Yes, easy access and rustic… maintaining the original look after so many years. Well preserved heritage, worth spending time there to absorb the cool Cameron weather … and we love the breakfast in the garden! Caring cook who can carter to your taste buds and culture, excellent service.

I stayed for 3 days here and it was a pleasant staying. The receptionist (fika) was very friendly and very helpful. The room is spacious and clean. So does the toilet. I think the hotel should have their private parking lots for the customers. It's quite hard for me to find parking space and I had to park my car quite far. Other than that it is a nice hotel to stay. There are many restaurants around and ATM is just next door.

Hotels in Cameron Highland dose need air conditioner 10-20 years before but not now. Air conditioning or atleast a table fan is necessary now days. Cameron highland is not cold always and feeling very sweaty on afternoon, please do upgrades. This is not 19xx but, 2018.

The room look old. Not the same as how they show in the photo… Dissapointed…

Located in the heart of town. Foods, restaurants and banks all within walking distance! Parking is free but a pain to find especially peak seasons. This is our second stay in this hotel. We booked a family room which was very spacious with a so called walk in wardrobe and dressing table which I love! My toddlers went wild because they can run after 3 hours of car traveling. Beds are clean and bouncy, lol. He room doesn’t have a fan but u can rent it for MYR50/night. Our room shower is working fine but there is a slight leakage. This hotel has a lift, so those with a lot of luggage and special needs can consider this hotel. However because it is located next to the major roadway, it can be quite noisy with buses, trucks and bunch of imbecile drivers.

I like its central location. Receptionist is friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable and clean, but the shower was always cold and when I reported they said there is no problem.

160rm for king size bed with a view, it looks fine at the beginning but when u open the bed sheet ull find some hair and stains as if they didnt wash the sheet or change it, plus found a cockroach on the bed and toenails on thr floor. Not enough tissue or towel, the towels dirty.

Centrally located in Tanah rata. Nice restaurant serving south and north Indian cuisine downstairs. Neat and clean rooms.

Nice budget hotel as you can see from my posted pics. Don't expect much out of it but advantage of being located in the middle of the city.

Regret booked this hotel. Price not worth for stay, Rm180 plus service charge 10% and gst 6%. No provide towel and water heater at bathroom. Tap water look cloudy. Dusty room and window. Room are very noisy, facing main street.

The room is dirty, have stains on the wall. Dusty ceiling lights. We complained and requested to clean up but once we came back no actions were taken. When called Ms Gowri to find out. She was very rude to me. I don't know if they really have professionally trained staffs to work? And she can tell me the room rate is no big deal for the management as if she is paying for my stay. The housekeeping goes back at 7pm and no one came for clean up. Luckily the receptionist guy came to help. Later on we found out filthy comforters seems like never change. Oh lord, my worst stay ever in Cameron! And I was told there is no manager for this hotel! Very bad customer service and rude staffs!

My husband and I stayed here last week, we chose this hotel because we like country style design. A very well decorated hotel, including the dining area, lounge and gardens with country style design. We stayed in the suite located slightly uphill, so we can see the sunrise if walked a little uphill further.
Room is also country style but the toilet is slightly too big and empty. We would prefer a fridge to keep the fresh vegetables we bought at the farms, better variety of TV channels and also Wi-Fi in rooms.

Beautiful and reasonable!

Value for money for budget travellers. Not for family or those who seek relaxation. The room is not sound proofed, noises can be heard all over the floor. Ie door opening and closing, people talking etc. One of the most annoying is the place is dusty and smells.
