Very good resort. One can relax and do several water activities there. Even if you do not go out on routine organized tours, you do not miss much. Nice food and several options of restaurants in the resort. But vegetarians are better off in the main buffet restaurant.

Me, my wife and my 4 year old stayed for a week this month at Constance Belle Mare Plage and me and my wife agree that our stay was the best part of our trip to Mauritius.   When we arrived we were upgraded to the Junior Suite by the Hotel much to our surprise. We were welcomed with a drink and then taken to our room, which was impeccable. The white sand beach was beautiful and was cleaned every day in the morning. I never missed watching the sunrise everyday during our stay.   The staff of the hotel is exceptional, they always greeted you with a smile. We used to call the Front Desk for minor issues in the room and they would immediately sort out the situation. They would even call by themselves to see if everything is sorted out in our room.   We were on a Half Board plan so our breakfast and dinner was at La Citronnelle for most of our stay. The dinner buffet used to change everyday and the food was very nice. One of the days we had a set lunch dinner at the Deer Hunter which was also very nice. They also have a gym, sauna and steam room. For the kids they have a Kids Club, which my 4 year old thoroughly enjoyed. The have lots of toys, board games, a pool and also a outdoor play area. At the Boat Club there are many water activities that one can take part in.   The best part is that every detail of all the services that are available at the resort is provided in few pamphlets in the room as well as information in the TV.

A very nice team with Suren and the Vallets of the Villa 21 who have been at little care with us a team of shock to the gym! I have rarely had so much dynamism in a hotel of this range they also have exceptional buggy (buggy), where laughter and good humor reign at every ride (Kailar) and an exceptional restaurant where they have a wine cellar with more than 20000 bottles to its credit! Very friendly atmosphere but a little cold at the temperature level (we offer you what to cover), and again they are very strong to make you have a good time then a big thank you for your kindness to all during our stay from May 5 to May 14

It is an amazing property. Really enjoyed our stay. Beautifully designed resort with lots of activities to do. Food was good and staff was really helpful nd well trained. Must visit again resort. Private beach is absolutely mesmerizing.

Beautiful place offers beautiful sea, super golf and also very pretty gym with super gear and a good teacher Jose who every day takes more very beautiful courses!

Perfect hotel worthy of a 5 star with excellent staff, from the beginning to the end of the stay. For having travelled extensively, I had never experienced such a great experience. Everything was perfect, I have no negative point to raise if it is a mosquito bite on the left arm:) That's all… And what touches the most is of course the friendliness of the staff and their dedication. Whether the room service through the kitchen, the reception, the employees of the ext interviews or the bartenders, all are in small care for the customer… The customer is in the Center and it's real! I highly recommend choosing the Constance Belle Mare Plage hotel to all the people who are still hesitant. I try to never return 2x to the same place on vacation, to know a little more about our world… and well there I will not delay to go again. The memories are good but to live the moment is better ❤️

Food was OK. Indian chef was good. However management did not fulfill any of our special requests. Plus it's too expensive, have to even pay for drinking water. Other good thing was the property, it was nice and clean and staff very helpful and always smiling. All in all a beautiful resort but am sure there are better ones out there.

Impeccable service — the hotel staff regularly remember your name, room number and usual orders. The food is outstanding — from the buffet menus to a la carte, there is an attention to detail.

Good service, very friendly staff. Everything is well organized from the airport pickup in the AMG to the buffet. You feel like a first class guest from start to finish.

Truly appreciate this place, we had a great time in Constance Belle mare Mauritius. Amazing staff and all around people. Recommend this place from rooms, food, activity's onland and the sea (most sea activity's included in the room price) I recommend taking the all inclusive package because it's just better I personally had the full package not he inclusive wish I had the other. To take full advantage of Mauritian luxury hotels If you do not sleep on the spot, it is better to arrive around 5pm, 5:30 pm Maximum, so before sunset. This allows you to walk on the beach, to have a cocktail at the poolside before dinner at the Blue Penny.
This restaurant has probably the most beautiful cellar of Mauritius with close to 18. Thousand bottles at the last count.
But Mirror, my beautiful mirror, does it make me the most beautiful? Cellar Yes. We had the opportunity to visit the three stocks that will make dream any amateur. But for the restaurant, there is still room. The frame is not particularly elegant, the designers have privileged a relaxed atmosphere rather than luxury.
The inconvenience is a rather strong sonority due to both hard walls and an Anglo-Saxon clientele somewhat unobtrusive. The front part is pretty low ceiling.
Note on the table the presence of salt marinated in red wine! Very original and excellent!
No sooner had we ordered that we were served with fried foie gras with its fruit emulsion!
Efficiency, speed. And yet we were told that the kitchens were centralized for the whole hotel, so quite far away from this room. The waiters will require rollers in not long! Except that we had not had the chance to have the wine list presented! You know, the drink in ' 18. Thousand copies presented above and that prides the place.

What rates this hotel a five star holiday rating… simply put it is the staff they are excellent at their jobs. I am truly unable to fault them. Which for me is a first. From the minute you arrive to the smallest detail they are there ready and willing. Even if they have only met you once they remember your name… the reason I have only rated it as 3 stars are the very tired rooms. We have a prestige room over looking the sea that unfortunately does not justify it's 5 star rating and drags the rest of the perfect holiday down. The room has little space for storage of clothes. Of the two drawers in the room one is taken up with glasses and crisps etc. So very little storage. The air conditioning is a little on the worn out stage set at 18.5 degrees being it's lowest… I would definitely recommend the two golf courses. Bring lots of balls with you if you don't hit straight… as stated I can not fault the staff anywhere in the resort from golf to hotel… sometimes though they have been known not to clean the cups and glasses in the room or replace the cartons of orange juice in the fridge. But that is nit picking and generally they are excellent. I don't write reviews often so apologies if this one is all over the place… I would definitely recommend but don't expect full 5 star if you are in the prestige rooms. That in mind the entire rest of your holiday will be amazing.

Luxury hotel with fancy features, but not very focused on service and customer experience. Big rooms, great proximity to the beach. When the resort expects a dress code in the restaurants for dinner, it implies a level of service in return that should be correspondingly high, but orders get mixed up, even lost, at a disappointing frequency. Other silly small misses included low battery level in the scales in the room, missing room service menu, … Nothing big, but you'd want that little bit better. You will certainly have a great time, though.

A very nice hotel in the eastern coast of Mauritius. The hotel offers a wide range of accommodations starting from normal rooms through suites all the way to presidential villa with private pool. The beach is nice with white sands. The hotel has more than 6 restaurants and bars. I would recommend the all inclusive package because we tried it and it proved that it was good value for money. We were a family of 5 and stayed in two beach front suites which were very nice with a very scenic view of the palm trees and the ocean. The suites were spacious with nice amenities and a big balcony with two chairs, soft and a nice table. The hotel provides live music every night at the bar in a very friendly family environment with local bands and folklore performance in some nights. The food quality is good but could be improved little bit. In general, we enjoyed our stay at the Constance Belle Mare Plage.

Great hotel, amazing amenities and helpful staff. Water sports, jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna were all included. Hotel has 4 carpet tennis courts, tt table, petanque, mini golf, etc. Lovely restaurants to eat at as well.
