Hotels in Kedah with a Pool

Hello everyone, went to Langkawi and booked Sri Embun Resort through Agoda, the charges were reasonable and one major thing to keep in mind if you are an Indian, nobody entertains you and if you are

The location is good because it's not on the main street, so it's away from the noise, but it's also close to the main street. The pool is nice, acceptable, but could be cleaner. There's no breakfast.

I put 5 not because it's excellent, but because it's quite good for the price that they propose.

Beautiful little place, the cottages are situated around the swimming pool and every cottage has some green in front for privacy.

This hotel/resort is made up of a collection of beautiful, old Malaysian houses, all around a hundred years old. The houses are nestled among lush greenery, giving a tranquil and serene atmosphere.

Spent the most wonderful weekend at The Temple Tree celebrating a friends birthday. The setting, the staff, the service and the food were all absolutely fantastic.

8 night stay was exactly what we wanted. Peaceful location, spacious lodge, comfortable large bed.

Excellent location and really fantastic customer service. The villas have everything you need, with plenty of space, though they are slightly dated. Very tranquil spot.

Loved our upgraded room on the 8th floor with an ocean view. The hotel is located across the road from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops.

First time in Langkawi and our stay was excellent. One street back from a great, family friendly beach, with fire dances and “Transformers” for entertainment each night.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The lush greenery provides a hideaway from the Langkawi heat, facilities are beautiful. Room was spacious and had everything we needed and more.

Ambong was a totally unique and amazing stay for us. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond our expectations.

Amazing resort, the pool is so beautiful, neat and clean. The breakfast buffet has a huge menu which satisfies everyone’s need. The lounge area is also huge and beautiful.

My stay here is very wonderful from the start until my departure. The service is brilliant and the staff are very friendly especially from the receptionist.

Very nice new hotel with a fantastic rooftop bar and pool! The views from the top are unmatched. The room are modern, clean, quiet and well stocked.

The RIYAZ Lavanya Langkawi.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our stay at The RIYAZ Lavanya Langkawi was absolutely amazing.

We planned to stay for 2 days but ended up staying here for about 3-4 days. The front desk was sweet, rooms were clean and stay is nothing fancy but was an overall good experience.

I stayed there for 3 nights during the Ironman weekend. The location is pretty close to pelangi beach and minutes away from the cenang street. The room is very clean and spacious for the price.

Best place to stay and dinner is good.

Great services n nice hotel. Near to beach n happening sites.

Secluded. Quiet… Peaceful… The cafe has a great food selection. Staffs super friendly… Location far from the crowd. Front beach. Room spacious and clean. Will definitely come back.

Great cheep place away from touristy crowds. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Stayed 6 days in the beginning of January 2026.

Excellent resort with well trained staff. Fabulous setting with lovely rainforest surrounding the resort. The beach is very clean, staff will bring food and drinks to your sun lounge.

Breathtaking architecturally stunning hotel that is built into the rainforest with a beautiful secluded beach.

Accommodations & Accessibility.
The rooms are impressively spacious and thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind.

Hotel located at a very quiet place and peace, nice view, swimming pool view everywhere.
Plenty of parking space, if you go for villa there is a parking under the villa.

We booked the hotel for our family trip in Langkawi which is located near the foothills of Gunung Raya. Greeted by friendly hotel staff, the check in is smooth.

I stayed at Hangouts Urban Eco Langkawi for 2 days 1 night and honestly, it was such a pleasant surprise. The room was very unique and different from typical hotels.

This is such a great place to stay, in Langkawi near Pentai Cenang.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5/5 — Wonderful Stay in Langkawi!
I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Langkawi. Both ladies at the reception were incredibly down-to-earth and genuinely friendly.

We had a really pleasant stay at Aloft Langkawi, largely thanks to the amazing staff. The team was very accommodating and went the extra mile to help prepare the room for my daughter’s birthday.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were neat and comfortable, the food was fresh and flavorful, and the service was outstanding. The staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help.

Villa Paddy Langkawi is a perfect getaway if you’re looking for peace, privacy, and a relaxing stay.

Stayed for two nights during Langkawi International Half Marathon in Dec 2024. Located near airport which is very convenient. Plenty of open-parking space.

Wonderful, quaint hotel, great service by staff. Very helpful front desk. We were also treated to a lovely christmas dinner. The location is great, near to chenang bridge and skybridge.

I had a fabulous holiday at Padimas Villa. I spent several days in one of the delux villa, and also two nights in a smaller chalet. Both were absolutely wonderful.

My stay at Padimas Villa was a real delight. Located away from noisy tourist areas, it offers a true immersion in the wild nature of Langkawi and local life.

Hi St Regis, Everythg was ok, except for bfast which has no longer serve the dessert such as choc, ice cream etc as compared to my previous stay in 2021.

A secluded resort with world class amenities and facilities.

We had an amazing stay in Langkawi. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained.

One of the best places I've ever stayed. Everything is very well thought out and the service was incredible! We are already planning our return.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had such a wonderful stay! The room was beautifully designed with a unique wooden pod concept that felt cozy, modern, and incredibly relaxing.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed.

Our family stayed at Chantique for 6 nights this month, we had a great experience! We booked a family room (two connecting rooms), both were clean and comfortable, AC worked well.

We stayed with Chantique and it was a lovely experience. Very clean with well equipped rooms surrounded by beautifully maintained grounds. The pool was super clean and relaxing.
