Functional facilities, but very basic, clean and tidy. Your Tv system. Cable is a bit difficult to operate.

Excellent place to stay in Queretaro. Clean, reasonable price for a first class service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A very comfortable and cosy barecito.

The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable, much more than a typical business hotel. The staff were very helpful.
We appreciate the Alberquita but it is at good temperature all the time please.
We have to improve the breakfast, something sad and with unappetizing bread.

Very bad service you do not get the room before 3 (not at 2.30 or 2.45) and you must deliver it at 12 o'clock at the latest or you will be charged. If you are not paying minors but neither will give you any extra pillows or towels for them alone (2 x Room) A good point is that you include breakfast at no extra cost thing you did not have before. It is clean but very little flexible.

Nice rooms, with safe and cable. The atmosphere is relaxed. We were told that it is a recent hotel so the facilities work pretty well. They add an American breakfast with the stay. They have indoor pool to relax.

Breakfast is awful but the room is ok.

The hotel confortable. Maybe the beds are the little bad thing but in general and for the price is nice.

Best budget bussines class hotel.
