My second stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel cafe, the staff was not friendly, and no one attends me at first. I had to wait for my order to arrive about 40 minutes later. I had to repeatedly chase the staff for my order as well. Disappointed.

Close to everything, food was delicious.

The hotel is very convenience and also got benefit like free Wi-Fi. Their staff there was so kind and friendly. The room is very sophisticated.

Had courses for 3d2n. The coffee break foods not enough n supper didnt prepare. The reason not acceptable. There was 78+paxs but the food not according to the no of pax. Bad recommendation. Tq.

Everything was good especially the staff.
Its location is also covenient for most of the activities that we had while staying there.

Hotel is 3 stars at very best. Staff is helpful and pleasant but management of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Rooms are run down and our room had a musty smell and some cockroaches. Bathroom shower area is level with the rest of the bathroom resulting in a flooding of the toilet area when taking a shower. The hotel was fully occupied so it was hard to find seating for breakfast, as well as lots of items running out and not being replenished on time. To be fair, the price is fairly low when converted to Euro/Pound/Dollars.

Good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was nice. Excellent location with bus terminal, shops, eateries, famous market, mosque and many more at walking distance. Will definitely come back and recommend this property to family and friends.

Great location, I can see bus station from my room. The hotel look kind of old. They still using key to access the room, but using card for electricity. Kettle, tea & coffee are provided. Internet is poor, bathroom kind of old. But lack of maintenance. The ceiling seem have mold stains. Room have poor sound insulation. Breakfast poor, is not the food taste is bad but very limited option. Common to have selection local or western food. American breakfast skip this. You can only select one from baked bean, sausage, omelette egg or fried egg. Toast bread is unlimited. The mosque should be around corner. Management consider refreshment or renovation. Won't recommend anyone to stay here. I'm just guest there, company provide the hotel.

Value for money and place very nice.

Really nice hotel for its price. Toilet is a little small, they don't give toothpaste and the plug points are not next to the bed. But other than that it's a really comfortable hotel and it's near food outlets.

Premier Suite is spacious. Room service a lil bit slow during night because a lot of orders.

1. Strategic location : — 2mins walk to state mosque, the mosque is so close that you get to enjoy listening to its kuliah from your room at times. Good food locations nearby, Nasi Lemak Bekeng is just at the next block. Pasar Payang is also 5 mins walk. 2. Great price: A "1 King size bed + 1 super single" Room, inclusive breakfast for 3 pax for less than RM200 nett. Really worth it. 3. Ample parking spaces: — though they are not shaded, so bit a hassle if its raining or the we…ather is too hot. 4. Very friendly staff: — Worth to mention a staff (Hafiz) whom not also very friendly to my family, but with good courtesy as well. He knows the place and good at recommending food place and etc. 5. Good breakfast: — though the menu is simple and not that variety, but the food tastes good.

Room was loud and dark, bed and bath were really dirty and maintenance is really bad. Wifi did only work in lobby, I often hear that the Wi-Fi is at this moment not working and it will be fixed in a few minutes, … Nothing happened… Never again, too expensive for what you get.

Good hotel and reasonable price. Easy acces to Pasar Payang and near the Jetty to Redang Island and near to the masjid.

Kena tingkatkan lagi kebersihan didalam bilik. 1st time jumpa lipas di dalam bilik botel. Bukan 1 ekor tp 3ekor lipas. Xtenang mana nk tidur takut2 lipas tu naik atas katil. Maklum lah ada anak kecil. Xsempat nak snap gambar lipas tu. Cpt2 lipas tu masuk bawah katil.

Nice convenient place. Breakfast is served with local delicacies… Nasi Dagang a must try. For those who are particular with their Solat, the historical Masjid is walking distance. One can still reach and join the jemaah even after completion of Azan. Clean, curteous and convenient.

Good experience. The staffs were lovely and they greeted us with the greeting of salam. The breakfast was lovely as they serve local cuisine such as keropok lekor, nasi dagang, pulut kuning, pulut ikan masin, ubi rebus, and many more. Location near masjid abidin. You can pray at the masjid as it is just few minutes walking. Near pasar payang for those who love shopping. Parking were ample. The room and pool were average. Could improve.

Bed was okay, quick room service, view is average, bring your own tooth paste because they didnt provide it. Overall just okay for quick stay.

Overall services is good. Strategic location in the city. Prices are reasonable. We had ordered steamboat & grilled for 4 persons and it was delicious and satisfying. Breakfast are good too.

A decent hotel in the heart of Kuala Terengganu. Good facilities and rooms. Access to the hotel is a bit camped, though.

Good location, but quite hard to find. Parking is not a problem, unless when the hotel is full. Food is good, but same each day. Room is comfortable, but mine was shared with the ants. Can't let the food open even a minute. Overall, I'm satisfied with the hotel since the workers here is very friendly and at your need anytime.

New hotel at kuala Terengganu. Not more than 2-3 years old. Room very huge and bed very comfortable.

I booked for deluxe room, the room condition is not bad, the hotel is connected to few attraction spots and only walking distance to white mosque, h. Ever there are few things hotl mngmnt should take into accnt.
1. Room service — housekeepr does not chge the towels n we have to ask for that. Bed sheet n pillows too
2. Cleanliness — pay attention on few things like jam jars, obviously they havnt clean up the lid for long time.
3. Staff knowledge on facilities near by — I guess it such an embarasng moment when guest ask you easy question n yet end up with no idea. the rest is fine.

Came here for a short course. Stayed 3d 2n. Simple hotel. Hidden behind rows of shophouses. Large parking at the front of hotel. Location is great. Middle of town, close to many attractions. Staff is friendly. Room is okay. I prefer more lighting. Dead roach in shower stall. In plain sight but not in my way so I let it be, just to test housekeeping. It was still there on my last day. Has segregated pools by gender. But the water for the pool for guys look a bit grey compared to the ladies. Breakfast spread is the same during the whole period of my stay. Good for short stays. Cheap and good location.

Basic hotel centrally located in downtown KT. Many shops and restaurants close by. Breakfast is typical local fare with limited choice. Situated next to the mosque which means early wake up.

The Good: 1. Breakfast was great. 2. Get the upper floors. Great view. 3. CCTV cameras in the walkway. 4. Hotel outlook is very good with Islamic facade. 5. Nearby bus station, McD, KFC and electronics shops. 6. Nearby a mosque. The Bad: 1. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. 2. The door and handles felt cheap and so is the security. 3. Wifi in the lobby was real slow. 4. Water heater provides very little heat to the shower, to the extent of being. Useless? Overall, if you are not fussy, you are good to go. For me, the good outweigh the bad.
