To be honest, I missed traveling to Mexico because I did not feel 100% safe. This January was our first time in Guadalajara and at this Hyatt. We loved it and how safe we felt. The hotel is amazing service-wise, food, comfort, spacious, entertainment. It has it all! Plus it is very safe and is in a perfect plaza full of the best restaurants and awesome stores for shopping. We have stayed with you four time this year! Every time I feel a 2-3 day getaway we fly to you! Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for providing everything!

Jessica Salgado and Ashley Medellin treat employees badly. They feel the pains and untouchable. Employees can't talk because if they talk they run as they have done they have run to a lot of staff that was worth it. I was a big customer of hay when I realized the situation stop going is not worth what those ladies do.

I stayed on April 10th in room 1035, and although the hotel has an excellent location, the cleanliness in the corridors was very bad, the smell throughout the hotel is spout, in the rooms not, but the carpet had time not to be vacuumed, in the rooms I expected robe and slippers, the lousy pillows, very uncomfortable boludas, I think the pool is the best part.

The best of the best, only the vallet staff a Chinese, sangron which follows from there on all excellent.

The attention, the food, the staff is excellent, I highly recommend it.

Excellent seafood buffet on Saturdays! The only thing I think they need to improve is the service of the waiters, but the guys who attend the bar of the buffet are very friendly.

The service is terrible and the worst the culture of the restaurant employees, especially today that was the Mexican night, I do not recommend it.

The newest and maybe most luxury hotel at guadalajara. Really fashion zone inmerse in a fashion center with nice restaurants and luxury stores. The hotel its expensive of course but not excesive, the rooms are awesome and the pool its excellent. The brakefast its delicious!

The hotel is in a great area of town but the hotel is Hyatt by name only. The rooms are not clean, the shower was so hot I had to apply burn cream, and there was no coffee making supplies in the room, just a coffee pot but nothing to make the drink with. There are better options in town for sure.

I'll give three only because of several reasons. First when I walked into my room I've noticed the bar wasn't free they charge every drink you take from the fridge. The only thing free is the two water bottles. Well at least rui gives the bar free. And second no free breakfast you have to pay extra for being a high class hotel I would at least expect free breakfast. And last to me I like to have a kitchen in my room so that way I can cook. But for some reason a lot of hotels these days don't have any built in kitchen which is unfortunate. I like to cook and if I book a room I would like to able to cook myself from time to time. But the staff was great and friendly. The gym and pool were top quality facilities. And finally the room was amazing probably the best designed room I've seen.

Very good service, the bad thing was that if you call to ask for information respond in a call center in English and the problem is not the English but the operator does not know Spanish and it is a hotel in Guadalajara, in my time ruling the internet, the TV, the elevators, the air conditioning and up to the door locks and the problem was attributed to the rain.

Amazing customer service, quality and rooms very neat and clean. Let me not forget the pool and the view. Great breakfast as well.

I would have rated the hotel a 5+ however one night during my stay a staff person opened my door with me offering to open and let him self in. Proceed to mini fridge to grab a candy bar and then left. Mentioned this to several staff and they said ok. The hotel was absolutely perfect for my stay otherwise. Just wish I understood why my door was opened.
