Don’t go there. Very bad building in terme of room, forniture and cleaning.
Staff doesn’t exist and if you ask something they are very rude and they charge for everything (even hot water)
The area is dangerous and if you are alone better not to exit after the sunset.
Good location, the room was dirty, and the front desk guy was rude and unhelpful. But, if you need a place to sleep, this is a cheap option.

Horrible, dirty, and had badly broken furniture in our room. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked mystery liquid from above. Two threadbare towels, no smaller towels or bath mat. Woke up every morning to thumping music from an aerobics studio downstairs! No phone, fridge, microwave, or any normal detail that would make it comfortable. Our view was of the back alley, crumbling buildings, just ugly. The photos on the web look ok-ish, but don't show what you actually get. This place would get zero stars if possible. I would never consider staying here again, and strongly suggest anyone going to Tapachula stay at one of the hotels down near Walmart (we moved to the Marriott and were very pleased).
