modern & chic simple boutique hotel… staff and owner very friendly.

Suite 18 is the only nice boutique hotel around town. The rooms are very clean with latest industrial look interior design. The beds are solid and bathroom facilities are of branded and premium hotel grade qualities. They also serve you with free premium quality water filter for drinking purposes. What is more surprising is that it comes with rain shower facility. The restaurant serves good local food too. Next to suite 18 is the 7Eleven store and you can get all your convenience stuff there. The location is fantastic as it is surrounded by all the eateries in Chinatown and the KT waterfront is only a stone throw away.

This hotel is one of the hotel located in chinatown of terengganu. Hotel environment is nice. Room is clean. Walking distance to KT ferry terminal.

Stay one night at this chic hotel for transit to Redand Island recently. Nicely decorated hotel. Clean, comfortable and affordable! Location wise, it is very ideal as it is right in the Kampung Cina where u can get some nice local food along the road. Next door is 7-11, so, no worry at all for all you needs. Just walking distance to the boat jetty the next morning. At the back of the hotel, there is a very nice back yard garden where you can chill out and chit chat with your friends and family members. Overall, it is 5 stars hotel for me with very affordable rate. Definitely will come back again if visiting KT in the future.

This lane is just next to this hotel. There is another mural of prominent chinese representative in community and politic in Terengganu.

Not cheap but all basic amenities are there, staff feels friendly but I did not utilise Of their service, water dispenser is good as I dont have to buy water. Dislike the water basin right in the middle of the room. No room service tho staying for 2 nights. Bed is very comfy 2 pokestops in this hotel, further another gym and pokestop, tons of rarer spawn in this area, good for pokemon trainer.

It is so convenience to stay here, coz it is in China Town, the dorm is clean n I like the 'Think Green' concept as well, staff is very helpful. Will recommend to my friends.

Comfy, clean and cozy hotel. Highly recommended. Great location, and nearby to all the attraction. Got bicycle to ride. Uncle Chua restaurant next door. Love the small outdoor area for hanging out. Suitable for my kids who love to run around.
However, the room is not suitable for babies or small kids as the bed and wall are dangerous in case they fall down. My baby who just started to walk knocked the corner of the wall and the floor.

Basic necessity but more than enough rather than to stay at a hotel in Kuala Terengganu. They dont have escalator but only 2 stories up. Not so spacious but the bedsheets and pillow are the best in town. Friendly staffs and the hotel just located beside a 7 — eleven convenient store and also a cozy restaurant Uncle Chua Signature just located behind the hotel. Had a good sleep and definitely recommending it to others too.

Staying in a boutique hotel in the heart of an old chinatown gives me a great feel. This new hotel was an easy choice because of it's cleanliness, facilities and reasonable pricing. The reception staff are helpful and friendly as you enter. Need to climb stairs as there is no lift, although there are rooms on ground floor too.

The room was cute and clean, the staff were friendly and available to solve any inconvenience, adjacent to a 7-eleven, 24 hours a day, And a few steps from the centre.

A very clean hotel. Convenience access just to anywhere. Will come back again.

We booked this quite by chance when our plans suddenly changed — and we loved it! Checked in as guests and left two days later as friends.
The hotel itself is modern, clean, comfortable and really quite a pleasant place to stay in or launch your exploration of KT from. We weren't using it as a stopover on our way to the islands, as many do, but were intent on walking and driving around, exploring.
We had our own bicycles but if you don't you can rent some from the hotel itself.
KT is easy to cycle around though the one-way streets may mean you have to make a loop to get where you want to go.
We also drove out to Pulau Duyong to see some boatbuilding and the old palace (sadly not in great shape but worth a half hour or so look-through).
The lady boss, PS, also suggested we drop by the smaller island of Sekati and that was such a wonderful afternoon — the very small island has a kampung and the people there are amazingly friendly. Chatted with a local duck farmer, and some boys who were diving off the wooden footbridge linking the island to the KT.
Suite 18 itself has capsules for those on a smaller budget but it never feels like a budget hotel. We had a room which was roomy enough for us to relax in. Great decor and maintenance, and a central and convenient location means you really have nothing to complain about. If we're ever in KT again, this would be the first choice for us.

As a return customer I feel I have to say something. Totally I stayed here around 9 nights after I backed from Redang and Perhentian. This hostel is such a lovely one, owned by a young family. The bed, the shower and the common area are all clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi is pretty good as well. Even this hostel is only 7 months old, there are still some small things missing. I would love to come back if I ever visit this region. Thank you so much!

Very unusual and stylish room. Loved the rain shower and king sized bed. Exceptional service. We were recommended to visit Pulau Sekati via foot bridge and it was a worthwhile experience. Would like to offer a couple of suggestions: towel rails so towels can dry properly and a small bar stool for the pantry counter. Will stay here again if ever we are in the area.

This hotel is awesome… I stayed here for 4 times already… Clean, convenient, nice n friendly staff, gud shower place n most of all cosy.

It's not a "boutique" hotel. Unless they call their dorm a boutique… How strange they don't put a complimentary soap where it is most needed, beside the wash basin. Or else where, when we are provided with toothbrush and paste. And the kitchenette without a fridge seems odd in this kind of casual, techno — stylish hotel. (but micro wave is there, and even an "ozonisator" in the staircase. ) And so many rooms without a window.

Our family stayed in Suite18 last weekend. The beauty of this hotel is that it is right in the middle of China Town. It is a mere few minutes walk to all places of interests in Kampong China. It's rear exit is a 2 minutes walk to KT Riverfront recreation park. You can take the river cruise from there or a few steps walk to the Pasar Besar Kedai Payang. The hotel experience is fantastic as it is new and clean. All amenities are in place and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The back yard man made garden is a perfect place to relax and refresh. The price is reasonable but rooms are limited. The owners of the hotel are hands on and willing to guide guests to interesting places in KT. It is ideal stay for business and leisure guests. We give a thumb up of our stay there for the 2 nights.

The location is good and the rooms functional. But parking is a hassle. During off peak seasons it'll be fine but must be madness during the holidays. The wash basin is outside the bathroom which is fine but there's no soap at the basin. Owners are helpful. If I were not driving I'd stay there again. I'd recommend this place to others.

Highly recommended! Cheap, convenient and clean! This is the place where you can walk along the small little historical Chinatown of KT. Also you can easily find nice local food and the local market! Everything is in walking distance otherwise you can hire bicycle from Suite18! Wouldn't regret to stay here again.
