All! Poor service in general, since booking they charge in advance, lousy service in the restaurant, poor quality in food, bad taste, very late service, in fact, a dish never arrived, first said that because it had burned, very slow service, we need a parakeet and it was dirty. Expensive prices for quality of service and food. Elevators, a mess, super slow and supposedly in maintenance, bad bath towels. Dirty work areas. The staff is not friendly, just a bell boy named Ivan. The business center in terrible condition, the machines un hooked up and very dirty. Dirty, messy parking. Bad on signs. Puller everywhere, very bad image. And well, there's more on the list, at least in the experience I had. I wouldn't come back!

This was by far the worst stay I have had in Mexico period. I read the reviews and decided it was one of the best choices. We have stayed at the hard rock before however they were booked. Don’t get me wrong, it looks beautiful and rooms are spacious but customer service was horrible. Upon our arrival the receptionist was very rude and could give an explanation of extra charges on my card. Later I would call for service and it would get forgotten. Let’s not forget the last two days there was nothing but dark brown water with what it appeared to be soil in the shower and faucets. They said they were having system problems however when it was supposedly fixed, there was no hot water, dark, and distinctive smell to it. When I called the front desk to tell her of the brown water persisting she seemed as she did not care. I asked to speak to the manager on duty and was hung up on. Out of 5 days here I think 1 day was probably okay. The rest of the days it was a very unpleasant stay. Day 5 of my stay and water is still not fixed. I asked for some kind of reimbursement however the front desk receptionist, Stephanie, stated they were unable to do that and I was hung up on AGAIN! Never again will I stay here. Very disappointed in this hospitality being that it comes from a big partnership.

Super recommended to clean the staff super friendly, very cordial and gave us very good information and good tips to the hotel in a very safe area and close to bars and restaurants that you see until dawn.

The hotel (building) is nice, location is nice, close from nice restaurant and very walkable area.
Service is under than average, first I was assigned to a tiny room, with a very strong humidity odor, I just opened the door and it was like a big hit, I couldn't stay there more than 5 minutes; they changue the room for me, for a room so much better than the other. In this room was that annoying light blinking from the smoke detector all night long; I didn't said anything, I can handle that, some lights in the room was broken, light out. Another issue was the elevator, there was only 2 elevators works for everyone, including service and employees, that means sometimes you have to be aside the garbage and dirty dishes inside the elevator. Check out experience, bad, the lady has no changue at all if you pay cash, and she was talking at the phone when she was doing my check out, she even charged my credit card outside the authorization that they previously made at the check in, generating another different charge on my card, she couldn't found my room register at first sight, room service food was not very good, specially the tortilla soup.

It is 12:30am and I am on the 9th floor. I am unable to sleep because the nightclub behind the hotel is playing music so loud it can be heard in the room. The front desk knows about the club and said they will play music until 3am. Unforutantely there is not another room available tonight. The front desk did offer to send ear plugs. The point is, I should not need earplugs in a hotel. I wish they had warned me of this possibility as I could have booked another hotel elsewhere. I understand it is not their music, but how than can know this club is an issue and not tell the guest in advance is unacceptable. If you are coming to Guadalajara on business on Thursday, it is not wise to book here. If you are coming and plan on staying out past 3am, then this place is fine.

We were here for a week on business and pleasure. The venue was terrific. It was great to have breakfast included with our package. The hotel helped us find tours and they took such nice care of us all week.

Location, location, location! Very accessible to shopping mall and easy reference for uber and other cab services. Hotel itself is pretty new. The bad was the AC system, sometimes it would get very cold and others was a little sauna.

A very nice hotel with views from the top that make up a great landscape. Close to several important points of the city and in front of the plaza centro magno which has a cinema and various shops.

It is a great hotel, with superb facilities very clean and tidy, the beds are very comfortable and the shower has hot water, the staff is very friendly and attentive. It is cool and elegant.

Attention super good at breakfast. Comfortable beds, well located, has restaurants close by.

Excellent service, the food is 9 out of 10, you have lot's of options, roomservice super efficient, and also ubers are exrtemely near the hotel so you have no problem on transportation.

Very good place to stay. Since the moment we did the check in, all the personnel was very kind and polite. The room is very clean. The location is great since there is a small mall just crossing the street, there is a bunch of restaurants around and also av Chapultepec is very near from here.

It had some of the suites on the 12th floor with terrace and amazing south views. Silence and complete intimacy. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything looks new. Unbeatable cleanliness and service. Excellent Wifi. Value for money of the best in Guadalajara (I know almost all of them and it is not worth paying more than 3000 or 4000 in other similar 5 star hotels). I highly recommend it and I am somewhat demanding. Very pleasant stay.

On this trip to Guadalajara I once again chose Krystal Urban Guadalajara Hotel. I have stayed at this hotel for three nights on my last visit and more previous visits to Guadalajara. From the time I walked in and was greeted by Armando, he was very welcoming with a smile and very attentive. I then had the opportunity to experience the outstanding service from the front desk staff Rene and Ricardo both were extremely helpful, both demonstrated exceptional customer service. They are truly an example of service, both the hotel and guest expect form a front desk staff. During my stay I headed to the bar where I met Ivan and Mariel, both really possess the personality and mixology skills. I, also want to mention that my room was very clean, very comfortable at a great location. The staff, location and facilities would impress the most picky traveler.

It is a hotel with new and multifaceted design facilities: from relaxing to vibrant in the right areas. The lighting in the room is excellent, with many options of ambience. The location is very good for many types of visits.

Very good value hotel for spending a night or two. Conveniently located, has full standard services, comfortable rooms and a nice ambiance. Property appears to be fairly new; it is very neat. Friendly staff. Overall a very positive experience during an overnight layover.

It is a very good and quality hotel like the restaurant food although it made me an expensive peak the restaurant but you eat well and rich plus it is well located.

Good location The breakfast buffet is very complete. Only the carpets. Either they wash them well or they change them.

Nice place to stay. Very nice area. Has a mall in front, a lot of places you can go walking to eat or dinner, and mush more within less than 5 mins of drive. The room is cozy, personnel very attentive.

Lovely hotel, in a great location. The rooms are very quiet and comfortable. There are great Street food options within a block.

It's a nicw place. Room seems clean and tidy. Has meeting rooms, gym, restaurant and bar. The bar can offer you starbucks coffee. And the personnel trat you well.

The reception staff has no idea to protect the information of their guests, calls anyone to request information and they are giving all your data without actually verify if the caller really should receive all your information as invoices, number of Reserve among other data. I say it from my own experience.
The reception staff is lousy, especially Fabiola has a lousy attitude.

The hotel was very nice and the room was very good, the service in the restaurant sucked for 1 hour to bring me a hot water and at the bottom of the bowl a few pieces of zanahora and strands of chicken… According to that was the tlalpeño broth I ordered.

Room was booked via hotel tonight the day before. The rooms are great. Fridge and desk. Very large standing shower. 32+ inch TV. Good view.

I stayed at the Krystal Urban Guadalajara for a week and had a great experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location and near a lot of the hip and fancy restaurants in the city. The hotel is modern and clean. The gym is nice and maintained well. Only negative so far is the shower has bad water pressure and no ventilation.

Rooms are great. Free bottle of wine for Expedia +Gold members. I got an early check in because of my early flight in. Status on Expedia a plus and the stay was excellent.

The hotel is in a quite area in downtown Guadalajara, the toilet of the rooms is good but they are not adequate to isolate the noise from the adjoining rooms, so it is not a suitable hotel to rest, the treatment of the people in the Lobby is respectful even though it is important to worry about knowing what was the experience of the guest within their facilities.

Comfortable place and very friendly people. In addition to being in a very good area just in front of centro magno. The only detail negative is that right at the entrance to the hotel has a column that hinders completely the step, which could relocate or añadirde side by side. A detail from the negative by thousands of positive.

Perfect place to stay and get to know the city within decent distances. They have underground free parking. Staff is terrifically friendly and amazingly helpful. Rooms are gorgeous with soft and fresh beds with super comfortable pillows! Breakfast is outstanding and restaurant service is great. The Gym is small but has cardio facilities and some weighs; can't ask for more! They offer city tours and tours to nearby attractions on a fair price; transport included. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and the location is safe. Definitely staying again here!

Very nice, modern hotel in the chapultepec area. Restaurants and bars are in walking distance. Rooms are spacious and clean. Gym is decent. Breakfast is delicious.

I stayed here for about a week with my family and it was very comfortable. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants and some shopping. I also felt safe walking around on my own. But the staff is what is going to get me to come back for another stay. They extremely nice and helpful. Loved it!

Best hotel in town. They gave me a free bottle of wine! Just only one. Night and it was awesome.

Las habitaciones, el lobby, el bar, y todo en general está padrisimo! Me encanta el concepto y el diseño del hotel. La atención es excelente. Solo no tienen mucha disponibilidad con respecto a las habitaciones. Y algunas habitaciones no tienen vista a la calle.

The hotel is in a central location, close to several places of interest. The treatment of your staff is attentive.

It has a very good location.

The locación is great, right across Centro Magno Mall, and with many restaurants at walking distance. The hotel is almost new, rooms are nice and big enough, with a lot of outlets, and good internet connection, and the receptionists were very helpful and attentive.

A hotel in which they do not have parking and the valet parking "facilitated" by them does not have the certification and much less approval of the municipality (this said both the road agent and later was said by the in-turn manager). So for any problem, they can be delineated without committing to the customer.
That said because a vehicle was left in the hotel's pseudo valet parking (for this they argued that they were from the hotel and even sack with logo they put the workers). They forgot to move the vehicle from where they picked it up with everything and keys. All the way through out of the day. From 9 to 7 p. M. They didn't move the vehicle, let alone worrying about the presence of a road official. They let the problem continue until the crane arrived and it was in the way to carry the vehicle (paying the payment of the fine, the crane and the corralon) only because of the lack of conviction of the hotel workers and so that in the end they would not support economically or animically, justifying that "not in a week we earn what has to be paid. "
The same case was with the hotel's in-turn manager, claiming that they are not responsible for the hotel's Customers' vehicles.
In conclusion, this hotel does not commit to the vehicles of people staying or attending the hotel. A visit to the hotel may be highly counterproductive. They were polite so I am being polite, but the management of this property has no mother.

I stayed with my wife for one night. The location is very convenient and the facilities good. They definitely payed attention to design and it shows. The price is great, all things considered.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights over a long weekend. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, has a nice, fluid design throughout and the service is perfectly decent. Our king bed was really comfortable. We both agree the hotel deserves 4 stars, but not 5, however. When we arrived there were towels that the maid most likely had assumed were still clean that were definitely not. There were little tooth paste stains on them probably left from the last guest. To the hotel's credit, they did send someone with new ones promptly once we called down to the front desk. Also, the continental breakfast the hotel offers is slightly overpriced and the food is nothing to write home about. Final thoughts: this location was great for our gay nights out. There's a club called Open a block away that was a fun way to spend our Friday night. And five or so blocks away there's Envy, where we enjoyed our Saturday. All in all, worth giving this hotel a try despite its shortcomings.

Krystal urban is the best hotel to stay for business in guadalajara. A plenty bufet breakfast and comfortable rooms. Loved it!
