Inexpensive, close to the beach, older, "rustic". Those looking for a modern resort should be in another area of Zihuatanejo or over in Acapulco. Everything around the hotel was old but clean. Everything that we used worked though many things showed the usual mismatches of Mexican maintenance and upgrades. Standards of excellence are different than the US. Towel standards are strict and limited as listed in some other reviews. Beds are very hard, but many in Mexico do this deliberately believing firm mattresses to be more healthy.

They have a great team that make you feel at home starting from the front desk, restaurant, and to the funny and hard worker ladies that clean and make the rooms beautiful with little details like animals from towels and flowers! The photos on the page are far from as it really looks like the hotel, the room that I booked was a Suite and I think that was the worst room of the hotel, entering the room I perceived a smell's so ugly in the bathroom in which the heat is unbearable, ALL the day gives you the sun, just wash your hands it makes you sweat horrible, in addition to the appearance of the bathroom is neglected, does not look well, a bed had no leg, air conditioning, fatal, the price is very high for what is really offered by the hotel and how it looks. Fortunately we changed the room without any problem to the Sun & Moon that was a thousand times better. I definitely do not recommend this hotel, it is not so bad but the cost of the room does not agree with what the hotel offers. The people are very friendly and their breakfast although very basic, was very rich.

It is not a hotel, is like a hostel rather. If you have a pool (or use) and fulfills what it promises, but there are no Wi-Fi and they do not have screens with cable, are t. V. With 3 channels that arrive by rabbit antenna. The rooms are spacious but rustic (in all sense of the word) the ratio is bad, cost too much for what they offer. You can get something with more comforts of mochilazo (I had already booked so that either way). What is undeniable is that this rich breakfast (could be better) and satisfies what is and the hospitality is great strong, they are very good hosts. The truth would rather pay 100 pesos more for amenities not offered, so next time look for another option. I hope can use them the opinion to improve those areas of opportunity.

VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE! They do NOT make you feel welcome, and it's obvious that all they want is your money! They change the terms as they see fit, and in the end the place isn't that great anyway. I give them a 0 for service and overall quality. They should be ashamed at their lack of professionalism.
