Terrible customer service attention publications with fraudulent or misleading promotions ask for sensitive personal information according to them to book faster and give more personalized quote be very careful why they do not guarantee the privacy of your personal data.

The only detail is that the walls are of tablaroca, everything is heard, unfortunately I touched a working neighbor who put the alarm of his cell phone at 5 am I have light sleep and I could not go back to sleep, telephone conversations are heard etc.

The hotel looks luxurious, and the rooms very comfortable and pleasant, large rooms, very clean bathroom always, I had the opportunity to stay several times for work, the restaurant food is very rich, BUT the service in the restaurant terrible, 15 minutes waiting for a coffee, and dirty dishes on the table, while there are only 4 other tables occupied, that's why the 3 stars.

I would not recommend the phone they have answered in Leon and there is no way they can communicate the call.

Nice hotel The rooms do not know only area of event rooms. I would recommend it for this service. It has nice terrace for Late Show or a cocktail.

Very cozy. It has nice décor, is very well kept and clean and the breakfast buffet is very full. The staff at the front desk treat you with respect but they are not at all nice.

Excellent hotel, it is worth to go up to breakfast in the restaurant of the 7 floor, the view is incredible of the city of Queretaro, the staff very friendly and to the disposition of the guests, there is a package that includes snacks and drinks from 5 to 11 pm. The pool even though it is small (1.40 deep) very relaxing. The gym is very well equipped, outside the elevators put in the morning coffee and biscuits.

Always bad service attitude, the coffee break sloppy, dirty, sooo limited the captain is a rude and the food overall bad I wouldn't recommend it.

They have a very rich breakfast buffet, very nice restaurant, for business breakfast, with friends or girlfriends, moms who meet for breakfast. It is a great option if you have to move to Mexico City or to Celaya. It is a very good hotel.

HS Hotsson it's amazing, I went to breakfast and the food is delicious with a lot of variety, also the personal was so kind.

The menu is very rich and they make eggs to taste and quesadillas with tortillas of color very rich, the staff attends very well and is very attentive only if it is algp repetitive menu.

It's in a newly developed zone so there's not a lot of things around the hotel but it has an easy access. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and the attention from the staff is great, they are very kind and helpful. It's a little bit small but all the areas are well taken care of.

Generally and if it is not for business, one you stay in most tourist places of the area close to the city of Querétaro, as Jurica. It is gratifying to know that the hotel caters to all aspects from the setting and decoration, not only of the common areas, but also from the rooms, to the unparalleled attention of all your staff, regardless of rank or function. Although it might seem to be a hotel of high cost, in web browsers such as Expedia or take Off you can find excellent offers that you won't pay in any other side, less on the luxury and comfort that offer you. I would not hesitate to return, please do not hesitate to visit it, really.

The parking lot is not enough. There is a parking lot in a vacant lot very poorly adapted. They do not have enough capacity for the event I went to in addition not worked the canyon for the presentation of the convention hall.

In general hotels "executives" tend to be fairly standard but the problem of this hotel, it is a very bad cleaning service of the rooms without a care for keeping clean the room, or leave the cleaning supplies properly. As an extra point it is too expensive the breakfast buffet.
