The Catalina Beach resort was a fantastic place to unwind for a few days.

I spent 3 wonderful days enjoying this resort.
PROPERTY: well laid out, nice pool area, multiple areas for gathering with others or relaxing solo, yoga, massages, temezcal. They have it all!

We spend 3 days in this paradise, the cabañas are beatiful, the place quiet and relaxing; Food is with exccusive dishes with natural ingredients and mexican flavor.

First off I am a Canadian Expat living in Cancun. I was traveling with a Hispanic friend but wasn’t aware that the clientele the staff the Entertainment was exclusively Mexican.

Maid service was excellent, friendly and efficient.

It was so close to the airport, well priced and affordable. The room was modern, well furnished and very comfortable. Great location and convenient.

Our first stay in Zihua was at Hotel Caracol. Location, pool and breakfast are wonderful. Maid service and staff were fine.

We really enjoyed our stay, services were great, the location is so close to town and shopping.
Room was good, bed was very firm if you like that, we asked for a bed pad and got one right away.

Lousy service I have a video where we had to carry my mom to get in and out of the room why the elevators didn't work she requires a wheelchair and they didn't want to change the room I would never

Terrible service they give rooms far away to disabled people and people with babies tell you that when the elevator does not work we call such a number but they end up doing crazy and do not answer I

It’s a piece of paradise that you thought only existed in your mind! It’s small, private, peaceful, romantic, and intimate.

Me and my husband stayed at MUSA for a week and had an absolutely incredible time.

When I compare to other hotels in the area, this hotel is really good. I would definitely go back. Everything about it is nice: the location, the beach, the pool, the restaurants.

Excellent service (cleaning, staff treatment, pleasant family atmosphere, rich food and mainly comfort to rest) and pleasant visit to the sea.

Great place to rest, relax. It is very enjoyed, the staff is super attentive, the food delicious, the place very nice, the dogs are very well treated. Overall the attention is 10… super recommended.

Casa Angelina is a beautiful space with a beautiful view. The attention to detail is very impressive. Mauricio and the staff were wonderful and quick to help with any issues. Breakfast was delicious.

Recently held a family wedding here and it was a wonderful venue. Beautiful grounds, great breakfasts, spectacular views! The very best part of our stay was the service.

Great hotel! Stunning view overlooking the city and the pool was amazing — huge and with an incredible mosaic on the wall. Staff let us stay at the pool after check out and were super friendly.

We were with a tour group and stayed for one night. The hotel was in a great location overlooking the town. There were great views from all the rooms in which the group stayed.

It is a lovely hotel, 100% recommended. Family atmosphere, super clean and comfortable… we had a comforting holiday.

The staff are amazing! The highest rating for us! Some cosmetic issues had me give them 4 stars but I’d see they are updating.

It needs a little bit of more maintenance to not look so old.
1 of the 3 VERY SMALL elevators was out of service for several days.
It is kind of extensive.

Very central hotel (it is close to La Diana, several restaurants, clubs, the zócalo, the ravine).

We stayed here for a class reunion and had a great time. The service was excellent and they have beautiful views of the ocean and a nice beach and pools.

Every time we step into Fairmont Heritage Acapulco we experience a warm welcome to our home, the service is phenomenal, always helpful, gentle and effective.
