Cheap Hotels in Kedah

We planned to stay for 2 days but ended up staying here for about 3-4 days. The front desk was sweet, rooms were clean and stay is nothing fancy but was an overall good experience.

I stayed there for 3 nights during the Ironman weekend. The location is pretty close to pelangi beach and minutes away from the cenang street. The room is very clean and spacious for the price.

Secluded. Quiet… Peaceful… The cafe has a great food selection. Staffs super friendly… Location far from the crowd. Front beach. Room spacious and clean. Will definitely come back.

Great cheep place away from touristy crowds. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Stayed 6 days in the beginning of January 2026.

A decent room with all the facilities. More like staying in village area but recommended if you're searching for a cheap yet clean & neat room. Air conditioner, water heater, television provided too.

Good value for money! Large room with a comfy bed, a nice little balcony, good working AC, fridge and TV. 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Staff were nice and accommodating.

I loved my stay here. The rooms are very clean and neat. The balcony has a pretty view and the location of the motel is also quite convenient. They helped me book an island hopping trip too!

I only intended to stay for 1 month (my 2nd visit) but I love it here, and extended my stay for another month.

A hotel in kampung bukit lembu, Langkawi. Situated in a village surrounded with paddy fields. Rooms are clean, spacious with a tv, a fridge, a water heater. There are air conditioner n electric fan.

In my opinion the good review rates are about right.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the amazing service – the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always eager to assist.

Me and my partner had a great experience here. The location is wonderful, especially if you want a more quiet place. The surroundings are a bit “shabby” but not dirty.

The place is a bit run down but it's right on the beach and with all conveniences nearby.

I got paddy 1, it located upstair. Provided with 2 beds (1 queen and 1 single). Mind you they got several paddy (read: room). Paddy 1 and paddy 2 located upstair next to each other.

I really recommend this resort if you’re on a budget and you wanna travel to langkawi. The staff is very friendly. Rooms were great. Everything was exceptional. I really liked it.

Super quiet 🤫 place to stay, nice big rooms with all facilities plus full use of the kitchen, many rooms are long term rented.
Very friendly management, plenty of nearby shops and restaurants.

Location is ok, 15-20 mins walk to Pantai cenang or pantai tengah beach / main roads with shops and restaurants on but there are some close by also.

Our stay at Amzar Motel was great and made our trip in Langkawi all the more enjoyable. It’s in a very central location at a 2 min walk from Cenang beach with shops and restaurants all around.

I had simple needs for a hotel during this trip — quick walk to Cenang beach, comfy bed, hot shower, functioning toilet, fridge, cool-enough AC, balcony, no / minimal mosquitos, quiet.

Nice big rooms with comfy beds and tropical garden. The pool is great and the right depth. It was a good experience.

Great budget hotel in Langkawi! Yet there is still a pool, private bathrooms, mini fridge, kettle and a convenience store less than 1 minutes walk away!

Really nice pool, comfy bed and clean room! The location was very convenient — close to restaurants and markets and Pantai Tengah — perfect for watching the sunset. The owner was very kind & helpful.

Booked a twin beds room. Got a room with view. Sejadah provided by Hotel staff. A spacious space available for solat.
