From the moment you get there to what parts.
It's still a scenic hotel, it's anywhere you'll want to take a photo. The rooms are spacious, clean, the beds very comfortable, the staff attentive. However, having accumulated years it is very well maintained. We'll definitely be back.

Nice real nice place to have a quite and relax time. Beach right infront of the hotel and swimming pools are quite nice. People working here are so nice and helpful. Safe and clean place. You can walk on the beach too no problem at all. Rooms are awesome no complain at all!

The hotel is very nice. And if it is old but it is still very nice it is kept clean the rooms are very comfortable clean and nice, the food is very rich although a little expensive and there are several activities, in the area where it is very quiet and beautiful also, the beach is clean and you can be at ease at sea the waves are not very strong.
I like too much has the fundamental and everything in perfect condition! ♡

I absolutely love this place. Beautiful hotel full of fountains, flowers and nice details everywhere. The rooms are extremely spacious, the bathrooms are big, super comfortable beds, magnificent views. The food is absolutely superb. The breakfast buffet is always fantastic and the food in the Italian and beach restaurant is simply fantastic. The pools are beautiful and well kept. It's an old hotel but always my first and only option in Acapulco.

Huge Hotel with several pools and access to the sea. The service is perfect. Very rich breakfast. The Italian restaurant seems expensive and not so rich.

Great hotel, easy access since you dont have to cross the city anymore. Great for family, has all the structure and the staff is very gentile.

It is good but I feel that it has a bit of carelessness and therefore some expensive rates, and sometimes some workers are very friendly, but the truth is good facilities and the pass well to my liking a good place in Acapulco.

Slow when it comes to assigning the rooms, you order a soda and you have to remember 3, 4 times you forget, or are many customers for few waiters.

I have been coming here for work for the last 5 years. I consider it an extremely safe place to visit in a city ruled by cartel. Armed guards are present. The food is fantastic here and the staff are amazing to interact with. Recently they have been offering packages for all-inclusive to Canadian travel agencies. If you find yourself here stop by the bar within the main building and chat with Jesus, or see Santos in Chula Vista one of the restaurants on site. Both amazing people. If you want to see downtown find Andre who has a van to take you anywhere and will stay with you the entire evening and bring you home safely. A great place to stay with an amazing view and beach on the Pacific.

This is really great! The beach is wide the waves are huge, massage gigantic by the sea waves!
Nice grand. No need to get up at 5:00 in the morning, we were on the 15th floor! Splendid view of the sea, swimming pools and golf! Surrounded by a mountain!
Nice big room, corner patio!
No shortage of hot water! Good pressure!
Carpet Wall to Sun wall! More than beautiful!
Good food, staff intentioned, no lack of towels!

This is the most beautiful place I have visited.

It is a hotel where you can spend very relaxed and fun, has everything you need to have a good, the attention of the staff is excellent and the facilities are first.

It was a nice place but it's a little older and in need of some renovations. The food and drinks were good. The service at the pool was slow.

Classic Hotel by Americans my room tastes like mold and the service leaves to be desired certainly would not go back.

Excellent hotel as everything has areas of opportunity. The rooms are nice and spacious although they could be better in terms of furniture. The staff were very friendly and friendly. It has several shops which do not make necessary to leave the hotel, the spa I recommend it extensively.
Restaurant services are slow and to my liking are not worth what it costs except for breakfast buffet.

This is the last time I come to Acapulco, it was supposed to be a time to relax and enjoy but it's impossible! You get annoyed by hundreds of unsolicited vendors at the beach all day long and you can't even see the sea from all thousands non established tents all along the coastline, the hotel it's nice but old and overall the cleanliness could be improved. Lines of 50+ ppl just to get a papala reservation. For the same price you could visit some other better beaches in Mexico. Not recommended at all!

We visited Princess Mundo Imperial as part of our stay at Resort Mundo Imperial because it does has access to the beach. The facilities are a little bit older but we enjoyed to have a place to rest at Acapulco beach.

Lousy service in the hotel restaurants. More than an hour and a half waiting for breakfast (golf restaurant) and at dinner simply impossible. Even one of the maids told me I'd better go to my room and ask for room service. The truth is very annoying to perceive such an unhelpful attitude of the staff and also of ignorance as to the options offered by the hotel.
Very disappointed in this hotel. Too expensive for the bad service it offers.

Nice hotel close to the airport. Resort has 5 pools some with waterfalls, grottos, and a slide. Beach is nice … Water was actually warmer than in pools. Rooms were nice… we had a garden room which was a corner unit and had a huge balcony. Beds were firm and very comfortable. Staff was great… delivered extra towels in minutes and followed up with call to confirm. Really the only complaint was access to food. There are 5 restaurants on the property. Two were open for breakfast (exact same buffet). One for lunch, and one for dinner (Italian). Oh … and there was a courtyard with tacos in the evening too… but the menu is somewhat limited. We arrived a week before Christmas and it got busier and busier as the week went on. They started opening additional snack and beverage bars and added activities and events as well.

Algunos aspectos a cuidar del servicio, como resolver al huesped y no pedirle al huesped que resuelva como "Solicite otro papelito en la recepción". No, es mejor: "Ahora le consigo otro papelito para que no vaya a tener problema la siguiente vez". Suerte.

The hotel is quite nice, clean and the treatment of the staff is very friendly, only that some details are not the best, for example the beach area, I never understood if it was pool beach or public beach because if it looked like public beach, with respect to the food I don't think This to the level of the hotel category and the drinks almost did not carry alcohol.

Good service but they are not very honest with their prices.

It is good hotel, many amenities, the rooms in the Pearl Tower are remodeled, the staff is very attentive and friendly. The only thing is that the restaurants are very small and on weekends do not cope, you have to wait half an hour or more to get table.

Was a perfect place but since new administration it has quite too few food choices and quality has been brought down.

Its one of the most famous hotels from Acapulco, but its far away to be one of the newest, it owns the Acapulco open tennis each year! and its a huge hotel, great food and service, the rooms are nice and clean, but a liitle bit too old compared with the rest of hotels on taht rate amount at Acapulco, but its perfect for family and its in one of the safest zones in the city. If you like golf or tennis, or spending time on the beach and eating and drinking withe family its perfect! enjoy!

This is a great hotel. The property is beautiful. The beach area is huge. The room we had was a little dated but kept well. The Perla tower rooms are very nice newly renovated. The service is great. Only problem is only the Italian resteraunt was open for dinner. But there are plenty of great food choices near by. All in all this was a great hotel.

The room we stayed in had an absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean. Everything was clean and neat and everyone who worked at the hotel was respectful and helpful.

Love the size of the room. Very spacious and walk-in closet. Great view of the beach and the roaming peacocks was unexpected. Great atmosphere.

Renovations going on at the hotel, so lot of bathrooms and restaurants are closed, a business center is advertised, but there's none. On the flip side, great view, nice rooms.

Old Hotel, does not have the stars q cobra. The personak of reception is scarce and in our case, miss Ana, bad information and wrong step the card generating charges without notifying us. The cleaning staff did the room. For breakfast 30 or 40 min wait. And all piled up. Only one restaurant and very expensive. The serv of the pool only until 18. They lack staff for all sides.

This is one of the worst hotels that I have visited, I was able to be in the area of kitchens and barbarity, the chefs have no hygiene when preparing food, do not use gloves, the food is very frozen, and WHAT is WORSE IS CROWDED with COCKROACHES, in the food bars I personally saw it as a cook killed a roach within 10 cm of the lettuce ready for salads, and fences of the dishes according to washing more cockroaches, this is a madness that is worth of others, and so many other anomalies that are seen when one puts a little bit of attention, I recommend a tour of the kitchens and see what they say, I bet you will deny that you know what nasty and moldy that is all.

Great place and we will visit again one day. But time for an update, some parts of the building are starting to show a lot of wear from the salt water, with big chunks of concrete missing.

Apart old the attention given to the huespes each time more precarious that hurts hotel as good, in their time, mosos.

Where were the pelicans, and ducks the water was a slug and olia ugly park the pelicans, and the ducks are an aber echo in the bathroom there.

This place is pricey. The common areas are stunning, open to the elements. Catch and feel a tropical storm in an alcove of the lobby with family and cervasa, memorable. Room clean, comfortable. Ocean view balcon, worth it. Beach will toss you in the warm waves. Front desk could use a shot of Mexicana hospitality. Didn't eat the food. Beach hawkers unfortunate, but hotel cabanas roped off. Long cab ride to the city.

This hotel was awful and has seen better days. The service was terrible and so was the food. You will also get harassed by people on the beach trying to sell you things. Be warned that it will also cost you 800 pesos (over $60) every night extra if you have a dog — although they do not advertise this on the website. There are better places to stay in Acapulco.

This hotel is simply stunning. It is an older property, but it has aged very well. The common areas are impressive, with generous Aztec motifs and sculptures throughout. The pools may not be as impressive compared to what is standard in resorts today, but the interiors are simply timeless. The rooms are decorated in a formal, reserved manner, which suits a beachside resort well. I unfortunately only stayed one night, but nevertheless I was impressed. 9/10
