This is the best hotel in malaysia I think! All the staff are helpful and kind. They have fun activities like jungle trekking and feeding coy fish. I enjoyed my 2 night stay there.

Nice place. Making a lot of effort but service could do with some work, mostly in the restaurant. Still its a good place to chill out for a while, and a good venue and setting.

A small yet elegant hotel located in between Tanah Rata and Brinchang. A perfect place to relax with loved ones. If you are a golfer you're in luck. This resort is located right opposite the Cameron Highlands Golf Club. The service is top notch. The staff know you by name and ever ready to meet your every need. The hotel itself is classy and private. The room was wonderful and the breakfast was great. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Affordable luxury. I can't wait to go back to this place.

Five stars hotel but we were there to dine. We walk in without any reservation but able to secure a table for two. We’ve tried Dancing Prawn & French Onion for a starter and Salmon Trout & Mushroom Pie as our main course. So so delicious, and surprisingly our Chef are local Malaysian, Chef Fauziah.

Check in took awhile although there was no one else checking in. The check in personnel spoke too quick and in an accent that cannot be comprehended. Rooms were nice but not clean. The bathroom needs an upgrade. The balcony was dirty (See Picture). Breakfast was below mediocre and options were limited. Overall, it WAS one of the better/nicer hotels but with the newer ones coming up you will have better choices and value for money. It's a shame YTL has not manage to keep up with the standards.

The road can be quite congested at times. Pay attention especially on public holidays & weekends. Other than that, nice place & weather for u to bring your whole family.

Affordable luxury hotel with really awesome service. I especially LOVE the breakfast as it's not exactly a buffet. U can order from a menu prepared daily. And it's cooked fresh for u. If u love croissant, they bake them on the spot for u and sends them to Ur table. Cleanliness — room is cleaned twice a day. Once in the morning when u leave the room and once in the evening to prepare for the night. The place is very well kept I must say. Staff are all super friendly and very good with kids.

A soon as you arrived at the hotel you could feel the YTL hospitality: warm smile, delightful welcome drink and remarkable guest service. The hotel itself is not big but the atmosphere is warm and cosy, nice for short getaway. But the only drawback is vehicle noise at night — they were kind enough to provide you with earplugs, but we were traveling with infant so can't afford to wear them.

Loved this hotel. Rooms looked vintage but was very well maintained and spacious. If you stay here, do check out the steamboat buffet that they offer in the inhouse jap restaurant.

The food is not worth the price. They try to recreate fine cuisine but are a long way off. Rooms are neat and pretty, although I would prefer to have an a/c or a working fan (not a decorative one) for some proper airflow. Nevertheless, the staff were warm and welcoming and a CHR stay is a must for anyone loving cool weather and climate!

Really worth visiting. Me and my friends went here to enjoy their afternoon tea. The pastries are yummy and the tea selection is good.

My family and I were nominated to become the guest of honor for the stay and we were invited to light up the fireplace at the drawing room which was a wonderful ceremony! The staffs were great and the whole hotel is a wonderful place!

It’s a place worth visiting. Beautiful tea gardens. One stands on the top and tea gardens are just below your eyes. Enjoy yes made from fresh tea leaves. Different in terms of weather. At night it’s cold which is a unique weather condition in Malaysia.

One of the best places for a accommodation in the Cameron highlands. Very polite and helpful staff, tasty dinner and afternoon tea and the best spa treatment I've ever experienced.

Good hotel. Stuff is friendly. View is amazing. Restaurant is the worse thing there. It happened to me two time they surve me with a dirty cups and spoon!

My husband and I stayed at Cameron Highlands Resort for our wedding anniversary in September 2017. We had a wonderful stay. Room was lovely, no air conditioning but it wasn't required as the temperature was cool and the ceiling fan was sufficient. Location was brilliant — right in the middle of the Highlands and a short drive from most attractions. Food in the hotel was of a high standard and lots of organic veg and fruit. Edward, the hotel chef greeted us before dinner to discuss his excellent dishes. The cream tea was to die for — home made scones, clotted cream and home made strawberry jam was yummy. The hotel Manager was attentive and Sherrie the assistant manager was exceptional — she even waved us off at 0500am in the morning making sure we had a substantial packed breakfast to eat on the way. I must also make mention of Stephen, the hotel pianist who played our favourite tunes on our anniversary night. For golfers, there is a public course opposite the hotel which is fun to play. The British Army built it many years ago. Dont set your expectations high but none the less fun to play. All in all, a memorable stay and one we will be repeating. I cant sing the praises of the hotel staff enough from top management down.

Best resort there. Exellent stuff and room is clean. Breakfast is good and you can order by chef what you want in free part of break fast. Also there is food delivery to the rooms and good price. Everey thing is closed at 10:30pm.

Located in the middle of the jungle and about an hour from the tea plantations is a unique place for those who want to live a full immersion in the Malaysian jungle. Very good restaurants.

Great service housed in charming colonial architecture at ultra premium price. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and would be perfect if the balcony isn't facing the busy road.

Quaint and quiet. A short drive from Tanah Rata & impeccable customer service from the staff, always smiling, greeting guests and looking to assist in any way. Love the preservation of the architectural style reminiscent of the Colonial era in Cameron Highlands, and as such they don't have an elevator installed (it's 2 stories only anyway). Lots of greenery behind the property and it faces a Golf Course in the front across the road. Speaking of, when things quieten down at night, you do get some noise from passing vehicles, so unless you're a very light sleeper, it should be alright. Rooms are spacious and everything is great, but if I had to Nitpick, it would be the television in the room was a tad too small and not really suited for viewing in the "living room" set in the room. Limited open air parking is available, but no issues encountered in finding a parking lot even during the festive season, so it should be manageable.

The hotel has charm, the staff is really well trained. A very good restaurant, an elegant tea room with piano. Rating due to no restrictions of access to families with young children that at times make look this place like a kindergarden. If if love your peace and quiet go somewhere else.

Excellent breakfast choices — order what you want from the menu. Food is well presented and the ambience is lovely. Not your generic breakfast buffet trough. Room is nice but no aircon — have to open the balcony doors to let in the cool air. But that's okay. The best hotel in Cameron Highlands.

Had our company offsite here and we booked down about 20ish rooms. One of the grander looking hotels here at Cameron highlands, and the manager absolutely took very good care of us. Dinners and function rooms were very well arranged, and we felt extremely hospitable with their welcome.

Very good hotel, which are cameroon highlands but for Europe for nothing. They save the tedious trip. The same applies to the rainforest.
