Terrible experience. We made the reservation by expedía pointing out that we came with our pet a Yorkshire Terrier requesting pet friendly hotel. When we arrived at the hotel they told us that it was not pet friendly but they accepted us as an exception. We even asked for an extra room and they gave it to us. Today that we return they tell us that the pet can not enter and that we have to move to another hotel of the same chain as if it is pet friendly. I ask to speak with the manager and they tell me that since it is his rest day he cannot attend me. I will never return to this Hilton chain. They have lost a customer forever.

That the guests who go on a work plan are separated from those who are passing through. From one room to another there was a lot of noise.

Good service, restaurant staff and kitchen!

Terrible service, they delivered the rooms scrambled, people did not reach bed because they gave 1 bed having reservation of 2, rent 5 rooms early. Month today I haven't been given the bills, I'm going to report to the SAT and hilton honors.

Having to spend the night, we needed a place to stay, great service, good food and a comfortable bed. Who could ask for more?

Excellent care in the course of the day yesterday and today about organization of events. Coffee break is great as well as the exhibitor started in time and form.

It makes no difference whether or not you have a level at Hilton Honors, they don't have the full amenities. The rooms are comfortable but you need to leave more towels. The staff is worth it if you are in your room, they enter it without first touching or identifying. The breakfast is of very poor quality and the staff shows poor attitude and zero service provision. Parking is secure. Happy hour is a fraud. The area where the hotel is located looks like industrial. It is not recommended for tourists.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only questionable thing is the attention of some of the waiters and the attention of some of the front desk guys. The facilities are very nice and I like the eco-friendly concept regarding room cleaning and towel care.

Regular hotel. I think you find better options for the same cost. The restaurant very small and saturated (the weekend of the World Cup final) are not given enough.

They should take care of various aspects and it would be a good place as it has good location.

Clean rooms, super comfy beds, the pillows are great. The breakfast buffet is superb, with many and many options, they have a very friendly coffee to the palate as few in Queretaro. Always attentive, available 24 hours to attend you. Document Printing service equals 24 hrs. A great place for business accommodation.

Fantastic happy hour Monday — Friday, many English speaking employees For people who's Español isn't the best. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but be advised there are no fridges in the rooms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is accessible transport to move you to the whole city. The only bad thing was the service of the guys at reception. Upon arrival we offered the girl points for being Premier customers or the two destinations included. We chose the breakfasts and the next day they wanted to charge us. They also offered us two complimentary drinks, which never came. They must pay more attention to this.

They failed the heating of the pool and the restaurant pretty bad!

It was ok and in a good location if you are going to the stadium but I much prefer the Hilton Garden Property a few miles away. I think there is more to do in the area and the room, food, and hotel are nicer.

I especially stayed there by the pool for my daughters and were very satisfied with the pool they loved and the water very nice.

Nothing too special. Located south of the downtown area a few miles, but within walking distance to soccer/futebol stadium. 24 hr room service, gym, pool, and small side bar at the entrance.

The best place P stay in Queretaro, good price, excellent facilities and beautiful amenities.

This very nice and all excellent service The only thing wrong was that the stairs took you outside not to the lovi I had to go out and surround everything.

Te Lo Hotel has an excellent attention on the part of its dependents, it has good amenities how, restaurant, bar, swimming pool and gym.
I put two but: 1. The rooms are very small.
2. The location is not the best.
However, the attentions and service of the staff outweigh those two details.

The locación os great, justo at the south oficina the city centre. The servicios os great ando they use natural gas.

Its a nice buissness hotel, clean and good, with amazing beds and pillows, its much better than s holiday inn or fiesta, its just beside the football "Corregidora" stadium on Querétaro. Its good for walk around, but you need a car to move to any place near. Perfect for buissness people that need to stay on a good place to rest!

The service was great, but a hotel wasnt a big deal. The food was delicious thou. The location help us to arrived to every place easily.

Unfortunately all Hamptons I have been in have the worst Internet connection, the hot water is never hot and air conditioner is never cold enough.

I stole a lotion of the fourth, review your belongings, sorry but for some employees sabotaging the work of others, mention the restaurant staff.

The softness of sheets and pillows are priceless. Exelent for one or two nights.

A very cosy and modern hotel has very good attention to guests, delicious breakfast, has a small indoor pool, relaxing if there are no children.

The perfect hotel if you are in town on business in car and prefer a location near the entrance / exit of the city. I already have a bed as well in the House. Attentive and professional service, everything works, parking enough, finally, to all give. Unlike a City-Express is of one higher level and it should be a family with two children in a room.

Excellent hotel, what I liked most was the bed very comfortable.

We stayed just one night but we had a great rest and stay. Will repeat. Rooms are perfect and bed was quite comfortable. Short distance from Queretaro Center. Do recommend.

From 24 to 26 December 2015, a server, and my family were staying, everything was fine, until I went on Friday and Saturday to have breakfast at the restaurant:
The only option is the buffet.
The cost is very high for what they offer, the same dish in both days, eggs, cereals and fruits. Certainly have been more days, would be the same options.
worse, the staff is improvised it, indolent and insolent, apparently other activities at the hotel.
i do not recommend to go to the restaurant, there are thousands of options in the city with best quality, attention and that meet the cost-benefit.

Excellent hotel, the bed of the simply delicious.

Bed is delicious and they give you cookies welcome. I forgot a ring in the room and they kept it for me. = D.

Good hotel. Close to downtown. Overall good service. At breakfast, don't ask for "over easy" eggs. They just can't get it right.

Eye with their cards, the evening service at reception is pretty sick but in the morning they are very friendly and attentive, good choice to get input for output.
