Comfortable and Economical… The staff were Very friendly and attentive.

To spend a night does not look bad but 2 days or more I do not recommend the attention of the reception is not cordial. And It's not nice the hotel and the room their bathrooms don't close.

It lacks maintenance in general, air conditioning costs finding it to cool, the attention well, the pillows smell weird; The deteriorated interior in the rooms leaves a lot to be desired, high price for what it offers.

Initially I would like to put my complaint for the unilateral cancellation which made my reservation last September 14, due to the lack of interest of you to resolve it, and what is worse the lack of service of the person who was at the service desk the day Saturday morning. The duty manager was not available, we were calling and did not deign to respond. In addition, the miss of the counter, I was attended to with all the lack of interest as possible, and with enough arrogance to a position like the one you have, where in any of Mexico, are a thousand times more friendly and to be honest never had a bad experience in Mexico! A portion of all, I would like to make the observation that or change the photos you have to promote the hotel, or arranged it! By that what I saw of the hotel on the day Saturday, is in no way what you are posting; the hotel is neglected, the pool was very dirty, the front desk seemed a dunghill, in the end, is NOT the place that they are promoting, could be considered as a scam!

Very good place to rest at affordable cost, has a small pool, clean rooms, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, the staff is very friendly and attentive, has a small restaurant accessible and very rich, recommended.

This well the hotel, needs maintenance the pool but alas what fascinated me and that not in all hotels of this category and price offer which are the refrigerators and its air works to perfection but requires to be directed to the bed.

The place is clean to oesar of being crowded, although it fails much the signal of Wi-Fi and TV and the pool very dirty.

The maintenance is good, the room service is good. But there are more personnel left to make it quick. On one occasion the cook did not arrive in three days.

The photos of the rooms do not match reality. By please not fall in the deception, the maintenance of the hotel is lousy, the towels are stained, the air conditioning not works, the furniture old and abused, cortineros broken… In end, is the worst hotel in which I have hosted and look that have traveled in many occasions with budget limited!

What costs the room is not worth it, unless you flat do not find elsewhere.

Bad signal of Wi-Fi, it has no phone at the room and they don't give breakfast. For my not have quality suites.

It is not a luxury hotel but with very comfortable rooms and at a good price and is located in a good place. Greetings.
