The rooms look more like a Holiday Inn Express. The location is very good. The food of the restaurant is pretty good and they cater 24 hrs.

Excellent service, luxury facilities. The pool water, although not hot, is heated. Security inside is outstanding. The restaurant meets the expectations. I don't give the five stars, because the pool towels never came. Take your towels, and the experience will be unbeatable!

The overall look of the hotel is good however, when entering into detail there are several points that should be corrected. During my stay (2 nights) I never had hot water in my room, despite reporting it from day one. In the same way the cable TV signal had interference all the time.

Business hotel, ideal to stay at night. In front of a small shopping centre. 5min away from the convention center and 1 block away from the bus station.

Good Hotel, it is very close to the Polyforum León, its breakfast buffet is decent, and the best thing I liked was that the Wi-Fi signal if it was stable and fast, compared to several hotels in Leon as Real Minas Business Class that if it has Wi-Fi but of lousy quality.

Great option if you're attending an event at the convention centre. There's also a supermarket nearby for any last minute needs, and transportation to the city centre is very accesible.

The service here was spectacular. Even during a blackout, the staff was professional, kept us safe, and made sure those of us with medical conditions were cared for. Outstanding work!
