Rooms without balcony as it was falsely described
Night from 4 to 5 April 2018 booked online with Expedia at a rate of 38, 22 $C but for a total of 31, 22 $C using my 7, 01 $C Expedia that I had in the Bank. It's overpriced paid for what we had especially that there was no room with balcony as it was falsely described on Expedia and it was a bitter disappointment. We advised the receptionist of this error and found a few days after Expedia no longer mentioned that the rooms had balconies which led us to believe that the receptionist followed. The room was OK as a whole but without Kettle as described on booking. We had no toilet paper in addition to what started badly a stay. I took one on the maid's cart and I told the receptionist who kindly greeted us by the way. We didn't have time to use the pool which was clean with its water circulating well when we took some pictures. Breakfast included two dishes but it was cold and without eggs. We had two kinds of cereal with milk which is rare in Thailand. The juice was as described by a person somewhere i. E. Water colored a little juice and surely not pure in addition. We could use instant coffee at will. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main road leading to Jetty point and even closer to the market and the city center. The main advantage is that the place is peaceful and we can sleep well there. We'll add some pictures. We would not stay at the Riverra Inn.

Harga berpatutan. Kalo duduk semalam dua boleh la. Pool jauh terkebelakang.

Good one with all basic amenities. Space is less. Not TV channels other than local.

Great hotel for the value, when I was here, we only pay RM120 for two nights (2 pax), our room with breakfast. They clean the room everyday, change the towel everyday but the only downside is they don't provide toiletries. There's plenty of parking space too, and the hotel located in a private area just a 5 minutes walk to Kuah town so it's quite and cosy at night. If you want a busy night life, stay in Cenang instead. There's also a night market 3 minutes away from the hotel, opens every Wednesday and Saturday. The pool could use some renovation though, maybe make it bigger and deeper. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my stay.

Great place to meet up with bisness partners.

The pictures are not as shown in the internet. The swimming pool is far away from the hotel and is only made for kids.

Simple n nice, Hotel. If the bathroom got more hook well be better.

Clean room, clean white towel and clean bedsheet. The swimming pool was "privately" us while our stay here.

A nice clean hotel with simple and clean rooms and washrooms. Excellent for the budget and if you do not want the hustle and bustle of Langkawi city. Only problem was that our host's english were not very good and we had problems communicating.

Clean, decent size swimming pool with shower, room per night is quite cheap considering its langkawi, isolated from traffic too. Theres a restaurant within its compound and taxi services is just beside this hotel.

Too far from tourist place. Poor breakfast.

New and modern hotel design… stay away from busy citylife.

Nice good rest your lazey day near to townd… Far out on west sea view with small river at front road of Riverra nice to stay everyone can stay. All are welcome.

Place is convenient, has a quiet spot in the field, Wang feels, ethnic Malay friends boss is very humane and waiter were very friendly and courteous, clean room and very new.
