've ever had in Mexico. Very fresh and imaginative, with some of the best vegetarian food I've had when traveling. We'd recommend everything we ordered.

Quinta San Carlos is a magical resort located in a lovely town on Lake Chapala. Its modern but authentic charm add to the guest experience.

What an amazing gem. Everyone was just a pleasure. The art is really something to behold. I plan on coming back very soon. Can't give more than 5 stars but I would give it a 10 plus!

We recently had our wedding hotel block at the Grand Miramar, and we could not have made a better decision!

I stayed in Grand Miramar from 2/19 to 2/27, 2026. I was supposed to check out on 2/22, but my flight was cancelled due to the incident in Puerto Vallarta.

We recently returned from a fantastic family trip to Dreams Vallarta Bay. It was beautiful and so convenient to not worry about any meals — it made for a truly relaxing experience.

We had a great time at the property. The food was delicious! We dined at the buffet mostly. Activities switch up daily. The staff is friendly and professional.

I can't say enough nice things about Casa Cupula. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The property beautiful and well maintained and the rooms very comfortable and unique.

The Best place to stay In PV hands down! OMG we had such a good time. Firstly we booked the Frida Suite. It is a beautiful one bedroom suite with amazing views of water and land.

My wife and I did not stay in this particular tower. We stayed closer tower to the beach and had a phenomenal time.
This is our second time at the restaurant NOI.

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience. We enjoyed the calamari, borrego, steak, pizza, and an incredible chocolate dessert—everything was delicious.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Plaza. We were given one of the newer rooms on the 14th floor, it was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the sound of the crashing waves was heavenly.

We arrived at the resort and asked to view the different rooms in order to decide which room was up to what we desire. The lobby personal was very welcoming and flexible.

Resort was beautiful with lots of activities! Great entertainment team including Marcus and his colleagues! Aquafitness, bingo and bartending classes were so much fun!

The hotel is away from the old (and charming) center of Puerto Vallarta, and a few minutes from the airport. It is modern, well designed with nice size rooms.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn in Puerto Vallarta was a very good experience.

We had a wonderful experience at our daughter and son-in-laws wedding at Playa Fiesta. The property is gorgeous, rooms exquisite. Lindsay and Gabi were wonderful hosts, attentive, caring and gracious.

There is nothing I would change about my stay. You know, sometimes you get to the end of a vacation and you're like that was fun, but you're ready to go home, not here.

What a wonderful place to call home away from home. The view, the room, the cocktails and food we had here were amazing.

This was by far our most relaxed visit in Mexico. We are from Colorado and truly enjoyed the "mountain experience" of Sierra Lago.
