Staff are poorly trained, my bank blocked my card as I had a big night out and tried booking Uber from a location where there were none. Continuous transactions.
Anyhow I return to my hotel and my key card doesn’t work, so I visit reception and advise.
They then decide to tell they can’t let me in my room until I’ve paid for my stay! Which is fine; so I go to pay with my credit card it doesn’t work. I said let me go to my room as I have my other cards in the safe, they were hesitant in letting me go to my room! So unbelievably unprofessional, if this was an issue earlier or even a day or so prior they should’ve acted on this, I have a Mexican phone number. Nada So I return to my room and call my overseas banking institution to work out what’s going on! Less than 3mins on the phone a guy is knocking on my door demanding payment. I’m a Gold Member with Hotels. Com it’s not my problem your staff don’t know how to proceed with check in from the beginning. Appalling service, I was intending on staying another night or two but after this dilemma I decided to book else where!

Have been staying at this Hotel for about 3 years already every time we fly into the city. The service is amazing and the rooms are always super clean and fresh! They are also taking COVID-19 really seriously. It was a joy staying with them once again!

Simply wonderful. Very well located, all the staff very friendly. Since q enter the atmosphere smells delicious. The rooms are spacious, clean, the bed super comfortable, the decor beautiful… the bathroom, I loved it, and the view of the city exceptional. I can't wait to return!

This is a top notch hotel. If they have availability I highly suggest that you stay here. The staff was quick to provide any assistance and nice about it as well. They have a gym and a pool available for those who stay. We were able to order room service one of the days and although it did take a little longer than expected it was still very good and exactly what we expected from it.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are very comfortably and have a great TV, the bathroom are clean and big. The staff is very friendly abd they make you feel at home. The breakfast included in the service is tasty but simple. In general I recommended it a lot, it was an excellent experience.

This hotel is new. Really close to chapapultec were there are alot of bars, and close to the iconic monument statue La Minerva a bunch of close shops and restaurant and conenopolis (movie theater)

They do not respect the online reservation rates (booking, Expedia, etc. ) They charge you whatever they want. The receptionist was rude, the rest just like any other hotel of that price. I don't recommend it for dishonest.

The best thing about this hotel is the bed. It is extremely comfortable. It has a small swimming pool in the sixth floor, vapor room and gym. Highly recommended.

This hotel y bran new and very modern. It is located close to almost every where you would want to go while in Guadalajara and a very safe neighborhood. I would walk back to my room from the bar at night nothing bad happened and police were constantly patroling around the area. The staff is great. Esequiel gave me excellent personalized service. He suggested near by restaurants, tours and he even let me check in early because I arrived earlier than expected. I would definitely stay at this hotel when I go back to Guadalajara.

Excellent option to consider regardless if you go for business or pleasure. The rooms are very spacious and have all the amenities. The pool is small but decent and pretty. The steam is fine though it is small. I recommend them widely. The best thing is that the treatment of the personal opinion in general is wonderful.
