We paid so much for so few services, beds were not clean, actually the room wasn't clean. No Wi-Fi on the fourth floor. At least staff was nice to us. The terrace is okay but they should check their electric installation, it is not okay for electricity to go down more than once in three days. No breakfast, whereas for the price you could have though it was going to be brought to your bed… Still, good location in tanah rata, not too far from taxis, buses and restaurant, and just next to the jungle bar (the only place worth it in this city)
Bad… really bad service… will not come again… no Wi-Fi and TV signal. Bad air circulation… no lift.
