Very charming hotel. It is very close to Teatro Juarez and the main Cathedral. We really enjoyed our stay. I has a colonial style and at the same time it has good amenities. There are plenty of places where to eat around the hotel. I felt very secure, the hotel was clean and staff was very attentive. I will definitely recommend this place.

Everything is super good only that the price is not worth it, it is a bit expensive, it is very BEAUTIFUL! and it has perfect location maybe the because of the high prices but its services are not very good. Cozy quiet stay and very nice excellent employees.

Hotel in very good condition right in the rye of Guanajuato, with one of the best locations to reach everywhere, just 1 block from the Juárez theater, near parking lots the rooms are very good, even has a pool and restaurant.

Great service, the location is perfect right around the corner from the main square! Rooms vary greatly, in general they are ok, there's no minibar but they leave water and a coke for you for free. Main issue for me was that I came with my own car and I was send to a parking that was a 5 minute walk away (no fun with kids and it's raining).

The building is amazing, the rooms had to be adapted to the house so they can be different. The staff service is excellent. The location is very convenient. The terrace is cool and has a very nice view. Breakfast included is a buffet with the basics and is rich. The pool is warm, so take a dip. They include a welcome kit with water, soft drinks and snack. It has no own parking nearby, use the other hotel of the same company. In short the best boutique hotel I have visited in Guanajuato.

The location is great right in the center all main attractions are at walking distance from all the main attractions. I really loved the hotel however, there were a couple of areas of improvement. We landed at 7am and had to wait till 3pm sharp to get the room in my opinion there should be options available. Also the room I booked seemed bigger but inreality it was a bit small. Overall the service is great, breakfast was amazing, staff also great. Loved it will probably stay there again.

I stayed here with my husband for our honeymoon after we got married in San Miguel. We were exhausted after our wedding and managing both our families and guests and ready for a little romantic time alone. We didn’t make a big deal about having just gotten married, and neither did the hotel, though I thought they might put something a tiny bit special into our room. Our room was very nice and clean, but it was also the size of a closet, so don’t expect a huge space if you get a suite. The location is amazing and right downtown so we were happy with it. The first night we were there my husband and I both crashed, after going to dinner in downtown Guanajuato. We were anxious to get a full night sleep after all the stress from the wedding and went to bed relatively early for Mexico standards at about 11 pm. We woke however, at about 2:30-3:00 AM, to someone pounding violently on our suite door. My husband got up, wearing what might be expected of a newlywed and went to the door, which was about a foot away from the bed and I, half awake, cracked my eyes open. My husband then looked out the door and didn’t see anyone there so he started opening it when a person (a small, very angry, and very drunk woman) started literally hurdling her full body weight at the door. My husband instinctively shoved it closed and I heard a woman’s voice cry out and swear, “no mames huevón!

I have stayed here twice now and both occasions were very pleasant! They have good food, a lovely staff, and spacious rooms. It is close to a lot of stuff like el Mercado, Juarez theater, Diego Rivera Museum and alot more. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great accommodations and customer service. The only thing I was not to happy about was that we went to hotel terrace (which is beautiful) to have some drinks and we were told we had to pay a fee to drink our own tequila bottle or order from the hotel. Already paying top dollar for amenities and were not able to enjoy the terrace unless purchasing drinks from hotel. Rooms were beautiful and staff was wonderful!

A simple but centrally located hotel to stay. FYI is you come in drunk at 5am, you will have to knock on the doors pretty hard to get someone to answer.

Rude front desk. Hotel policy takes precedent to guests questions. Argumentative and dismissive staff. Room's okay but strong sewage stench prevails throughout. Best to try for a fraction of the price Casa de Pita, simple but fair price just around the corner.

One overnight in Guanajuato in our travels between Leon and San Miguel de Allende. What a magical city? Great service. Beautiful rooms. Perfect location.

You can't get a better location. Rooms are beautiful. We stayed in the superior deluxe and it was wonderful. "balcony" isn't one you can walk out on but you can open the doors to listen to the sounds of the pedestrian street below. Pool is very nice. Indoors. Quiet. Peaceful and heated. Breakfasts have been good too. Again the location can't be beat. You are a 30 second walk to the square (Jardin de la Union). Just terrific.

The best, very accessible, is not very expensive, downtown and the best meal, a place to relax.

Beautiful hotel and such lovely staff. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, rooms are very clean, but for me it was the attentiveness of the staff that won me over. Would definitely recommend and stay here once again.
