Excellent location… of course I'll be back.

Keep a close eye on your belongings because the personnel / staff work together to still from the customer. The manager will do nothing to resolve the problem even though he has evidence (cámaras filming throughout the hotel) and can clearly see what happens does nothing to solve your problem!

Good place, but the rooms smell a little damp, you had to ask for towels because in the rooms there are not enough and provide only the basics.

The location is great as long as you don't drive a car. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The staff is very helpful.
Breakfast is very basic so they charge it could improve it.
We hit on the third floor and as they don't have elevator a little bit cantoso up and down.
We found several bugs in the room I don't know if those could be avoided in any way, I consider cleaning the tub could improve a little.
I had a situation with the way of paying the room and they helped me as soon as possible and everything was resolved.

Charming. The best hotel in Guanajuato. Walking to all points of interest in the city center. Very nice and excellent service.

Good location, the place quite rustic contemporary, the rooms in good condition, the friendly staff. Family atmosphere. I would definitely go back again to this hotel as it is close to many places.

They didn't have free-to-chicken eggs. They should have the option.

The hotel is in very good location, very nice clean and comfortable rooms lack air conditioning as it is very hot and a fan is not enough the staff very friendly and Attentive. I recommend to 100% would definitely return with my family.

It's good but they have details, example the upstairs rooms are very hot and do not have air conditioning. The kitchen lacks a lot… It's something they'd have to improve on.

The best location, but they don't know what is customer service They need a training class.

It's overall OK, it does have off-site parking (at another hotel, about a mxn$50 taxi ride) ; our room didn't have AC or a window. Great location.

No AC, and expensive non-included breakfast, included breakfast ok but could be better, hard beds, but other than that great place and very well placed.

Excellent hotel and central to walk the most beautiful city in Mexico. He doesn't have his own parking lot.

El hotel esta ubicado en el centro lo cual es excelente son muy amplias y bellas sus habitaciones, lo unico malo es que las camas son muy duras, no tienen elevador y no hay aire acondicionado. Fuera de eso si lo recomendaria.

Nice hotel, amazing location. Rooms are clean and comfortable, service was very good. Wi-Fi is available but not very strong, best signal is in the lobby. The breakfast is very good, lots of free options and reasonably priced cook to order options as well. And you can’t beat the location: step out the door and you’re standing at the side of The Basilica. Everything El Centro has to offer is steps away (though with its associated noise…) If we return we’d definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. The only problem is that there is no air conditioning. Other than that it is a very good option if you want to visit Guanajuato.

Great staff. Right in front of Basilica. Careful with downstairs rooms, you'll hear everything outside. Has 16 rooms total. Good, Continental breakfast with option for more at additional cost.

I loved the location, friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like is that the Wi-Fi sucks, pretty much they have no Wi-Fi in the rooms.

There is no Wi-Fi! When we went to ask the front desk agent said there are some rooms that don't have Wi-Fi — _ — thanks for the heads up.

Great place downtown Guanajuato. Rooms are huge and confy. Good continental breakfast with plenty of fresh fruits and juices. I will strongly recommend. Emilio.

I highly recommend this place.

The location is excellent but not an upper class hotel from the facade shows that it lacks maintenance. Breakfast is not such, just fruit and bread. The truth any bussines class has better variety, you can tell they only want to win by making an expensive hotel for what one receives. The bed was comfortable but the bedspreads are visible from several years ago. I think the attention of the staff especially at breakfast is what complements the lack of variety in light and Alfredo food makes a great job and effort. Management leaves a lot to be desired as it seems they do not know their business. The door is always open instead of having the attention with customers to close it because of the noise and smell of smoke, it seems that you do not want to let go any potential customers instead of taking care of the ones they have. And the detail of the parking lot is far away and being a hotel with no cheap rates could have the courtesy to pay for it is not the money is the lack of care with the customer.

We couldn't be more satisfied with our stay at Casa Virreyes! Everyone there made us feel welcomed and the service was professional and friendly at all times. We are especially pleased with Alfredo, a staff member. He went out of his way to answer any questions, concerns and helped us with whatever we needed. The location is perfect and the hotel is beautiful, clean and spacious. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
