Just nice except for using stairs… overall, it is a good pit stop to stay while waiting the next journey from Kuala Terengganu.

Best hotel for cheaper n nearest Pasar payang and bus station and jetty redang.

No lift. Room could be better. Bathroom could be better. Got usb plug which is nice. Price is ok. Parking quite far, should have 2nd entrance for car park at the back. Lobby could be bigger. Suitable for backpackers.

When I arrive there, they tell me they already canceled my reservation due to the online bank failed. Last night I online checking, my reservation still there. No one call me last night, on that day I try to call them but no one pick up the phone. During night time 8pm I need to find a hotel around the city area. Why they can suddenly cancell my reservation. Then I double check with my next day hotel, they tell me no need to pay any deposit, can pay on cash.

The worst bed I have slept and you can feel the spring on your back. A 'smell' you can feel once you enter the hotel.

Early check-in is allowed, stairs only, easy to access, but parking is limited. Taxi is provided for guest.

Great for short stay overnight as the location is good. Very near to market and Chinatown Walking distance to bus terminal and shahbandar jetty for trip to Redang island. Rooms are rather small though.

Tired of walking or night of your can live this, I live a two bed Room, tell him to stay the afternoon for about three hours, he even I Bed the price is RM75 very cheap, inside the decoration is also very beautiful, very convenient, the cool air is very good, soon cold, bathroom also paint it like in the air the same, there are lovely clouds, the Punta head is at the top of the head on, it is only mandatory to wash your hair, I go to the New, the old me is not clear, really my experience is very good, suggest you go, from the bus stop is also near, nearby KFC, walk to.

The room is clean and also the toilet is big. But the problem is, it's so noise with the water pump n fan inside the toilet. Cannot sleep while the next room got guest. Room not really sound proof. Overall not suitable if u r really need a peace room.

Clean, nice and comfortable room. The room is spacious and got facilities like kettle, tv, fridge etc. Also the price is affordable and reasonable because the room I stay quite cheaper than other rooms with similar type. The hotel is near to Pasar Payang, bus station and jetty. However, the parking lot is limited. I have to park quite far from the hotel. No lift too in the hotel. Overall, everything is so satisfactory.

Good place to stay in with an affordable budget $$$. It is between KT main bus station n Pasar Payang. Also, in the centre of the town area. Just one thing, no lift to carry you and your luggage to the upper floor. Walk up stair!

What can you expect for the price you pay. It is exactly in the center of Kuala Terengganu. Short distance walks to couple of interesting places such as China Town, Pasar Payang and so on. The Shahbandar Jetty is within walking distance as well. Otherwise I would never booked this room. Room size way too small, the toilet is smaller, air conditioner is not cold and the bed sheet looks dirty. But as I said it is 2 star hotel.

Clean and tidy, the problem just their don't have lift, for elderly it is not comfortable bdue need to climb the stair. Staff friendly other okay.

Near Pasar Payang, Chinatown and other key attraction (walking distance). KFC and Secret Recipe in the same building, as well as BSN and Bank Islam. Room is decent and affordable. Very basic but 'sleepable'. No dedicated carpark, you have to park at public parking space infront and at the back of the building (and pay the fee).

Overall room is spacious for family, clean and the staff are friendly. However, for the elders it is not recommended as you have to climb the stairs up to the third floor. My mother who is 62 had to climb slowly and stop at every level to catch her breath.

It offers an affordable price range for room with hot shower sensible room space and a HBO channel all day to entertain u if u wanna stay in for a little longer. This place is a walking distance from the famous pasar payang and within the same distance to the station bus.

Small room with good Wi-Fi connectivity. Central location with good room rate. Cigarette smell everywhere. Inconvenient for those who has difficulties to climb up to first and second floor.

Went for a road trip to Trengganu with my friends and read its reviews before booking a triple. A budget hotel worth its price and stay with clean room. It exceeded my expectations. Keep up the good quality service!

Near to bus station but very bad service. They will simply withdraw your reservation even you have comfirmed booking twice.

Air conditioned room but not that cool. Complaint to front desk but they think is cool for them, eventually they provide another fan but not helping at all. Room is clean but felt itchy on the bed.

Stayed here the day before my trip to Kapas Island. Nice hotel, friendly staff and the price is right. Rooms were clean. Wi-Fi worked well most of the time. Mosque was near hotel which can't be helped in this part of Malaysia. I would stay here again.

Hermmm. Bathroom is very ok. Someday, we always need more plug to use.

ROOM 218 -size is alright -bathroom is big enough and very good water pressure -aircon is not strong enough, under power and it is a York brand not Panasonic aircon -bed and pillow are good enough -no fan, water (hot and cold) is outside the room -no window -no lift, lots of steps up the narrow stairs -centrally located in town -close to bus station (walking distance) -Paid MYR99 per night in July 2013.
