Of the worst chain hotels Inn! Room dirty and bad-smelling… it is the second time that happens to me with this same chain of hotel.

I Just failed the air conditioner…

The Hotel was clean and friendly. The only bad thing is the pillows that look like stones. But Overall OK!

It is a modern hotel type economic bisness class, has Wi-Fi not very fast, the rooms are simple and cozy, although a little small, the breakfast buffet is good, with a variety of food and good taste.
It lacks to pay attention to details, the moment I get to register the dining room was very dirty and messy, the lobby bathroom a little dirty.
It is close to the bus terminal and the Congress Centre.

All well except that I find it awful to have air conditioning and no window for the air to run. I Guess it is a thing of modern hotels, but it is even depressing and habemos people who do not let us or sleep to taste that situation: (By the way we were played By two female receptionist very attentive and effective, thanks for that.

The Hotel is functional but very small the rooms. The receptionist Little sense of friendly attention, their work fully operational. Although The hotel is right behind the bus terminal and the rooms overlook the maneuvering yards, there is no way to get there walking. You have to take a taxi or use the private driver service platforms.

Lousy service from reception ask them missing from the room and take them until you go personally to pick up. The air conditioning is useless and never take place in the parking lot because they share it with the Holiday Inn. Very bad experience in this hotel.

They have bedbugs.
Last March 24th I visited the city of Queretaro with my family (2 couples and 2 babies one of 6 months and another of 2 years).
At 7:30am I noticed a heavy annoyance in my back and checking my surprise was that I found about 10 bites/bites on the back. Which put me on alert because as I said, we traveled with two babies. I checked the whole body and found multiple pickets/bites over 30, in arms, back, legs, abdomen, buttocks, feet, etc. All for spending a night at your Hotel. I immediately checked my daughter and alerted my cousin to check on my niece, fortunately they were not bitten.
Immediately after we checked the room, on the beds there were spots (small dots) of what seemed to be a down. Then you would know that this brand is characteristic of bedbugs and their excrement. As we continue to review we found on the wall a big bedbug, the horror I had no courage to lift the mattresses and less after seeing the amount of injuries in my body.
We immediately picked up our stuff, trying to check it out while we did it and kept everything. We went to reception, asking to speak to the manager, same who was not there and arrived about 30 minutes later, about 9am. I asked someone to accompany me to see that they had bedbugs, one of their employees went up and corroborated, the MIME mode I showed my back. Before the manager arrives they sent this same person to fumigate the room.

Just what is expected of a one, neither more nor less.

The hotel is small but comfortable. Ideal for work trips or shorts. The staff is very friendly. It has a nice and simple atmosphere. There is a shopping plaza very close by. The comfortable room service has good taste. It is located near the Congress Centre and the bus terminal. It's not near the center. Traffic is heavy around here in peak hours.

Excelent service and a relaxing space.

Good care and service. Very fast and attentive. The billing didn't have any problems. It's the second time I visit. And I recommend it widely.

Great hotel to stay for business, is behind of queretaro's bus station, great rooms, location and the night includes breakfast.

Quiet place to stay.

Very clean, the staff is friendly, the rooms are extremely small for a simple no problem, but a quadruple is converted into a martyrdom, the laundry service is awful, in 2 weeks of stay, the dryer never worked, we lost clothes and it took 3 days to solve it, the breakfast is very good for the cost of the room, but it is not varied.

The room was okay but the first room I was asigned to, was already occupied. So I had to get down to the lobby again, to ask for my own room.

Simple but functional and modern Hotel. It has a telephone, PantallaTV and Wi-Fi in the rooms. Breakfast type buffet is basic and is included.

Good Business Reservations Service.

Its not that cheap considering the small rooms, and kitchen odors get to the rooms on the first floor. Sometimes the a/c stops cooling and gets pretty hot.

Only to sleep, simple breakfast, no restaurant or bar. No blankets, very simple room. Fit for business plan.

Friendly staff but not too many of them speaks English. Decent but chaotic breakfast. Large clean rooms. More or less what you would expect from this type of hotel. Great value for money.

Amenities are modern, minimalist, sleek, practical. Place very clean and quite. That's very nice. Staff was efficient & kind. Location is very convenient as it's located behind bus station. Five minutes drive by taxi.

This hotel is a great option to take when your on a business trip or an event that requires your assistance. It is not an ideal reservation spot for a planned family vacation. The rooms are quite small and it can feel a bit cramped moving from space to space. The services there are acceptable and the employees do offer there assitance in everything you need. They include breakfast in the mornings and offer discounts on meals in the Fiesta Inn hotel that is right next door.

Necessary basic service, fast, clean and safe.

The Hotel is a little hidden behind other building, rooms with small space perfect for business trips and social events. Recommend to add more sound isolation to rooms. Breakfast in the hotel is ok and according to the prices.

Good service, good taste in food (breakfast buffet included), located 10 minutes walking from the corregidora Stadium and just behind the bus station, in general very well, highly recommended.

It is right behind the central bus are however, you have to give a huge turnaround to enter the central, I recommend to book via the Internet on sites like trivago as you get prices, if you get director, the hotel will charge the where, rooms small but comfortable, and include breakfast buffet, the Wi-Fi connection is good and fast.

I didn't like give me claustrophobia by small. Not back.
