I wish to commend your staff, from the gentleman helping us with the luggage to the gentleman and ladies at the reception counters. They are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Children loved the delicious, hot baked cookies :) will come back again.

I would not consider the buffet in the least. It is not really worth much. Rm128 is not inexpensive, and I was extremely disappointed. It didn't taste so well. Often, there aren't many foods choices. Definitely will not be returning in the future.

I have joined your buffet Ramadan few days ago. The services and the environment are good and satisfied me… there have live performance during the dinner too… but unfortunately 2 of us suffered food poisoning on second days. Luckily it is not so serious. Just taking MC for 1 day. On that day… the prawn is not fresh… but the taste is OK. Others that that… the food also acceptable. Comment here is Hope that the quality of your food able to match up to the quality of your service. Thank you.

This DoubleTree doesn’t have the same quality staff as other locations in Malaysia. My dinner at the Italian restaurant on-site was terrible, and breakfast was good but not great. My high tea was also terrible and looked nothing like the digital advertisements shown throughout the hotel. Making matters worse, this Hilton lacks an executive lounge. The only exceptional items here were the gym and sauna. My room was nice but the same as most DoubleTree hotels. A shuttle exists, and guests can inquire at the ground floor about the schedule. There is a mall on the ground floor, but as of March 2020, almost none of the stores are open. The cinema was open and the highlight of the mall so far.

We got a very spacious room communicating with our kids room. It was peaceful, convenient and comfortable.

Great place to stay in for business visits and vacation as well. My parents loved the stay.

Nice hotel with everything provided even bathrobes. Complementary drinks include extra 2 green tea bags. Large and spacious room with 45" LCD tv. It even provides 24 hours gym room. Such a hotel should be rated 5 star.

Really impressed by the honesty and excellent service of the house keeping staff! I left my ipad in the safe of the hotel room. My travel group was being notified and they had it in safe keeping until my friend pick it up 3 days later. Really thankful to house-keeping manager Jiwa who was super responsive and helpful with the pick up even on his off day. Special appreciation to Azan, operator who gave much assurance and quick connection with Jiwa from house keeping. Thank you Double Tree Hilton Melaka!

Excellent suite — bed was very comfortable; bathroom with a large tub and huge shower stall; very clean; good view. Excellent service from staff from concierge, to check in, porters, housekeeping, wait staff at ballroom. And of course, the Hilton Cookie!

They have the best to offer, smiling, polite and very helpfull staff at every department. Will come again.

Well trained staff, very caring, I received SMS from the hotel CS during my stay in double tree to make sure everything goes well with us. My daughter like their welcome cookies very well, delicious and hot serve. Definately will come back again. Room are spacious and comfortable. A lot of choices for buffet breakfast.

Front desk staff and concierge provide amazing customer service, doing their utmost to make out stay delightful. New modern clean hotel. Diamond members are very well looked after.
We had a minor accident (not their fault) and wow they not only sent the in house first aider but also the duty manager, security guard and head of security, a major! A senior manager continued to follow up if they can be of any further service. Super impressed. I highly recommend this hotel. This hotel has the WOW factor.

Love the warm cookie welcome. Staff were all very friendly. Rooms and hotel deco were beautiful as the hotel is still quite new. The pool is a bit small but laps are still doable.

I have attended a talk yesterday at this hotel in Melaka. The place was nice. Had dinner after the talk. The food was ok. It is a 5 star hotel with all the facilities. On top floor (13) there is a swimming pool. It is not very big, but OK.

Clean, comfortable with very new facilities. The hotel is beautiful with friendly staff looking after all my needs. Only complain is that there is a lot of Chinese tourist crowding the pool and they can be quite rowdy. The sauna at level 13 is not working too, only the steam room was available. One of our room’s doorbell didn’t work and my toilet’s flush is abit hard to activate. It was a good stay except for these minor problems. Hotel smells nice and the view from my room is great. Of course the cookie is yummy :)

Great location just outside the main shopping belt. Easy access by car to anywhere in malacca. Hotel quality is excellent. However the next door elements mall is still quite dead.

Great room but location is so so. The mall is not fully functioning yet, there's only a few shops opened. Attraction: Skydeck 360 degree panoramic view of Malacca, very nice view from top above!

Newly opened with service staff who are very attentive and friendly. I stayed in the Twin Guest Room and it was spacious with more than enough room to spare even with luggage. The mall connected to it (Elements Mall) hasn't quite fully opened yet so you'll probably need to take a short cab ride or walk about 20-30mins to get to the nearest malls.

Nice hotel. Good cookie. Spacious bathroom. Good breakfast buffet selection. The only minus to this hotel is that it is isolated.

The whole building has 3 hotels. Double Tree is one of it. At the lobby of these hotels there is a mall to shop till u drop. A indoor playground for you kids. The hotel itself is a good place with moderate pricing. Also, you can enjoy a bird eye view at the Sky Deck accessible at the ground floor (ticket purchase upon entrance). Enjoy the coffee house, restaurant or just chilling at the 44th floor.

Just spent a weekend there. We booked a couple of rooms to accomodate our large family. The room that I got was so comfortable that I fell into a restful slumber. The staff there were superb! Always ready to help no matter how strange my requests were. The breakfast buffet was simply to die for! Looking forward to another stay there. Will let my friends kniw and experience for themselves.

Superb deluxe room and facilities, nice breakfast spread (friendly cooks, warm vanilla scones, decent coffee machines) … however there's quite a few hiccups in the services rendered … I was informed to clean up after my kids toys upon registering to kids room which I found very intrusive … I didn't spend 1K for a night stay in this hotel for this… you should trust that your guests aren't baboons who will wreck the kids club which do not have many toys to begin with. If th…is is very important then please just add this on the existing paperwork that we had to sign upon entering the kids room. By the way, we had to call receptionist to unlock the kids club which was very inconvenience. If it says open from 9-8 pm then please ensure someone is around. We had to look around for a phone with 3 kids in tow. I was given late check-outs but by 12pm our cards were already blocked. Upon checked out, I was told the room had not been paid. How is this even happening is beyond me for a so called 5 stars place. Thank god I kept my receipt around or this must wasted me more time. Overall, the little things add up to a rather unpleasant experience. The service is certainly inferior compared to the other 5 stars hotels that I had stayed in.

Good new place. Good amneities in room and Good space for kids to play. Close to a so so beach. N close to toe areas. Shopping not completely opened yet.

Great new hotel in Melaka. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, the staff it's friendly and welcoming, and the food is fantastic. Especially the pastries. They have a great and varied selection of really good pastries, from croissants to scones to quiches, and their Sunday brunch is just delicious. Probably the best hotel in Melaka.

The hotel is new and the standard deluxe room is spacious than what we have expected. The standing shower bathroom comes with a nice rain shower head and the water flow is quite strong.
The infinity pool is located at 13th floor and it gives us the stunning city view of Malacca. The pool is clean however the water temperature is a bit filling due to the strong wind at high floor. They have nice gym room and also Kids Room which is just next to the swimming pool.
The only part which I find uncomfortable was the staff attitude. For those who are at the frontline duty, you can always see them in warmth smile. But for those whom I have met at the swimming pool, the kids room or they they are not on their duty area, they seems like quite upset with their job. Because when I walked pass and looked at them, they were just simply "black face" and ignoring me. This made me wonder, am I at the right place to stay?
The other thing that raise my concern was the room toiletries set. The shower gel and shampoo are obviously come in a mini size bottle (24ml only) which compare to Johor Double Tree by Hilton, their toiletries is in 50ml bottle. Due to I have long hair so the mini shampoo bottle obviously is not really enough for my one time wash. The next day we have requested for room make up service by hoping to get another bottle of shampoo and shower gel.

Great new hotel in Melaka, just in time when the city needs an International level hospitality service with local taste! Huge bed room with 40sqm size, comfy bed with CrabTree Evelyn amenities! The infinity pool with magnificent view of the city and sea. Tosca offers fine dining great food at reasonable price. Makan Kitchen is the highlight! With special asam pedas claypot, curry laksa and on top of that, today the peranakan chef cook tiger prawn sweet sour with man tao with many more variety of really good food! I will be back again very soon!
